Franco Manca Soho

We had a great experience at Franco Manca today! The service was great, specially Enrique who was really friendly, inclusive and kind but honestly all the staff member were lovely, will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Wow - wow - wow!!!! Best TRUFFLE - MUSHROOM PIZZA we ate worldwide!!! I highly can recommend this place ( I dont know if every Franco Manca is the same, but this one was top) They dough is super delicious and the topping is great. Extraordinary - no run of the Mill like every other! Reasonable prices We loved it. Service was very friendly - kids Menu plus pens to colour available - everything for a great time! My daughter was super happy as well and loved the Pizza. The Restaurant itself is nice, neat and clean.You have to go downstairs - But not a typical Italian Restaurant with white tablecloth and fifefold cutlery. If you expect something like this, you will miss this Chance AND pay a Fortune!

The service was completely absent; I typically pay a service charge, and I requested for it to be waived. Today, when I visited, I noticed that many tables were unoccupied, yet the staff informed me that the entire back area was reserved for bookings. I had to tell the staff member to let me sit down, assuring him that if all those people showed up, I would take my pizza to go, especially since the upstairs area was empty. Despite that uncomfortable situation, the pizza was very tasty and hot.

We were incredibly satisfied, it was amazing. The service was excellent. We had some issues with our child, but they came up with great solutions. We are very thankful, it was wonderful.”

I made a reservation on the website at 21:00, that was the only hour that you could select (!!!!). We got there 20 minutes before and we got in because it was empty. They told us they were going to close at 21:00 so we ate as fast as we could. The waiters were 2, one nice and one not very nice. They made us pay the optional tip of 12% (which would have been reasonable considering the late hour) but they didn’t even ask. The not very nice waiter got our plates off our mouth. At least the pizza is good.

The waiter named Nandish was very nice and attentive. Every time he passes by asks if everything is okay, if food is good. The food is nice, and the place itself is atmospheric and lively. Definitely recommend and come again.

Had such a great experience at Franco Manca, and a big part of that was thanks to Kevin. He was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve come across super friendly, attentive, and just really good at what he does. He made us feel welcome right away, gave great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience. Honestly, he made the whole meal even better. Thanks Kevin!

Food was good as always! Service from servers is slow. They are not aware of clients trying to get their attention. but overall good as usual
