Google
The only downside to this place is that it's not closer to me, but that's my issue. The Cold Brew and Matcha Latte are perfect 10s. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is ideal for unwinding. The bathrooms are clean, which is a nice bonus. Overall, the vibes are fantastic. The Caprese Sandwich can get a bit messy, but the flavors are spot on.

Google
What a lovely coffee shop in the neighborhood. I had a Christmas Cold Brew - sweetened with cinnamon syrup and some spiced cream. It was delicious- perfect balance of flavors and not overly sweet. I also had a chocolate chip cookie with sea salt that was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Highly recommend stopping by or making it your local. Spent less than $10 which is also amazing

What a absolutely wonderful night hosted for my friends book signing by this fantastic coffee shop. Pure class in the presentation of foods, beverages, decor, music, vibe, etc. And most important the team of service professionals of this spot were exceptional. Simply a beautiful night overall. May you all be well. Your kindness was truly felt.🙏.

My partner and I just hosted an engagement party at Frank & Roze! They made the planning process so easy, the hardest part was choosing which dishes to have served. The space was perfect for a private event. We brought in decor to personalize things a bit for our engagement party, but it’s such a beautiful space that it doesn’t need anything extra. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the staff - they were all so helpful and made sure we had a wonderful night. Thank you so much to Stephen, Deena, Kimberly, Brielle, and everyone else whose names I did not catch. You all created the perfect evening for us and our guests.

Google
I LOVE this coffee shop whenever I’m in the area! Decided to get brunch here since I live like 5min away. Really awesome experience. Staff are very friendly, great drink and food options, and mighty tasty especially for the price! There is wifi available at this coffee shop as well. So, to sum it up, GREAT coffee shop. Highly recommend this coffee shop!

Google
I am in love with this place! We came here in the morning to pick a coffee and a pastry, we loved it so much that we ended up coming back to have a late lunch and read in there for a while. Their food is amazing and coffee is just perfect! They've really strong cappuccino which set my mood for the day. Love the staff and the environment in thos place! Highly recommend!

Google
The blueberry scone was bland, the inside had no flavor and barely any blueberries. the almond croissant was amazing , don’t waste your hunger on the scones, but the croissants are great !!

Google
Frank & Roze never disappoint. The croissant 🥐 is buttery, flaky and delicious. Run and grab the holiday spiced latte. Thank you to all that staff that make this possible.

Yelp
Nice spot to grab a coffee and a croissant! I came here with a friend of mine and we got some croissants and lattes. I like that they have a wrap around outdoor space and the indoors are cozy too! Service was quick. Goes without saying here in Denver but il say it.. very pet friendly!!

Yelp
I really enjoy coming to Frank & Roze to get work done in the morning after I drop my doggo off at daycare around the corner. Parking isn't usually too bad and they've got ample outdoor seating for sunny CO days. Staff is always friendly, spot is clean, and the environment conducive well for remote work - plenty of outlets! I gravitate towards the seasonal coffees, which are always tasty and I've bought their bags of espresso beans a few times and have never been let down. My one qualm is their breakfast bowl. It's tasty, but a bad value. It felt skimpy when I was eating it (not even a whole slice of toast!) and I was hungry immediately after. For the price, I should at least feel full for a few hours.

Yelp
Their food and ambience are very good, highly recommended! However, their coffee they roast is not stellar. I got a bag of their Espresso Blend and Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee. The Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee was horrible! I recommend they throw this batch out! Their Espresso Blend roast was only "OK". It just seemed like it lacked flavor. I don't know how this happens, but I was not impressed with it. We got their breakfast bowl, and wow, super delicious. I recommend you get the egg over easy though, they serve it sunny side up which can lead to a little gag reflex.

Yelp
Great coffee shop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend the matcha latte!

Yelp
Here's my update. Don't give your money to that corporate mermaid chain. This shop has it all. Small bites. Croissants that are great fresh out of the oven but slightly stale after a day however not nearly as terrible as most in this "high altitude" state. All of the snacks here are delicious and will be your New Year's resolution cheats. The coffee though? Most of the cups I've gotten here are excellent and not overly roasted or burnt tasting but the best thing on their current menu is the whiskey cold brew. GD that stuff slaps.

Yelp
Cute modern coffee shop with good coffee and food. Perfect for lunch and brunch if you're looking for a light nutritious meal. Servers were friendly

Yelp
I like visiting the Frank & Roze when I happen to be in the area. The espresso is very good and the service is always excellent. I like the modern ambiance, although the coffee shop can get very busy at times with little seating. They have a delectable-looking range of bakery items and breakfast-lunch options. Unfortunately, they don't have any allergy-friendly choices! (Which is strange, given all of the hospitals and medical places around these parts.) Hopefully their menu will become more inclusive.

Yelp
I was satisfied with my traditional matcha latte with oat milk at first warm then added ice. My savory scone of chive and cheddar was tasty though I scraped off the kosher salt. The service was accommodating. I enjoyed reading outside in the shade while sipping and munching.

Yelp
Very upscale and fancy coffee shop & eatery. But no specific dress code. Dine in or order to go. Honestly I just looked up the nearest coffee shop to my location at the time and this is what popped up. I got the summer special coconut cream cold brew and the smoked salmon toast. Both were delicious. Although I prefer my coffee slightly sweeter than what it was. This place was slightly on the more expensive side. My total came out to at least $20. I definitely wasn't expecting that.. Very friendly staff and good service. They have a little bit of everything from pastries, breakfast and lunch. I'd be interested to come back and try other items from the menu!

Yelp
I feel like this place is slowly going down hill... And here's a great example. The first and third picture are pictures from today. The middle picture is pictures from someone's post three months ago. I used to order the sandwich quite often and it's never lacked ingredients or flavor until today For 9.95 this is a waste of money... they should probably ask people how they like their egg cooked. Never hasn't been this undercooked.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for coffee and pastry and hanging out I got an iced matcha latte (unsweetened) and an almond croissant. The coffee here (ordered iced oat latte) was extremely tasty too Highly recommend this place!!

Yelp
Frank and rose is an elevated coffee shop but their prices are still modest. I've tried all the breakfast sandwiches and the ham, egg, and Gruyère has been my favorite. The place is beautiful with outdoor seating as well. And the staff has always been lovely.

Yelp
We came this morning for breakfast with our autistic daughter who has to eat other foods and we asked if that was okay with the staff who heartily agreed it would be fine. Within minutes, our daughter was sent outside to eat her meal by herself and we were truly upset with that kind of treatment and were ready to give a raging review. However, when the server brought our meal to our table, she profusely apologized and not only went outside to invite our daughter in to eat with us, but also gave her her choice of a treat from their bakery. We were so impressed with how this staff member handled this that we will definitely return and it has in no way tarnished our breakfast experience. She made our visit great after a tough start. The breakfast sandwiches were amazing and the coffee divine! The vibe of the shop is total hipster and seems to be a favorite with the locals. We will definitely go out of our way to return on our next visit to Denver. Thank you for so graciously righting a wrong.

Yelp
We were in the area doing a car seat install check at Rose and decided we were hungry. My husband hadn't had breakfast yet and I was ready for lunch so it was hard to find something that fit both our needs without waiting forever at some of the usual brunch spots in the area. I had seen Frank & Roze as we were driving by and decided why not. Even though I was ready for lunch I ended up getting French toast because I had been wanting it for awhile #preggo problems. Man, the French toast really hit the spot... just crispy toast, lightly sweetened homemade whip, fresh berries, and real maple syrup. SO GOOD! And I also really enjoyed their holiday latte. Beautiful interior, nice staff, and quite reasonable prices. I'm sure I'll be sending my husband over often after we deliver our babe so we can get some tasty non hospital food/drinks!

Yelp
This neighborhood has a lot of modern housings popping up. To assist those that live in it, modern eateries are popping up as well. And I have a pleasure of visiting one of them today: Frank & Roze. The store is absolutely clean (impeccably.) The mostly white interior is so inviting and makes the whole establishment roomy. I really liked the easy-to-comprehend menu on the wall. Even at a quick glance at it, you can easily pick what you want from it. I also liked the fact that the food menu (on the wall, not necessarily right next to the drink menu) is separated from the drink menu. And there is an ample amount of pastries on the display as well. One quick question I had for the lady at the register was that I needed differentiations between the three different cold brews they have on the menu (house cold brew, nitro house cold brew and single origin cold brew.) After explaining them all to me, she made a strong recommendation for the single origin one which is made with Ethiopian coffee (she also said that it's super good!) I decided to go with her suggestion. She was right about the single origin cold brew; it was so good! By the way, I really don't like ice in my cold brews so I asked for no ice; in my opinion, cold brews should always be served without ice!! I also enjoyed the salted caramel brownie. The right amount of sweetness with a hint of salt just made my sweet tooth happily ever after!!

Yelp
Frank & Roze knew what they were doing when they created their elevated bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation and the tomato spread added an unexpected brightness to it. The staff are energetic and their management is very supportive of their direct reports, which makes for staff that go above and beyond for their customers. Mirrors along the back wall and high ceilings make the space feel expansive, but can be crowded during peak hours. On a busy day, it's probably best to get your coffee to go.

Yelp
Favorite coffee spot in Denver! Super tasty pastries and full food menu and loooove their mocha.

Yelp
Stoped by to try out the coffee and also grabbed a scone. I was impressed at first sip. The coffee was so good and the scone was large and well made. The coffee was so good I almost quickly turned around to go back in and buy coffee beans however the service was cold and unfriendly and I was put off and confused why people at this place were so dismissive. Today June 7 the blond lady at the register (maybe the manager as she was ordering staff around) acted as if my coming in bothered her. I was surprised when she basically threw my coffee at me sliding it across the counter. If I go in again I will be prepared for the rudeness that I wish was not part of the experience visiting this coffee shop because it has great coffee and worth returning to.... minus the employees. I would have given 5 stars.

Malori H.

Yelp
I love this place. I'm always happy when I have something I need to do or go to on this side of town and can stop in for a coffee. I tried their salmon toast and thought it was delicious. Not to mention the staff is always really friendly.

Lynn Marie B.

Yelp
Great little spot with delicious food and coffee. All fresh! Highly recommend if your looking for a good breakfast/lunch or great cup of coffee!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious coffee and a great assortment of sweet and / or savory pastries and nibbles. I don't know why I don't walk over every day! If you're walking from the Mayfair neighborhood it's an easy and actually pretty quiet walk. The staff is welcoming and turn out your order pretty quickly. There is seating inside and out, inside is sometimes a little difficult to come by if you're not there before the rush. My "Raspberry Pop tart" was so yummy, not even close to the cardboard ones you buy in a box. I hope they don't have it when I go back next time because I might actually try something new if they don't! ;). Highly recommend.

Yelp
One of the best coffee shops in the area, the food is delish, service is great and it's a cute environment to work in. The disappointment is that it's freezing inside. I know the guys working are running around but if you look around no one really takes off their jackets. One day I asked to turn up the heat, and sorta got back a surprised look in return. So I thought it was just me, but then one day the man next to me said (on a snowy day) "I don't know if I'd be warmer outside or in here." And he's right! Now as I think of where I want to work, I think of this coffee shop, but now I think maybe it's best in the summer.

Yelp
This is for breakfast and coffee. Tl;dr: don't do it. I tried a pickup order. Called and they said it has to be created online. I wanted to buy some pastries when I arrived but that was eliminated as an option since I had to order ahead of time. So I made an order online. Parking is limited. Looks like a lot of their business comes from the fancy apartment/condos next door. The interior is pretty - one star for that. I walked in and several people were working. No greeting. waited in line for a few minutes (one person ahead of me in line) and then saw someone else grab their to go order on the other side of the bar area. That could have been mentioned when I called...or at least when I walked in. Went and grabbed my food and left. Surprised again that nobody made sure I was taking the right order...or even said thanks and goodbye. It wasn't busy. The coffee wasn't good. With the plethora of coffee shops around here and how fancy/pricey, I was surprised at how mediocre it was. I also ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Bacon egg and cheese (sub croissant) and the sausage and eggs breakfast sandwich. Neither were any good. The sauces on both were disgusting. Tomato jam and tomatillo salsa were not a good pairing. The Irish bacon is very thick and off putting. My partner couldn't eat either one, which never happens. Not sure why I tipped for that pickup when there was virtually no service. $30 ($25 for the food and $5 tip) later and I still had to find and pay for another breakfast. The same morning. Would not recommend.

Yelp
Fantastic service with baristas who were attentive and friendly. I ordered a drink then food several hours later and the barista still remembered my name, which I've never had happen before! Great menu that is reasonably priced and offers a variety of different options. Would definitely come back again next time I'm in town!

Amanda D.

Yelp
This place has good coffee, and I've tried a breakfast sandwich as well and it was very good but my god the pastries are unreal. Whoever is making the pastries needs a raise they do sweets better than a lot of dedicated bake shops. The chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I've ever had and occasionally they also have an olive oil orange muffin that blew my socks off. If you stop in definitely get a sweet
google avatar

Yelp
This place is a sexy coffee and wine shop with plenty of small eats that are not pre-made but made in-house like cheese plates, tartines, salads, and sandwiches in the new 9th/Colorado development. If you can get pass the constant construction - this is an amazing spot to lounge. Things to Note 1) Outdoor and Indoor seating (weather permitted) 2) Lots of tables, hightops to do work 3) Bar seating for a casual date 4) Coffee shop and Lovely Wine Bar 5) I LOVE the Kale Salad - it's robust and must choose the homemade dressing 6) Salmon Tartines, Chicken Sandwiches, Fresh Croissants... the food for a casual coffee/wine shop is on point. 7) Bottomless Mimosas on the weekends and HH from 4-7pm. I'll be back again and again when in the hood.
google avatar

Paige E.

Yelp
Great coffee shop. I love all of the food options and the coffee is delicious as well. Met some coworkers here for the morning. Probably not the best spot to bring a group as there is really only one larger table. But if you get there early, should be no problem. Also, probably a little easier when the weather is nicer and you can use the patio as well. We had no problems with the wifi and found outlets easily for charging. It does get a little noisy as the day goes on. Probably won't bring the group to work here again but will definitely come back on my own.

M J.

Yelp
They are open until 8pm per Yelp. When I arrived just before 6pm, the place was completely closed with a sign saying they close at 5pm. Drove 10 mins to try a new place. Please keep your hours updated.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is soooo cute! If you're looking for a nice place to study this would be perfect. They have outdoor seating and the inside has a lot of space as well! I got the matcha latte with vanilla and it was really good. It was the perfect sweetness!

Yelp
I noticed Frank and Roze while driving by and had to stop and check it out...what a modern, aesthetically pleasing spot! I only got a beverage so cannot comment on the food menu items (which looked great), but I will definitely be back for food and happy hour. The baristas here are awesome. So welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even those behind the counter who were not directly helping me would make sure to flash a big smile any time we made eye contact. I felt very welcome here. I also loved seeing them greet several people by name as regulars walked in. Service was really fast for a shop like this. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was ready to go within around 2 minutes. At similar coffee shops, I am used to waiting 5-10 minutes. Prices were on par with other independently owned coffee shops in the area (expect to pay ~$5 after tip and tax for a small latte). Had I not been in a rush, I would have stayed to drink my latte within the shop -- really nice seating area great for a business meeting or to catch up with friends. Welcome to the area, Frank and Roze!
google avatar

Crystal K.

Yelp
Great atmosphere with friendly staff! Tried the kale salad today and everything was fresh and tasty. One of the owners, Frank, came up and said hello. Introfuced himself and told me a little more about the cafe. They have happy hour starting at 4, with various wine selections and food items. I brought my work items with me today and it was a great space to spend a few hours. The space is bright, with windows throughout. There's a sitting are with a few comfortable chairs, or there is the bar area with a few tables (one would be a good meeting or group table that can seat 6). I live in the neighborhood and will definitely be back! Come say hi to Frank, have a baked good with coffee, or check out the wine selection. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Regular latte: bitter, mediocre, would not reorder Cold-brew, black: pretty awful - the most bitter sludge I've had in recent years, yikes Almond croissant: no almond paste, the texture was more like a semi-cooked powdered doughnut than a flaky, buttery croissant Ham/gruyere croissant: tasted like a salty croissant, the huge pocket of air between the croissant and the lack of filling or flaky layers barely qualified it as a ham/gruyere croissant Staff: perfectly fine & friendly Ambience: nothing special - the windows and high ceilings allow a certain sunny airiness but it's not balanced or anchored by anything that allows any character or charm or coziness. High ceilings reach up to exposed air ducts and a concrete ceiling (beautiful) and the Denver sun bouncing off the porcelain is blinding enough that by their own admission the cashier could barely see the screen let alone the customers in front of them
google avatar

Yelp
Me and my guy walk to this place every weekend for a chai and a coffee and some small bite to eat. Always on point!
google avatar

Patrick B.

Yelp
Frank & Roze is becoming one of my go-to spots to meet up with people for some decent coffee. They have some decent light food options and a decent selection of coffee drinks for most coffee drinkers and enthusiasts. They have a great space with good indoor seating and some outdoor seating options when it isn't too cold, and do a pretty good job of using their indoor space to help encourage social distancing. I've only really ordered a breakfast sandwich, which tasted fine, and americanos. Their americanos come off pretty smooth and have a great taste to them. The only reason why I'm knocking a star off, however, is because there was a time where I actually wanted to order a pour over with one of their single origin selections, but they said it'd take 20+ minutes since they didn't have the water boiling. That seems a bit ridiculous to me, as I make a pour over almost every day at home. And, there weren't many other customers waiting as it was still pretty early. I don't know what's up with that, but it wasn't the most ideal experience.
google avatar

Reece K.

Yelp
Great coffee! Service is hit or miss. Had a really negative experience today 2/3/23 at around 2:00pm. I work nearby and love the quality of coffee and pastries but today the baristas (whom I've never met,) were exceptionally rude. They made rude comments to each other about my coffee additions and when I was saying "thank you and goodbye" they literally ignored me... so awkward and rude!

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Great location, cool staff and vibe. It's a staple spot in Denver if you just want to relax
google avatar

Brittany C.

Yelp
Swanky spot with a small but delicious menu and a nice outdoor seating area. We enjoyed a glass of rose, a sparking lemonade, and a burrata plate and enjoyed the people watching. There are tons of new restaurants and businesses popping up in the area and it was an enjoyable experience! I can't wait to come back to try their coffee!
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
Word to the wise...it does not make sense to pay the extra dollar for the large (16 oz.) hot tea. I asked the barista if this was the 16 oz size, he said yes. There is no way there is 16 oz of liquid in there, if I have to go back for the refill anyway, should have just ordered the small. This place is a bit too trendy, industrial, high ceilings and visible duct work, cold. I do like that they have an option to have a normal cup of coffee at a reasonable price.
google avatar

Kristina B.

Yelp
Covid update: outdoor patio which you can use on any sunny day in the winter in Colorado. Grabbed two lattes while running errands. Ask about seasonal house made syrups! I had maple bourbon and husband had vanilla. Both with oat milk. Both tasty AF. Would like to try one of the nitros on tap, they even have a chai nitro! Great customer service.
google avatar

Yelp
I was so happy when this location opened as it was nice to have a "local" coffee shop near home to frequent. The staff are all kind, helpful and polite. Really nice decor inside with comfortable and now with the pandemic, "socially distanced" seating options. They make the best espresso and you can go wrong with any of their drinks of food option on their menu, all are so good. I'm happy with extra health & safety precautions they're taking now with COVID. Will happily continue to go and support.
google avatar

Christopher B.

Yelp
This comes off as a bit of a more swanky coffee shop in Denver, IMHO. There is nothing wrong with that and it definitely attracts a lot of people. No matter if it's morning or evening, there always seems to be a 'buzz' here. I have only been here for coffee although they do have beer and food as well. I thought that my ice latte was as good as some of the better ones I've had at other places. This place happens to be located close to me and it's the only private coffee place in the area so I expect it will continue to become more popular with hopes that the quality will always remain as high as it is now.
google avatar

Neil P.

Yelp
I came for breakfast, left a nice tip, then didn't get my coffee order because it was incorrect and the batista who said he would remake it, simply ignored me as my food got cold...once I get to the Eggs Benedict, well, fried eggs and jarred sauce, need I say more. High hopes for the raspberry pop tart, these two stars all rest on you little tart!

Nina T.

Yelp
The space is beautiful and I was greeted with a warm welcome as well as recommendations. They have a honey lavender latte, which has been my go to the past few weeks. I took a sip and it was a bit strong on the lavender flavor, for me. I decided to ask for another drink by the person who made my drink, I offered to pay the difference. She made it seem like it was not a big deal but I could feel there was potentially an issue. I asked for iced matcha latte and was handed a cup with matcha powder floating in milk. Within seconds, all the matcha powder settled to the bottom. I'm familiar that matcha can be tricky to get fully dissolved and mixed into a drink. However, this was just carelessness. I thought it was all in my head that this person changed their tune. However, when I asked their smiling colleague where I can put my used bowl. They went from smiling to a it's over there demeanor. I didn't take a photo of my drink because I had no intention of writing a review, the colleague that turn his smile upside down told me I should The upside, the harvest salad was yummy

Yelp
What a CUTE coffee shop! Stopped in for an iced coffee & pastry with a friend after a workout class nearby, and this was the PERFECT treat! Such a fun, airy, modern space. It's open & light while being cozy as well. There is ample seating - bar seating, tables for working, and even some couches & lounge chairs in the back. I got an iced coffee, which was well-brewed & refreshing, and tried an espresso cinnamon bundt cake. SO GOOD. They had so many other delicious pastries, toasts, and other house-made goodies to try, so I'll have to come back for some of those!
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love coming here! The staff is so friendly and the food is unbeatable. The atmosphere feels and looks so inviting! I can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Dave G.

Yelp
Disappointing. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bread overwhelmed the sandwich and was dry, except for the part that was swimming in a pool of egg yolk. The place was clean and open, and the staff was friendly. Just disappointed by the food.

Yelp
Looking for a local GOOD coffee shop with amazing food? Look no further. This place is great. The staff is amazing. I've been visiting from out of town for business and this place has hit the spot when it comes to a good cup of coffee. I've been getting the pour over with a Guatemalan roast. And the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich is to die for. A perfectly fried medium egg, chili flakes, and a crazy soft bun. If you're looking for a good spot with friendly staff you've found it. This will definitely be my spot for future visits to the Denver area.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is SO cute. It is clean and open with a super simplistic design. There are windows everywhere, so you feel like you are outside even in the winter. Especially in the morning with the sun shining in from the East. The staff is so friendly, quick and accomodating. I don't know if they make their pastries in-house but I treated myself to one of those and also got the Frittata and YUM! It was so tasty and came out looking so pretty. I would say this is an elevated coffee house with a restaurant vibe. They serve cocktails and have a happy hour in the evening but you can sit and work from your laptop as well. I will definitely make this a go-to for my favorite coffee shops list.

Yelp
Had their limited time only cold brew aged in a whiskey barrel and avocado toast. Both were really good! Lots of outdoor seating and staff were nice.

Yelp
I find this cafe to be reasonably priced, with excellent healthy food choices using very quality ingredients. Efficient and helpful staff, a comfortable modern interior, plus outdoor seating...all the standard beverage options and a few extras (lemonade, beer, canned sparklers)...it's the perfect coffee shop in my opinion! Simple yet sufficient. Vegan options. Wi-fi. I'm a neighborhood regular.
