Restaurant Closings in the San Francisco Bay Area | Eater SF
"A Mission Street Italian‑Venezuelan restaurant from prolific restaurateur Manny Torres Gimenez has permanently closed after subleasing the historic space because operations were no longer sustainable, particularly after loan funds ran out." - Eve Batey
I would have to say this place was excellent all the way around, especially the service they were so kind and always always asked if I needed anything or if I was good. That's what I love about a restaurant. I ordered the Al special. Had one of everything almost. Super delicious. Thank you for having excellent service and food. I will definitely be back to try other food here. To the staff and cooks, thank you very much for me having excellent experience here that is truly wonderful. Words can't describe how you feel when you have excellent food and excellent service.

Love this little place! The staff is always friendly and nice and very awesome! Love it . The green chili fries is always good and love their food . Plenty of parking in this plaza.! Open chili burger was on point and my cheese burger was great! We love it . The chips and salsa was good and salsa a bit spicy but great!!

It was a great experience! Went there during lunch hour. No wait no rush. Greeted us when we got there. Even greeted us in my language. (Navajo) That was nice. Made sure our food came out good, our drinks were filled & checked on us periodically. Overall great experience! Ordered the 3 hard tacos & that was delicious! Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!🥰🥰

I've been going to this place for years but the last few months the food as been left wanting. I was absolutely disappointed when I saw my to-go order. When I inquired why it was so unappetizing, I was told by the server "Hey, I'm not the cook nor am I the owner." Definitely wouldn't recommend this experience for anyone. Try again.

My Indian fried bread taco look good, was very big, but just lacked flavor. $2 for chips and salsa was fine, but barely any salsa.

Look, I live three blocks away and been ordering in or carryout for 7 years. The owner is a solid person that cares about the business and reputation. The help...is awful. Order on a night he is not there (carryout) and you will get screwed. On top of that, when calling to complain about portion size and charges, the help REFUSED to take my number to have owner call back. Said they were "too busy and it was my responsibility" Two items ordered...see pics. First steak picado 18.00, second beans and rice side $10.00. In restaurant you would never be served like this. If owner is around, you would never get these small portions. Employees need to be replaced.

I recently dined in here at Francisca's for dinner. I ordered the combination plate, which consisted of a Chile relleno, enchilada, taco, refried beans, and rice. Everything was fresh and tasty, as well as the sopaipillas. The service was friendly too. I'll be back for sure.
