Where to Drink Manhattans in Las Vegas in 2024 | Eater

"Frankie’s Uptown brings a fun, locals-oriented neighborhood vibe to the Downtown Summerlin shopping plaza, whether you’re watching the latest game on a big screen or hanging out at the bar while browsing an impressive whiskey list. The restaurant has a great relationship with Angel’s Envy and features the spirit frequently at pop-up events, including mint juleps at last year’s Kentucky Derby viewing party. You can’t go wrong with a traditional Angel’s Envy Manhattan on any given day, featuring a choice of bourbon or rye with a touch of sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters. Ask for it up or on a large ice sphere." - Vox Creative

First time trying this place and we loved it! The food was fantastic and the portions were large. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was flavorful with mushrooms peppers and cheese.. It did not lack anything and served hot my mouth is watering thinking about it while I wrote this review 😋 my husband ordered another sandwich and we both only ate half of our sandwiches. The menu did state to share a meal they would charge I did not think that was appropriate based on the pricing of the food. There was a live performance that sang know songs and added to the vibe of the restaurant. The bar tender knew the menu well and made excellent suggestions. We will definitely come back

Jamie was hands down the best server I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday feel truly special. He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. His warm and friendly attitude made the whole evening even more enjoyable. He even surprised my sister with a thoughtful birthday gesture that really made her smile. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about creating a great experience for their guests, and Jamie absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable we’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service!

Jamie took care of us! Made my birthday very special, took our order in a timely manner and checked up on us constantly. Very respectful man. ASK for him when you get here for that VIP treatment.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening at 6:30pm. It was crowded inside but very nice outside in the shade. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Despite having no Vegan options, they were very happy to “Veganize” the Cauliflower dish by holding the butter and adding an Impossible Burger. It was DELICIOUS!! I also enjoyed a shot of whiskey and a Guinness while my friend ate the Fish and chips and a Spicy Margarita! Everything was delicious!! We definitely recommend! They have live music Saturday nights at around 8:30pm.

Google
Organized a group happy hour, so friends could try this great place, they called me 4 or 5 times to ask about seating but never told me once they would charge 25% gratuity. Ridiculous.. my bad I suggested this place .. the owner had told me that she would do something special.. nothing was done.., waitress was good but seemed rushed.. poor service bcoz I think they were short staffed.. by the way Happy hour is an introduction to your establishment… so you are not doing us a favor.. learn to treat people with respect.. thanks

A Timeless Retreat: Frankie's Uptown – A Neighborhood Bar In a city known for its grandeur and constant motion, Frankie's Uptown stands as a charming paradox—a sanctuary of warmth and camaraderie amidst the bustling chaos. As you step over the threshold, you’re welcomed not just by the physical space but by an enveloping atmosphere that is uniquely charming. It's like slipping into a well-worn leather armchair: familiar, comforting, and infinitely inviting. This establishment transcends the typical bar experience; it embodies a heartfelt journey where old-school charm intricately weaves with the refined elegance of contemporary design, creating a space that resists easy classification. The ambiance is infused with a palpable energy, an unspoken promise of respite from the demands of everyday life. It's a haven where the burdens of the day fade away, overtaken by the joyful laughter of friends, the cheerful clink of glasses, and the enchanting strains of live music that seem to float through the air like a beloved tune. Every corner of Frankie's Uptown is alive with activity, from the spirited bar games that incite friendly competition to the carefully curated décor that pays homage to the nostalgia of neighborhood gathering spots. The walls, adorned with vintage photographs and eclectic memorabilia, tell stories of countless memories shared, enhancing the inviting feel of the space. Amidst this tapestry of communal joy lies a culinary treasure that captivated my taste buds: the Hometown Chicken Parm Sub. This dish is a true work of culinary artistry and indulgence. It begins with a Romano-crusted chicken breast, perfectly fried to achieve a golden exterior that gives way to tender, succulent meat. Generously slathered in a rich marinara sauce that boasts a subtle blend of herbs and spices, the chicken is then crowned with melted mozzarella cheese, creating a gooey, comforting layer that is as delightful to the eye as it is to the palate. Encasing this harmony of flavors is a garlic bread sub roll, crisp on the outside yet soft and warm within—an inspired touch that elevates each bite to extraordinary heights of flavor and texture. The exceptional food at Frankie's Uptown is a true delight for any food enthusiast. Frankie's Uptown is much more than just a bar; it stands as a living testament to the enduring power of neighborhood connection. Here, food, music, and laughter converge in an eternal embrace of good times, fostering a sense of community that is truly special. The experience at Frankie's is truly holistic, urging visitors to savor the little moments that turn ordinary evenings into extraordinary experiences. In a world that often feels transient, this spot remains a steadfast retreat—a place where five stars hardly seem sufficient to capture the essence of such a quintessential gathering place.

Google
Wanted a light, early dinner at a local establishment. Frankie's was perfect. Dynamic atmosphere with friendly faces and kind attitudes. My party ordered the Jalapeño bacon and meatball appetizers. Very tasty! Mains included fish and shrimp, truffle fries and sweet potato fries. All were excellent.

We were greeted promptly and seated promptly. Several minute wait before we saw a waitress. Water was delivered promptly. Waitress was not seen for 7-8 minutes. We ordered draft beers and 2 appetizers. After approximately 5 minutes we saw our beers at the bar sitting approximately 15 feet away. After watching beer sit there for a few minutes we noticed our server talking to the table behind us for 7-8 minutes as we were timing this. Beers still sitting at the bar. At this time we realized not adequate service. Not interested in warm beer. We got up and left. ZERO stars if I could! Restaurant was 1/3 to 1/2 full.

Yelp
Frankie's Uptown is known for its All-In-Prime Cheeseburger, a favorite among patrons. The lively atmosphere and attentive service make it a great spot for a memorable dining experience. Enjoy the signature burger and more at Frankie's Uptown.

Yelp
Came here for lunch today, environment it's beautiful, food was delicious and the service was amazing, Jamie was super welcoming and attentive! I'll be coming back here for sure! Parmesan chips are the best!

Yelp
Why we haven't been here yet, I don't know. Our hostess greeted us with the biggest smile. Our server had a lot of great recommendations on the menu. They have something for everyone! My wife had the mortadella sandwich with truffle chips - 10/10. I had the Uptown Burger and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The place is really cute. The music was great. My wife ran into the owner, Chris in the bathroom. She couldn't have been sweeter. We will definitely be back soon. I know there's many choices and options in DTS. This is a must try!

Yelp
Came in for Happy Hour. Ordered an Old Fashioned Uptown Girl. The Frankie Flowers was way better this time compared to last time. I like spicy, however the Brooklyn Stroll was stuffed with alot of jalapeños, so I couldn't finish it. Our server Corrine was extra nice and friendly. Definitely a cool spot to hangout.

Yelp
This is our new go to for Friday and Saturday night. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. Daniel was such a pleasure to meet and an excellent asset for the restaurant.

Yelp
Went to Frankie's for the first time yesterday and it was excellent! Sat at the bar and had great service by Sam, met Frankie the owner who was super friendly! Ordered the Italian sushi, bacon wrapped jalapeño and wings, everything tasted delicious! Also they have "dels" lemonade which is a Rhode Island staple, yum! Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Frankie's is a super nice local bar in downtown Summerlin. We love going there after going to the Ballpark. Some of our favorites are the Italian nachos and FU old fashioneds. The chicken parm is great too. Service is usually good and relatively fast. But, it isn't the most reasonably priced place for locals. You will pay "Vegas" prices. You should definitely check it out.
google avatar

Kimberly F.

Yelp
The server was very attentive and nice. The atmosphere was fun, with a live band on Friday night. We came here after the baseball game for a snack and beer. The sliders were great, the Brooklyn stroll was good, everyone liked their appetizers. I feel like we waited a while to get the check, but it was a little busy.

Yelp
Impossible Uptown Burger (with no butter and no cheese) is outstanding, and ithe lone plant-based option on the menu. In place of the standard chips or fries, I substituted a salad with vinaigrette dressing, which was also good. Along with that I enjoyed a serving of Evocation, a Belgian saison from CraftHaus Brewery. The drink menu has a decent selection of craft and local beers. The hardwood benches for the outdoor seating are impressive but uncomfortable and awkward to get in and out of. As part of its theme, the restaurant is proud to not be a gaming tavern. Hence there are no video poker machines at the bar, and smoking is not permitted.

Yelp
This spot deserves the coveted 5*****! In my book, a 5***** has to be earned! This local neighborhood bar has a great story, live music, easy to get to, good service and the BEST fries in town! Plus a patio, bar seating, restaurant seating, not smoky or smelly inside plus great TVs to watch sports. Meet a friend or be a friend when you come to this spot! I'd love to meet the owners one day and hear their stories in person! What a treat that would be! Thanks so much Frankie's Uptown! Will be back!

Yelp
Finally had an opportunity to tryout this locally owned bar in Summerlin. Dropped in to grab some dinner and a Cocktail. Service was great, and I really enjoyed the casual, cozy atmosphere. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sub and the Bella Chris-Tini, which is their classic lemon drop made with their house-made limoncello, which were both delicious! If you like sweet drinks this Martini is a great choice! Nice place to come chill and catch a game! Huge bar!

Yelp
Frankie's Uptown was the perfect place to enjoy watching the Super Bowl with my family. We reserved our table about a week in advance and were seated promptly at a booth when we checked in about 30 minutes before kickoff. They had fun giveaways going on all game, and the vibe in the whole establishment was lively and fun the entire time. The menu features a wide selection of Italian-inspired comfort food, perfect for the bar environment. The strolls are a pretty good size, so I recommend splitting one if you plan on also ordering appetizers (or take home some yummy leftovers!). The drink menu had lots of cocktails to choose from, a decent sized wine menu, and of course plenty of beer options to choose from. Our server, as well as multiple other employees, helped our table through the course of the evening, and we never felt neglected despite how busy they were. I look forward to returning to Frankie's to watch a Vegas Golden Knights game!

Yelp
Love this spot for the vibes & taps! We went for happy hour and the charcuterie was somewhat lackluster. Service was attentive and friendly, I will def be back. I just might choose some different food options.
google avatar

Yelp
Finally decided to go here and so glad we did. Service was friendly, personable and attentive. Food is like bar food but with Italian twist. We shared the brussel sprouts and a meatball stroll. The stroll is a good size to share with another if you want to get something else. It was quiet loud due to the nature of it being a bar. The sound moves easily throughout so if you are by a loud group it can really take over your conversation. I was pleasantly surprised they had coke zero.

Yelp
I went to this company lunch, and it was awesome! The decoration was spot on and reminded me of the East Coast vibes with the old-school brick and mid-century modern feel. The service was terrific, especially for a big group like ours. We got this pizza nacho, and it was heavenly, I swear. I had the stroll, and it was a massive portion. But you know what, it was seasoned perfectly. Honestly, I'm so tempted, to try other things on the menu too.

Yelp
This spot has it all - a lively sports environment, cozy warm ambiance (love the Edison bulbs and flickering lights), an extensive whiskey selection, and amazing food. I tried their burger awhile back and it was incredible. Also love their buttery pierogis. Today I dropped in again to try their garlic dough balls and fusilli. Wow that fusilli - chef's kiss. Roasted garlic and a creamy sauce with a bit of a kick - so much flavor. Loved it! Our server recommended it, and she was also awesome.

Yelp
Perfect place for a bite before an Aviator's game, a happy hour date or to meet with friends. Not so much to watch a game (without sound). We were seated immediately and served water within minutes. There are some interesting menu items that we had to try. We ordered happy hour truffle Parmesan fries and carpaccio sushi for starters. The truffle fries were amazing! The carpaccio seemed a little off, not as cold as I would like or as raw as I usually see carpaccio, very interesting flavors and quite good. I ordered 3 sliders of my choice which was fish, meatball and Philly cheesesteak. The best was the cheesesteak. The meatball was overcooked and the fish didn't have much flavor. My husband ordered the chicken parm dinner which was very tender and very tomatoey. The tomatoes sauce is made in house and I would love to go back to try one of their many "strolls" (Stromboli).

Yelp
The Yelp reviews of Frankie's prompted a visit to check out the Happy Hour. We arrived at 3:30 and had the choice of seating. After settling into a lower booth, glasses of water arrived. We ordered wines, Reisling from the regular menu and Pinot Noir from the HH menu. The menu has a wide selection and after reviewing the choices we ordered the Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Peppers and the Dog Deuce. The Dog is not on the HH menu. Service was prompt and friendly. The Peppers come 5 to an order. As can be expected the heat level on Jalapenos is unpredictable. Four were mild and one hot. Overall it's a nice HH item. The Deuce Dog comes two to an order with a large portion of French Fries. The soft buns are filled with mustard and diced onions. We passed on the chili sauce. The dogs are tender without the snap skin. I prefer a Chicago Dog and my wife prefers Frankie's. The fries were crisp outside and tender inside. We look forward to a return visit to experience more of the menu. I have my eye on the Stroll. From the description they appear to be enough for 2 people.

Yelp
The restaurant opened at 12 on a Saturday so there was a line waiting to get in when they opened which was promising. There was 5 in our party and we were sat at a hightop table for 4 and had to grab the extra chair ourselves. The service was epically slow for a restaurant that big and what seemed like 2 servers. The menu was extensive and the food was hot and tasty.
google avatar

Kristina M.

Yelp
Great place for a drink and to catch up with family/friends. The ambiance inside is lively and warm, with a mixed of classy and casual given the exposed brick and wood and metal details. The music is a bit loud, but live music is worth it. They had a great selection of beers and cocktails for my family, as well as non-alcoholic options. I like that they distinguished between ginger ale and ginger beer (the ginger beer was very tasty). My family tried all sorts of beers and cocktails, including the seasonal options, and thoroughly enjoyed them. Food was also excellent - we mostly got apps and bar foods to share. Even if you're not a truffle lover, our waitress highly recommended any truffle items - so naturally, we got all of them. The truffle Mac and cheese was a perfect balance of flavor and very creamy, fries deliciously crispy and not over seasoned, and the chips were made fresh in house. I also recommend the Brussels sprouts and any of the strolls. Staff are very friendly, helped us take pictures and served a large party. She was good at checking in on us just often enough and kept us satisfied.
google avatar

Chantal G.

Yelp
Casual sports bar where mostly locals hang out! The food is descent, i liked what we ordered. I was told that the " stroll " is what they are known for however i didn't try any this time, another reason for coming back soon. The stuff and bartenders are very friendly maybe because we were seating at the bar so they cant ignore us but i dont think so. I am coming back and I will come back on Friday next time for the live music ! Sam the bartender suggested to come on Friday , Saturday or Sunday for live music. And oh easy parking, right on front of large parking lot but private enough so you dont feel like you seat on the parking lot if you decide to seat outside. I do recommad uptwon Frankie's if you want casual cocktails, afterwork drinks and dinner while you are in the neihborhood.
google avatar

Brandee M.

Yelp
This place is awesome! We had pulled into the parking lot, intending to go to another restaurant but the smell and vibe that were coming off of this venue were too good to pass up. Seriously. Portions are huge, flavor is even bigger and the staff is the cherry on top. We got the meatballs as a starter and they were perfectly dense and flavorful. Then our dinner consisted of the hot dog duo (chili isn't what you're expecting but so much better) with house made chips and the Philly Stroll (hot damn!). We will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Great neighborhood bar in downtown Summerlin , I love the decor relaxing and open . The drinks were good and so was the food, happy hour is the best time to go they have good specials. Our server was excellent she was so friendly and attentive .

Yelp
Our first time here & we loved the ambiance & vibe of this restaurant! We came on a Saturday afternoon & they had brunch specials & live music, which made our experience enjoyable. We had a few appetizers, the calamari & the sweet chili shrimp. The calamari had a little kick to it, which we loved, & the shrimps were delicious & huge! We shared a main, the fish and chips, which we didn't enjoy as much. The portion was pretty small, with only 2 fish filets, and the filets themselves were a little bland. For dessert, we got their uptown sugar stroll, that we also didn't enjoy quite as much. The dough & Nutella were delicious, but the NY style cheesecake tasted a bit off to us. The bourbon caramel glaze was far too alcohol tasting, overpowering the whole thing if you got a heavy drizzle. Our server was as attentive as they could, given we knew he was busy as there was a rush that came in around the same time. Overall, I would go back again to try more of their appetizers & a few more of the desserts.

Yelp
Let me start this review with a little about us.... my husband and I have been full-time RVers for 6 years. We have traveled through every state except Alaska (we'll get there though) and we have eaten at A LOT of places across the United States. We've, in fact, had meals in all of the states we've visited. Frankie's Uptown is in the top 5 of our all-time favorite places! Having been to so many places to eat, we tend to be a bit picky. The place has to have it all, great food, a chill vibe, an awesome staff, and Frankie's does!! The moment we walked in, we felt like family. The menu is pretty big and really offers something for everyone. We opted for the Knight STRoLL. The "STRoLL" is kinda like an awesome new take on a calzone, but better! It was absolutely delicious! The flavor of the sausage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms was a trip to flavor town!! Can't wait to try them all!! The staff was fantastic and super attentive. We even had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, Frankie and Chris "Pepperoni.". They are such a fantastic couple and obviously a great team. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Located in Downtown Summerlin. Dog friendly venue even for inside seating but I chose outside because it weather was good and the outdoor seating is very nice. My waitress was great and so was the bites we ordered. At one point when my waitress was busy, I asked another waitress who passed by if she could add some champagne to my glass because the syrup for the mimosa was super sweet, I asked very politely because I didn't want it to come off as a complaint. I was so appalled by her answer, in a rude tone she said "it's only $5 bucks". Whattttt? I didn't expect that, just wanted to cut the sweetness. I ended up just saying nevermind because I just didn't want to deal with it after being treated like that. Thank god she wasn't my waitress but she almost ruined my experience. I woudve given this 4 stars if it wasnt for that.
google avatar

Yelp
Great bar with good food and drinks. Very fun vibe and great story behind their business. We will be making this our regular spot when we travel from Phoenix!
google avatar

Patrick C.

Yelp
Was here a few weeks ago to watch a band play, but they had a private party going on. They clearly cared more about that than anything else. We had someone from the party walk up and threaten us and management didn't do anything. They were clearly overserved and antagonistic the person who threatened us couldn't stand up straight, but they were still being served. I recommend going elsewhere.

Yelp
We visited on Friday for lunch with a party of three and it was a very good experience. We arrived and were seated right away in a booth. The waitress came by and took drink orders. They messed up the first margarita I ordered, I guess the bottle of agave went ballistic, but they replaced it immediately, which was nice. We started with appetizers; Candied Bacon, Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos, and Italian Sushi. All were well prepared and tasty. The Jalapenos were especially good. From there we went with Strolls; Brooklyn, Philly, and Knight Strolls. All were excellent, although my wife asked for no onions and they neglected that request. The Strolls were delicious, but boy were they greasy. Yummy, yummy grease... Overall, a great place for lunch.
google avatar

Ernie C.

Yelp
The food was very good and unique. Frankie's offers some fun and flavorful variations on the food and drinks that they offer. The options they offer makes it a good way to try some different things. The service was good. The restaurant has a busy and loud vibe. We were there on a Wednesday and there wasn't any sport events being televised but it was still loud and very busy. It's definitely not a place to go if you have a lot to talk about with someone. It's definitely lively and probably a good place to watch a game if you can get in.
google avatar

Adrianna E.

Yelp
First timer here and loved this spot in DT Summerlin! I met a GF here for HH and it was a happening spot and no wonder with a great HH menu! tons of specialty cocktails plus some decent wine options! The menu was filled with different options of starters, salads and pizzas! Lots of TVs and sports everywhere! The vibe was cool and service was pretty good too! Not your typical sports bar and a really cool casual spot to meet up after work and after some shopping!
google avatar

Sabrina A.

Yelp
Had an amazing time here with Arnoldo serving us. He had so many good suggestions, and kept the vibe light and fun. We didn't want to leave!! The food was absolutely outstanding, the all-in prime cheeseburger is arguably the best burger I've ever had. Drinks were sensational as well. I will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Blynnda E.

Yelp
Such a cool restaurant/bar. Family oriented which I love. We got the charcuterie board and the calamari, both were amazing! The old fashions were perfectly made with a big square ice cube. Even the owner Frankie comes around and talks to you as if you are family. He even sang karaoke that night which was fun to watch. Best of all was our server Arnoldo. He was so personable and you can tell he loved his job and being at Frankie's. Will definitely go again.

Yelp
Met friends here for lunch. Ambiance is very nice. Customer service very nice as well. I ordered a Caesar salad with a protein of 'grilled' salmon added. The presentation was nice. The salad was ok; nothing remarkable. The grilled salmon was skinless. The texture of the salmon was interesting. It was overcooked IMO and a bit dry. From the surface appearance, it almost looks like it was deep fried. It didn't occur to me to ask at the time, but after looking at the picture I took, it raises that question in my mind. It's a nice place to meet up, but I was kinda disappointed in the flavors of my meal.
google avatar

Susanne H.

Yelp
We came here on a Wednesday. We sat at the bar, as the bar only had 4 other people at it. To say that the bartender (I think April) was sssssssssllllooooowwwwww is an understatement. We eventually acquired her attention, but it was forever. We ordered two Philly and had them modified to add Provolone. When we got them, it seemed as if it was huge pile of grease. Couldn't figure out if it was dipped in a fryer or the bun was partially put in the fryer, but it was nothing in the realm of a Philly. I know they have high reviews, but unsure why they do. Would I come here for the service, not at all. Would I come here for the food, not what I ate. Maybe their other food is good, but eeehhh.

Yelp
Great St. Patty's Day celebration for all at Frankie Uptown last night! Great live music, Irish bandspectacular event for all! Delicious menu that made the evening superb! Thank you F&C for another great experience! Frankie's Uptown is the perfect neighborhood "tavern" meeting place for all. Great comfortable vibe, greater price point and ample parking. Yelp
Staff do not enjoy any part of their job, and it's obvious in the service. Another establishment that has mediocre food but good atmosphere and nickels and dimes for every little thing

Yelp
5/16/23 6pm Sat outside Party of 5 Met with my boyfriends friends for dinner. The Aviator: 5/10 looks good but isn't all that great. Bella Chris-Tini 10/10, basically a lemon drop but so yummy. Knight Stroll: Filled with mushrooms, sausage, mozzarella and marinara sauce 9/10. Everyone else also ordered Strolls and they all liked them. Our server was on point. Located in Downtown Summerlin. Check them out.

Yelp
I came here for brunch today with a group. Our waitress was Ashley, and she did a wonderful job considering she was our only waitress. I ordered the morning stroll, and on the menu it says $16, but my ticket read $18. I'm glad I caught it and brought it to Ashley's attention, they changed it for me, but said they changed their prices, but didn't update the menu. So that is my only gripe, which is why I scored a 4 instead of a 5. It was St. Patrick's day, so I got a kiwi mimosa. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. Then I ordered a watermelon/peach mimosa, it tasted really good. They have a lot of mimosa flavors, which I really like, and they're $5 each. Our group had about 15 people and Ashley gave us our own check, which is so helpful. I really appreciated that. I did notice on my ticket there's a 3% charge for using a card and gratuity is already added in. My food was good, mimosas were good . I noticed some new mems in the ladies bathroom stalls. Love =d the SATC ones, which I snapped photos of. Last time I came, there was a Friends one. Looking forward to new ones when I come back. =)

Yelp
Pretty good time at Frankie's! This is totally a locals type bar, just a place to pop in if you want a drink or a bite, not somewhere you go to be seen. We were looking for a low key spot, so it worked. We sat at the bar and the bartender got to us right away. He was friendly and our drinks were great! They have an extensive drink menu and lots of varieties of Old Fashioned if that's your thing. I got the Aviator, which I thought was awesome, and hubby got one of the Old Fashioned drinks, which he enjoyed. I ordered a second drink, but that one I didn't like. The bartender was super sweet and made me another Aviator instead. We also got an order of the meatballs, which we just thought were okay. There was also a live singer there so that was cool too. They had the games on TVs around the bar, and everyone was wearing Vegas Golden Knights apparel. If you're looking for a low key place, this is it!

Yelp
We've been to Frankie's a couple times and always have a nice time. The food is good, as well as their drinks with plenty of options. We've taken family here too and have had no complaints from anyone !

Yelp
Wow!! Fantastic steampunk neighborhood bar serving delicious food. I can only imagine how fun this place is during ballgame days. Uptown Asada Stroll (5/5) - crispy hot Stromboli filled with steak n cheese paired w the cool n spicy mole dip. Truffle Mac n Jeez (4/5) - served on a hot griddle, savory and creamy, fusilli was cooked a lil soft Great service, yummy food, and clean bathrooms. I'll definitely be back with friends!

Yelp
This place has a classy sports bar vibe. I visited for happy hour and overall had a good experience. We sat on the patio which was lovely and I highly recommend while the weather is good. Our waitress was very nice. It was super busy yet she was attentive and got our order correct, even when we had people join late and kept ordering more items throughout the evening. The food and drinks were decent and the presentation was well done. I tried the ghost and ginger cocktail; it was not my favorite. Disclaimer that I'm not an alcohol connoisseur- but I think I was expecting something more like a mule with some carbonation which I was craving. This drink is more along the lines of a whiskey sour. The happy hour menu is pretty limited so we ordered mostly appetizers from the regular dinner menu. The items that stuck out to me most were the cherry pepper calamari and sweet chili fried shrimp. The first dish had the trademark lightly battered calamari, but with a spicy twist from the cherry pepper relish on top. The chili fried shrimp were succulent and perfectly cooked. The sweet sauce was a nice compliment to the crunchy batter on the shrimps. They have an extensive menu with some nice looking burgers which I'm excited to come back and try!

Yelp
So good! Amazing cocktails, great food and great happy hour. Nicole at the bar is amazing, we came in right before the kitchen closed which is annoying and she took such good care of us!

Yelp
Ordered a cheeseburger medium well and it was completely charred which didn't matter because you couldn't taste the meat or cheese because the bun was saturated in butter. The coke tasted like a combination of coke and dishwater. The waiter never asked about the food or if everything was ok. 5 total people in the place and it took over 30 minutes to get the food. No thanks! Another overpriced less than average place that will be going out of business soon. Dining out used to be a nice experience.

Yelp
Pretty okay spot. The service was a little slow but food was good! I think this is more of a place when you can't think of anywhere else to go. Def recommend the fish& chips!

Yelp
Love love love this spot. We called ahead to see if they were showing the Aces game and they promptly changed two tvs to accommodate us. The brunch was going on and the $5 mimosas was a hit. There were multiple flavors to choose from including blackberry and pineapple. Our server was very attentive and checked on us often. The vibe of the place is great with people just enjoying themselves and watching a game or chatting it up. Food was great. My only gripe is that my wings were more "baked" and I love them extra crispy. I'm sure I could've just made mention but they were still tasty. Can't wait to make it back.

Yelp
Indulging in the Frankies Italian Sushi at this exquisite establishment was a delightful experience that left me craving for more. The fusion of Italian and Japanese flavors was a culinary masterpiece that tantalized my taste buds and left me wanting to savor every bite.

Yelp
Like their huge list of whiskey/bourbon options. The price doesn't reflect the quality. Maybe we came on an off night? Family members have visited 2x with good experience, except this recent visit with us. Friday night 8pm-11pm live music in the background was nice. We spent maybe $60 per person, minimum 2 cocktails each with a meal and appetizers. $16+ cocktails have been okay. Strong drinks though! For a bar that has alot of whiskey and variety of old fashioned cocktails, they can't seem to substitute or customize? I ended up with just a typical old fashioned, bourbon base just so I could get an American bourbon base cocktail with no spice taste. Old fashioned glass was sticky all around? But taste was good. The gin drinks that my cousin got were not made correctly. Out of so many different cocktails ordered, the customized ones (mezcal, and bourbon base) we asked for and the gin juice seemed most worth/less risky tries. Or really, my cousin ended up sticking to just on the rocks. Food is typical new American food. From pizza roll, pasta, appetizers, burger...texture and tastes were either okay or not there. The price reflects maybe their interesting interpretations of items. If it was good, then prices would make sense. With food not being that great, and so many cocktail problems, it's not our favorite place right now. Again, maybe we came on an off night. Maybe we'll visit during happy hour to try again. Happy Hour: Tuesday-Friday 4pm-615pm. Brunch weekends 12pm-4pm $5 mimosas. Also I do love their angle shot/support of safer space for identified women!!

Yelp
Frankie's uptown is by far my most favorite bar in all of Summerlin! The staff are friendly and very attentive! Food is amazing, whiskey/cocktail options are endless and delicious! Perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, watch sports and listen to live music (weekends) starring some of my favorite singers/bands (Katrina Bree, Stephanie Walsh). The bar is perfectly situated right across from the Ace's ballpark, includes an outdoor patio of which is dog friendly and perfect for people watching. On this trip I enjoyed Tullamore Dew Whisket on the rocks and sampled their chicken wings of which I'm told are half backed and then fried to perfection!! Some of my other favs that I've enjoyed in the past is their one of kind "Stroll" rolls Meatballs, Mama Chris Marsala, pizza, and all-in prime burger. If you are looking for a smoke free/machine free bar with great ambiance, staff and excellent food I recommend making the trip to check it out. You will not be disappointed! P.S. The owners are in site daily and make it point to introduce themselves to their guest. Love the personal touch!
