Andreia, our administrator, is absolutely amazing! She is completely professional and honest; It's so refreshing to meet someone who upholds such high moral standards at work Andreia is extremely competent, genuinely caring, and friendly; She consistently seeks ways to improve this delightful environment here at Franklin Manor. The Building Super, Manny, was hardworking ,friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! The building is well- maintained and efficiently managed; the tenants are extremely friendly and helpful to one another, a true community! Shirley

This place should be ashamed of themselves. What they put you through to only find out its a 2x4 living space and the front desk girl has such an attitude. They want your deposit before you can see apartment and to give deposit and come back at a later date to see apartment so when you say you dont want it they keep your money. Its dirty and falling apart. I feel so bad for the seniors that are living there. Horrible place!!!

I think it might be a good place for senior citizens that's looking to live on their own but a safe space for them in case of emergency, someone is there round the clock on the premiemses

9 years since 2016 forced to move now husband cancer me kiddney failure fight with front desk girl Andrea rude no mairence my apt was falling apt.now taking girl at front desk to court sinful don't ask for anything to be fixed .
