The service was great. Waiter who attended us was spot on. The food wasn't. Starters were good. Ordered the mixed ultimate grill but was presented with an over done steak when asked for medium rare and a chicken that could've been used as a weapon. It was so dry it felt as though it was recooked or been out for the whole day and just reheated. My friend, who also ordered a mixed grill, said the same about an overcooked steak.

Great food, exceptional quality and fantastic service. There is some option for gluten free but the portions are decidedly smaller. There also isn't much choice of sides or desert. That being said, the waiter's and waitresses are all understanding and ensure that the chefs are well aware of the situation. I always love their goats cheese pizza and the full English. The lady who served us, very lovely, told me my options as gluten free and helped me make the necessary substitutions. My friend ordered the smashed avocado (see picture) she said it was definitely her favourite thing and would certainly order this again. If you're an avocado fan, it's a must try!!

There's such a nice vibe here during the day. Milos is very friendly. Endless coffee refills for free. Whopping blueberry pancake biz that you cant finish. Ace

Frankie and Bennys has always been one of my favourite places to visit. On this occasion there were 7 of us looking to have a quick bite to eat at 12pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was practically empty, so we thought great quick in quick out. No chance! We only had an hour gap to order and eat, and asked the waitress if this was possible before we sat down. She advised us this was no problem what so ever. However, after 50 minutes of waiting after we order our food, it still hadn't arrived, so we had to leave on empty stomachs. The reason I have given 2 stars is because, the manager was very understanding and gave us our drinks complimentary. Which I was very grateful for as it was my birthday.

It was a busy night, and the Gent that served us was really apologetic. He was really friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. From when we entered, to the food bring served was about 35 minutes which I didn't think was that bad. When the food came, the portions were big. All 4 of us really enjoyed the food, and it was so lovely as we left, both my daughters said they'd had the best time. They were laughing and joking in the car on the way home...... Perfection

We had a brilliant time here with family for my birthday. The waitress made us feel very comfortable. When having our desserts the waitress surprised me with a small candle on it. Which we found quite sweet. Only thing that my warm waffle was cold and hadn't been heated up. But enjoyed the experience neither the less.

We visited here just on a whim after we fancied a meal out as a family, they made us very welcome and we was seated to our choice of table quickly, order was taken quickly and drinks brought to our table within 10 minutes, the food was hot, what we ordered was nice, quite pricey but was enjoyable, the kids all loved the ice cream dessert which was fun. The waitress that served us was very polite and friendly. We had a nice meal just what we hoped for.

My family visited F&B on the 13-03 arrived at about 2:30pm and was served by one of the managers I think? Young lady European accent as u didn't get her name. Food was great and service was fantastic our baby needed a feed just as was started to eat. The lady took my food away to keep warm and the brought it back after our baby had finished, she even gave me somee freshly made fries and did this whilst managing quiet a few other tables so credit to her. Couldn't fault this place, great food, great staff make a great experience.
