Staff was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was tasty, but at $9.50 not a particularly good deal (that said, all sandwiches in this area of Manhattan seem to be $9.50). The pastries were absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and tasty. Definitely more attractive and creative than a pricey cupcake 😀 Great to have such a wonderful pastry shop near my office!

Francois Payard is an award-winning pastry chef, so this is a great place to pick up some of his amazing desserts. His macarons are popular, but for people on a gluten-free diet, note that there is an amazing Chocolate Tout dessert that is probably the best gluten-free dessert you'll ever taste!

Best Chai tea ever! I had a chai latte with almond milk. It was lightly sweetened and the perfect amount of spice. Their macaroons are amazing and the customer service is awesome. They also have sandwiches and quiche. Employees are super friendly and he assistant manager Chris is so professional and personable. Will definitely be returning for chai tea and croissant breakfast.

This place is amazing for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are on a soft pretzel bun with egg and bacon cooked to perfection. The croissants are the soft and buttery one would expect from a French master chef. The Quiche is out of this world.

Always friendly and helpful staff who have helped me select individual pastries. standard to good pastries, nothing outstanding but everything generally tasty. experience has always been pleasant. Products beautifully packaged and presented.

Awesome place! I recommend the delicious macaroons. All of them feature perfect texture and it comes in a variety of different flavors.

Their sweets are great! The place could be so much better if they concentrated in providing great coffee shop experience.

Employees were rude and lazy - they were arguing over who had to get up to take my order! If I hadn't walked 15 minutes to try this place I would have left immediately. Food was just okay, too.
