Following the previous Italian cooking class, I recently joined a Vegan Cooking Class. It was another fantastic experience!
From the basics of cooking techniques to how each ingredient can be handled to bring out its best flavour, the class offered so much insight. We explored diverse ingredients and menu that I couldn’t normally use on my own, and it was fascinating to see how they came together to create such a balanced and amazing dish.
It was a refreshing and healing time for me– being fully focused in the moment, learning, and enjoying the creative process together.
