Food was amazing and the waitress Amy was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every time we come here we’re served by Amy and we’ve always felt welcome and had a great experience. Bonus that we only live round the corner! P.s. get the cajun halloumi fries!

Me and my wife Sue have had our second visit in a month and have to say it's becoming one of our favourite places to eat. Love the atmosphere and the music playing, the service is excellent (Lewis) and the food tastes lovely. Of course we will be back

This was a home delivery, but the crispy bacon was far from crispy, the tater tots were missing and so was the maple syrup……I won’t be ordering breakfast/brunch from here again.

We popped in for some post cinema food. The fettuccine bolognese was surprisingly tasty, although it’s a chain restaurant the food was very tasty and well presented. The service was really good, was greeted on arrival and seated in a nice booth. Kids were provided with a colouring pad and crayons. The atmosphere was great and child friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a meal in a well known Italian restaurant a few nights ago, the food & the service in Frankie & Benny’s was far better. Thanks to Mike & the team.

Absolutely the worst salad I have ever had. And expectations for salads are usually pretty low but this by far wins the gold medal for overpriced gem lettuce cut into 4 parts, served on plate with bare minimum of dressing and extra £1.95 for plain cooked chicken out of a pack. Chicken was watery and in 4 pieces so taste was bad due to mainly inside of gem lettuce. Plus it took 25 minutes to arrive. Never will I eat here again. Middle of day total of 12 people on restaurant and took ages to get a salad that clearly was thrown on the plate and fished up in less than a minute.

First time eating here using the Groupon deal. The value for money was amazing! Food was very good with an extensive menu including vegetarian options. Amy our server was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. There was a fairly long wait for food, about 40 minutes. The restaurant is well laid out in an American diner theme. Some music playing in the background would have been welcomed. There was no A/C that I could I tell. We did make good use of the menu's as hand held fans!

Darcy was our server and she was so helpful and cherry, we had a fantastic meal for our wedding anniversary, the wait times were minimal and the food and drinks were brilliant.

Enjoyed our visit recently after we went to watch a movie at Vue. I believe the chap who served us was called Alex, friendly guy and was very helpful. Only reason I’ve marked a three for service is the bar always seem to take a long time to get drinks to you. Thank you.
