We had a business meal and the staff and service was excellent offering suggestions for appetizers and main courses. We enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of discussion while eating the excellent food. Several in the group ordered the Cod fish entree with lemon sauce whilst others ordered the beef medallions with mushrooms, lasagna and beef bolognese spaghetti. The drink selection was excellent and each person was satisfied with their choices.

Great service. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was flavorful. Sausage and peppers cooked to perfection. The pasta was also good flavor the pasta itself was a little undercooked for my liking but it didnt disappoint on flavor. The beet salad wasn't bad just didn't like the walnut butter that much. The fish was yuuuumm. Will be back

This brand doesn't miss!🎯 I've frequented the Lakeview, Northbrook and now Lincolnwood locations. I can now add this location to my roster when I'm heading south to see my family! Same excellent quality food! Same deliciously crafted cocktails! Same (but different)stellar staff!! Oscar, Giselle and Oz made our afternoon unforgettable! Dining al fresco surrounded by beautiful flowers further enhanced the experience. Thank you so much for a spectacular meal and a lovely afternoon! We will be back!

I had a bridal shower at Francesca's 95th Street. Everything was perfect. The room looked beautiful, the staff is outstanding. Terrance was the best and attended to every detail and change I asked for. Aysa was so helpful in the planning, answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Everyone, the waiters, the bus boys,, the greeters at the front taking to coats. The food was delicious as always and severed beautifully. I loved the light in the front area, it was perfectly set up. Mike thank you again for all your assistance. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve picked up to go orders for me or my family from Francesca’s on 95th and they just gave me a completely different order. I sat in traffic for 40 mins on 95th just to get home with food I can’t eat because of allergens . I ordered a gf chopped salad and they gave me a Cesar salad ???

Quiet night but perfect for conversation. The Francesca salad is my go-to and the staff kindly split it for 2. The white fish and accompaniment were perfectly paired and generous portions made for delicious leftovers. My friend said the lasagna compared to his Italian grandma's. No leftovers! Enjoy!

Tried almost everything on their happy hour menu. The 4 out of 5 stars was based on seasoning. Things were just a little under seasoned. Best happy hour item we tried was the mussels. Service was impeccable and the place was nice and quiet. Water and wine glasses were never empty. I would go back to try some of their regular menu items.

The food here I thought was just average. We came here in a large group and ordered from their events menu. Sausage and peppers for an appetizer, Francesca salad, Rigatoni con Asparagi, Pollo alla Romana, and the Formaggio for dessert. I did not care for anything except for the Rigatoni (which was good) and the Formaggio cheesecake

Previously I rated it 5 stars but they're slipping. Twice we had food that was a bit off or just bland. Raw garlic shouldn't be the sole seasoning on a dish. They removed pizza for menu which our kid liked. The desserts and drinks are still solid. Service was not great last time either , we had to ask for bread and dessert menus.

Mom's 90th Family Luncheon - First let me say what a great experience the whole family had at Francesca's on 95th. Michael Wrobel helped me set up our party with a fantastic assortment of menu items to choose from. Even the children were happy with the entrees. Had a lovely birthday lunch on Saturday, August 23. Started with gin & 7uP and red wine. Beautiful glassware. Ordered the spinach bruschetta and it was fantastic! Hubby ordered the lasagna and I ordered the rigatoni vodka - both were heavenly!! Ended the meal with the tiramisu - light as a cloud. Will definitely be returning. The restaurant is very good looking. All the service workers were accommodating and pleasant. They do a nice job here.

Perfect romantic evening or Sunday family dinner. Grabbed a quick bite to eat with my mom, they also have happy hour Monday-Thursday 4-6pm I believe. The appetizers were fresh with lots of flavor. The moscato is crisp and sweet. Service is quick, attentive and efficient.

This is the first place I've been where you don't have a designated waiter/waitress, just a bunch of staff members running around frantically back and forth. We were seated and waited about 20 minutes without being approached by a waiter. Finally a waitress stopped by and stated she was not our waitress but was helping out, she took our order. We had to hunt down random staff member just to get a drink order in. We received our food and ate. We waited an elapsed time of about 30 minutes to receive the bill and pay. My daughter never received her gelato, we ended up leaving. Will never return.

Always delicious and mix up new items seasonally including beverages. Nice for family events or even during the week for a wine or dinner special. Service is top notch. Warm ambiance.

This is my family's go-to spot before getting on a plane, after coming back from a flight, taking out someone special for their birthday, a great meal. The food, service and ambiance are exceptional.

Excellent place!!! I had their meat balls which comes with ricotta cheese, which is magnificent! I also ordered a pasta dish (sorry I don't recall what it was) which was with mushrooms and cream base pasta. It was so creamy with hearty mushrooms. The pasta had lovely bouncy texture Staff was so attentive and really nice:) I'll definitely come back when I'm in town here

I was extremely disappointed during my second visit to Francesca's. The ambiance is great and the staff initially were wonderful. I was seated at a table for four and while waiting for my group, I was going to order a drink. About ten minutes after I sat down another table was seated behind me. I noticed a server who looked at the table behind me and then my table and proceeded to greet them immediately after I had already been seated for 15 minutes with no server interaction. I wanted for her to finish with that table and take their drink orders before asking her if she was our server to which she said yea. I asked if I could order a drink as I had been waiting a long time already prior to that table being seated. She apologized and said yes. I ordered my drink and 20 minutes passed before I received it. My food, which was a 29.99 plate was not worth the money. The chicken was bland and had no flavor and the pasta was undercooked. At this point I had ordered another drink and it took another 20 minutes to receive. I had to tell another staff, who was working his butt off, If my drink was ready. He spoke to the server twice before I received it and she claimed "the bar is overwhelmed. Might I add there were only two tables in the entire place, I don't believe the bar was overwhelmed. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. I am highly disappointed

Every time I search for restaurants that have GF food, Francesca's is always a result. Finally dined in tonight with friends and I'm so glad I did. The look and feel of the restaurant gave me classy vibes. Front of the house staff were all smiles, friendly and very welcoming. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Very knowledgeable server that made sure we understood the menu options. He did not write down a thing and didn't need to. All 4 of our orders were exact. I enjoyed mussels as an appetizer along with GF Pasta al Sugo Di (jumbo shrimp, scallops, garlic, olive oil, saffron and tomato sauce). Everything tasted pretty good. The pasta had good texture for GF and I was able to eat the entire dish. For dessert, my hubby and I shared a "Sloppy Sundae". So delicious and flavorful. Reminded me of a virgin mudslide. We all really liked dining here and we will surely return!

Love this place. Now with live music on a Thursday night. Good jazz music, piano and sax. Service excellent. Our waiter Oscar, that we have had before, was sharp. Even the man bringing the water, Nicolas was very attentive. Food here is not cheap, but it's very good Italian, worth it. Raviolis, pizza. Even the custom ordered Alfredo pasta was very good. I like predictable and consistent And this place is. Try the banana chocolate tart. To die for!

Wouldn't usually try Italian in the south suburbs but..... I'm sure they try really hard but if you are going to serve classic Italian dishes at 35 to 45 a plate you should taste them before serving. Branzino is not Chilean Sea Bass! Also servers were very frantic and inattentive. Never asked once how everything was...had to ask a busser to find him. Anyway don't waste 100 bucks for two on egg noodles and ketchup..

I had not been to this location in years and was surprised at the change. My visit was on a weeknight. The quality of the service has gone downhill. It took 20 minutes to get cocktails from the bar. Specials were not offered. For the cost of the food I was disappointed in the service.

Nice upscale place in a strip mall. The interior is spacious and tables and place settings are nice. The waiters were very attentive and always on the spot. Appetizers and entrees are delicious. We had the calamari, meatballs and clams to share. I had the risotto which was delicious and an old fashioned. Nothing to complain about, would definitely go back when in town.

The food and service were amazing! I was able to customize my meal with white sauce instead of red sauce which I love. The pasta dish contained scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, and mussels. Everything was so good! I will definitely be returning!

Everything was delicious! They have indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a kids menu. Dessert was to die for!

If you are going to offer gluten free menu then have More options for gluten free and more attentive staff. We felt like we were sitting there waiting for attention.

I had my daughter-in laws baby shower at Francesca's and it was wonderful. Food was great and the service was excellent. They were also very helpful with helping us pack are car. :)

Food was bad had roaches not coming. Not coming back her after having their Pesta and pizza There was roaches on the table. The kitchen is very dirty. The floors are dirty, and the restaurant has a musty smell. We will not be coming back. And the staff here is very rude

Love this place. The service and food was impeccable. Give it a try! The Fettuccine Della Nonna (braised short ribs) is the bomb! Best I've ever had.

We recently had our rehearsal dinner at Francesca's. It was a very small party but they do have a larger room available if you have a bigger party. The restaurant was clean, dimly lit but not TOO dark and not too loud. The outside tables look perfect for decent summer or spring weather. The food was FANTASTIC. I was hoping for a little more on the menu but I respect chefs who keep it simple to staples they can nail. The homemade pasta dishes stole the show but my in-laws also loved the fish. The bruschetta was so interesting but fresh and some of the best we've had. I think we had almost one of every dessert and they were all great. The waitress was very attentive and extremely aware of my Mother's severe allergy which gets bonus points from me. Whenever dining with someone who has a severe allergy you always are concerned if they're taking that back to the kitchen properly and they definitely did. My husband and I cannot wait to dine with Francesca's again. Thank you for the beautiful evening!

Dined here on Easter Sunday. Service was outstanding. Food was good but I wasn't blown away. If I'm dropping three bills I expect something to write home about.

First time going here and i can definitely tell I'd want to come back again! My friends and i went to check the place out to dine-in and i was actually astonished. Their service quality is excellent. The staff's immediately accommodated us. They were attentive, quick and polite. As for their menu, they have such large varieties of food selections. Our orders came in a fair time. Well cooked and definitely delicious, even the drinks. Not to mention, the overall ambiance adds up to the welcoming vibe! We'd definitely love to come back here. I held my father's birthday party in a room at Francesca's on 95th. I am very impressed with the restaurant staff's hard work and dedication. They did an exceptional job and went above and beyond. The Department Manager answered my emails promptly and thoroughly. He was professional, knowledgeable and understanding when my father became ill and we had to reschedule. During the party, we received some of the best wait service we have ever had. They were attentive, experienced and had already completed tasks before we could even ask them to do them. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Francesca's on 95th.

Coming from a loyal customer who has had a good experience with Francesca's in the past, we decided to dine with their Mother's Day Brunch. With high expectations from our past dining experiences, my family left the restaurant feeling empty, hungry, and unsatisfied. The only redeeming qualities of the brunch were the attentive bus-boy who refilled our waters upon wait and call and the unknown orange dessert which tasted vaguely like coffee pudding. For one, we had chosen Francesca's based on their menu provided where many of our family members were looking forward to the "Sea Bass Acqua Pazza". Especially since the person we were celebrated loved Francesca's fish dishes, we were stoked. Doing our first round, we noticed that the dish was not present on any sign or chafing dish. So, we asked our waiter if they were going to refill the dish. Our waiter proceeded to disappear. Upon asking a second time from a different waiter, we were told that the dish was going to be refilled shortly. Towards the end of our brunch, we asked our original waiter once again. He proceeded to finally check the back, where he then told us that the dish would only be available after 3pm. Not only is this a reflection on the bad service that we had experienced throughout the meal, but also a lack of transparency from the menu we were given. Having known that one of the dishes was not going to be served, we would've chosen another restaurant. On the same vein, an additional dish was offered during brunch that was not on the menu. However, it was an additional rigatoni dish that only differed from the Rigatoni Vodka through the lack of cheese on top. Second, outside of the previously mentioned dishes, the Bagels and Salmon were one of the only redeemable foods that contributed to the value of our meal. Other than that, all of the food was very bland, cold, and even texturally questionable. Starting off with the eggs option, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen offered to cook our eggs the way we wished. We ordered a combination of omelets and fried eggs. The fried eggs were fine (as messing up fried eggs would have been another disaster). But upon receiving our omelets, though they were "fresh" from the kitchen, they somehow still tasted cold and old. We're not sure how that can be considering we ordered custom omelets but again, we were severely disappointed in the one custom thing we had requested. Additionally, the carving station was subpar as well. The beef tenderloin servings were small and dry where the porchetta was also dry even after putting on the sorry excuse of a sauce they called "gravy." As the rest of the dishes resembled the bland, cold, unsatisfying vibe, the other notable error was the salads. Each of the salads was drenched in its sauce and by the time we had gotten to them, it was almost like eating water on a plate with some wilted leaves. This was all a surprise from us considering that we love Francesca's food and have dined at their brunch before. But having to pay the price of 5 adults, it was not worth not only waiting time for our waiter to finally show up with the bill, but definitely not worth the feeling of us wanting to go out tonight and spend even more money. Last but not least, the ambiance of our experience felt not only cramped and uncomfortable, but also leaving us to wonder if the space was designed to offer a buffet in the first place. Though we have dined at their buffet before, our past experience didn't come near to the bad (almost claustrophobic) feeling that today's experience had. The buffet runs along bar-side with a few stations situated at booths near there. Not only did each and every time trying to get food feel like a rat race to get food (which I should add, some of the food was not refilled even after 20 minutes of the tray being empty) but felt like we were packed in a sardine can almost being able to touch and smell the person next to us. Yes, we acknowledge that a buffet may come with that risk of being over-crowded. However, when the food wasn't even refilled every single time we went up, while everyone else is trying to wait around for those very foods to be refilled, it made for a buffet experience that made Golden Corral seem like paradise. Overall, the price we paid for 5 adults was not at all the value we got after eating at the Mother's Day Brunch. The person we were celebrating today not only did not eat at all what they wanted, but also felt disappointed in an establishment that she has enjoyed for the past 20 years. Additionally, without the mandatory service tax/tip, we would've tipped our waiter less than 15% due to the lack of service at all (we didn't know our waiter's name and we should've just given the tip to our bus-boy). Again, as customers who have loved Francesca's, we are deeply disappointed (and almost appalled) by the experience that we had today. Might as well go to Golden Corral. You'll get what you expect there with your money.

Second time here and on both occasions it has been a disappointing. Last time it was slow service and so loud that we were shouting to be heard. This time the food came out cold. Not going back.

First time trying out the Francesca franchise and our server Irene was very knowledgeable about the menu and food recommendations. She is very kind and we recommend asking for her!! All the food she recommended was phenomenal very tasty. The bar makes great drinks and the ambience is very intimate. We will definitely be returning for more meals at this location.

I hadn't been here in years, and I was taken aback by how much it had changed. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised to see a live band playing jazz music. Our greeter was friendly and welcoming, seating us at a large, comfortable booth. The waiter brought cups of water to the table, but unfortunately, one glass still had red lipstick from the previous person, and the other had hard food particles stuck on the outside so we had to request new glasses. Also, they were out of a couple of menu options, and when I asked the waitress about the chef's risotto, she had no clue how it would be served. As for the positive, I decided to order the halibut with capers, and to my surprise, it was pretty good! Before leaving, we ordered the ice cream for dessert that was nothing out of the ordinary. Aside from the dirty glasses of water, I would say that it atmosphere was nice, the waitress was friendly, and the food was okay at best.

The service is good and the brunch is the best. The price is right and the food is so good and flavorful.

I visited Francesca's on the recommendation of the front desk girl at the Hilton. The ambiance was great with a friendly bartender. I sat at the bar. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti and the red sauce was delicious but the meatballs were tasteless with hardly any seasonings. I did let them know about the bland balls. That's the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Came here for dinner during the week! The salmon, octopus and salad options are always so fresh. They are very COVID safe, use of temperature checks, Plexiglass between booths and social distance. All of the wait staff are friendly and personable. They offer parking spots outside just for curbside pickup. This is a great staple restaurant in the area for dine in or carryout.

Great service, great food. We spent a very nice birthday dinner here. Great Bourbon Revival cocktail, our absolute FAV Carpaccio appetizer followed by pizza AND pasta! Note: I felt as if we CHEATED on Francesca's when a few months ago we went elsewhere and had carpaccio. Never again!! This is the absolute best.

All I can say is that it was a great experience. Great food. I had pasta with sea scallops...impeccable. I drank a Manhattan that was very nice as well. They didn't skimp on the alcohol. Oscar was a great waiter and the busboy was very helpful also. I'll definitely be back.
