My burger was really good and the pizza isn't bad either but I've had the sides and I'd give them a miss. Extraordinarily good service. cramped seating. Good for all ages and families. Went back again a week later the pizza wasn't very good and my double stack didn't have any cheese!

The waitress Marie was absolutely lovely so very helpful and pleasant, so thank you so much for that But unfortunately my food wasn’t so great as the coating was burnt as well as the chicken We where given a discount to accommodate this but it left me a bit hungry and I wasn’t going to order another dish incase of disappointment again

Food was amazing and the waitress Amy was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every time we come here we’re served by Amy and we’ve always felt welcome and had a great experience. Bonus that we only live round the corner! P.s. get the cajun halloumi fries!

Well…I went here for a birthday. The booking was made for 5pm, we received starters an hour later and then the main courses another forty minutes later. The food was not the tastiest and not presented that well. I know the restaurant was busy and it did seem that maybe they needed at least another staff member but I really can’t understand why the food took so long. They did help with the birthday cake we brought along but I won’t be returning there.

My partner and I usually find Frankie and Benny’s a good middle ground for food that we enjoy and the service that we receive from our waiters is always excellent. However, upon our recent visit, I ordered calamari and there were two tiny squid rings in my serving and 3/4 of it were just balls of the batter that they coat it with and my main came out like warm. The food is very basic considering how much you pay, and my partner left hungry still. The dessert menu needs more classic options, as it feels bar a few limited options, all of the dessert menu is just ice cream sundaes.

I’m here leaving a review as it is the least I can do for the level of service we received. Alex pole was incredible. Very busy but kept a smaller on his face and welcomed my daughter and I really well. Made sure we were looked after and was speedy in everything we needed. A really great experience thanks Alex!

Marie served us and was super lovely, we were seated quickly, served and checked on. Food came quickly and was delicious. Thank you for helping make a Mummy and daughter date super awesome 🤩🥰

Me and my wife Sue have had our second visit in a month and have to say it's becoming one of our favourite places to eat. Love the atmosphere and the music playing, the service is excellent (Lewis) and the food tastes lovely. Of course we will be back

Not the best Frankie and Benny's that I have ever been to. The food was nice, burgers, wraps, fries etc but the service was dreadful. There were not nearly enough waiters and the wait between courses was far too long. It took so long for the bill to come that I had to take it and pay at the bar. Not a great to go, especially with impatient children.

Very busy this evening but Anna still made us feel very special. Our table ordered Italian Feast and every dish was hot and tasty. I highly recommend this lively restaurant.

Another edition of the popular restaurant chain. The food is generally excellent and reasonably priced. I went expecting quite a soulless place typical of chain restaurants but was pleasantly surprised to find that it has a lovely 50's style Italian American ambience to it. Nicely decorated with old photos of the original creators and golden era famous people. The only thing I would suggest is to book before you go as it can get very busy and you may have to wait half an hour for a table and then get put in one of the less appealing middle tables rather than one of the booths.

A great place to take the kids for a birthday treat ( they do parties) or before or after the cinema-yet also fun for adults. Think American /Italian diner with food to match.It's lively, friendly and the food is-perhaps surprisingly-good. Pasta and Pizza are excellent and there are lots of shareable extras. And try the Ice Cream!!! It's just a pity that F&B's is in such an out of the way location unless you're off to the cinema. Because surely nobody using the nearby gym would eat here!!!.

Really love this place, it is somewhere would only go as a special treat though (things are tight!!) and we always enjoy ourselfs. The staff are friendly, if not sometimes a bit short staffed. The food is lovely and have never had any problems with it, i have found that no matter how busy it is there, i have never had to wait longer than i think is acceptable for my food - so cant fault them there! Downside is can be very difficult to book a table - just goes to show how popular it is. Also with it being a family orientated restaurant it can get a bit noisy in there and you find yourself having to shout to be heard. Definatly somewhere i would recommend if you like that kind of food, oh and the puddings are to die for!!

latte was real nice shame it's been 40 mins since I finished it and the bar man is ignoring me

Went for breakfast and got served streaky bacon when the picture in the menu clearly shows back bacon also when my tea was served the cup it was in was dirty
