My car was in an accident the day after Halloween, being an employee at Mercedes Benz of Henderson we constantly use Frank’s for the cars here so I figured why not take my personal vehicle to them. From the start Regina was very sweet and friendly towards me guiding me through the process as well as dealing with my insurance. Updates were frequent and stress free up until the day my vehicle was ready for pickup. The paint matching was absolutely flawless and would definitely like to bring my car back here if they offer paint matching services for aftermarket body parts!

Over the years I’ve had multiple vehicles repaired here, they do exceptional work, have never let me down once, always exceeding my expectations each time. Got my vehicle done a week ahead of schedule this time. Flawless work. Thank you

Vandal broke the housing off my door handle! I bought a replacement part and then discovered it needed the underside painted. Beyond my pay grade and my shakey 70-year old hands! Just the kind of pesky, no profit job every body shop in America would turn away saying, "We don't do that here." But Frank's did not. Instead I got compassionate and SPEEDY help. Within 2 days they had painted the part and popped it back on my car for me. I can't say enough good things about Frank's. Had not seen them in 20 plus years. I selected Frank's Auto Body because my insurance company recommended them. The insurance company said that they would guarantee Frank's Auto Body Work For Life on my car. Also, this body shop had good reviews. I didn't leave a review in the month that I received my car back because the concerns I had weren't something that I wanted to share and I really want to just to move on. It is my Yelp policy to give more positive reviews than negative reviews even if I don't care for the place I won't give them a negative review. I decided to post this review today, because the few little things that happened to me annoy me and I feel that it would be good to share with other people so they know what One customer thoughts about Frank's Auto Body. The person who answers the phone and runs the front office was always pleasant, polite, and professional. The waiting area was simple but nice. That's the positive feedback I have for you, but here were the things that annoyed me: My auto insurance was pushing me to Total out the car even before it had reached its estimated total that would have garnered a totaling out of the title. When I talked to my insurance company about this pressure and that I didn't appreciate it, I was told it was as a favor to me. I wanted to keep my car, so I did not appreciate them putting the pressure on me and then calling it a favor to me when I had clearly communicated that I wanted to keep the car. A threshold damage dollar amount was established. Frank's Auto Body worked on my car, looking at damage and totaling it up. They stopped looking for problems immediately after they had reached $10 over the dollar amount that would have totaled my car. I explained to my Frank's Auto Body customer service contact that I would want to retain the car and have the damage repaired. He said they wouldn't continue evaluating the car for damage even though that's what I had asked for. I reminded him that I could easily hire Frank's Auto Body to do the work. The Frank's Auto Body customer service man said "we don't work on cars with totaled titles". This was shocking to me as I've been to many auto body shops and had work done plus of course mechanical shops as well. Never in my life has any company asked to see the title of my car. Because of this, I didn't believe that Frank's Auto Body really wanted to do the work. It was clear that they were working for my insurance company. So that is my point to you as a consumer, if Frank's Auto Body is working with your insurance company, then remember they're working for your insurance company and not looking out for your best interest. I would also like to mention that my Frank's Auto Body customer service rep wasn't friendly, and he was dismissive and cold. Additionally, when I went to pick up my car, they showed me some items in the trunk. When I was alone, I reviewed the items, and there were Parts in a box which was marked with a make and model of a car that wasn't mine. I took this box and it's contents into the shop and asked my customer service rep to take back the wrong part. He explained that it was just a recycled box, and they were actually my car parts. I asked them why they were in a box and not in the engine, and he said they couldn't put them back. Why? I don't know, and unfortunately, I didn't ask because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Finally, they put parts in my trunk directly onto the carpet with no box or anything to protect the carpet in the trunk. As a result of their negligence, I have engine oil on the carpet in the trunk that was otherwise pristine. I attempted to clean the oil out, but of course, it's there forever. I do not recommend Frank's Auto Body if you're working with your insurance company, and they're in cahoots with Frank's Auto Body. Frank's will be working with your insurance company and not looking out for your best interest. Plus, they don't take care of your vehicle, and potentially lie to you ( such as we don't work on cars with totaled out titles. If this is important to you, check it out personally because maybe that is the truth) So those are all the items that have been plaguing me for many months, and I really wanted to share it with other consumers so they don't need to go through the same thing.

Don't go anywhere else to get your car fixed if it has been in an accident. Frank's at 301 N Boulder Hwy in Henderson is the best. They have repaired my cars and are amazing. They matched difficult paint colors and the repair was perfect. My car looks brand new. Lisa takes care of getting your information and is very sweet. I was referred to Frank's by multiple friends after having some very frustrating experiences with other shops. I called and was easily able to make an appointment for an estimate. I was very happy with the process and CJ explained everything that needed to be fixed. He was honest and upfront about costs and the timeline for repairs. Other shops provided estimates for less and when I questioned them stating it seemed like more work would be required, they said well, when we get in there we'll see and just charge you more if we need to as we go. That didn't sit right with me. At the estimate appointment we scheduled the work and they were able to get my car in faster than any other shop. Dropped my car off and they fixed it right up. Good as new! Every staff member was so nice. The front desk staff were friendly, answered my questions, even offered to call me a ride to get my rental car. CJ checked in to keep me updated and my car was finished earlier than expected! They even stayed past closing so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. It looks fantastic! I am thrilled with the service I received and will absolutely be recommending them to people I know.

I cannot believe the negative responses on Yelp for Franks! This place is the BEST repair in town. From the front office, estimator, guys who work on the vehicles - each department 5 stars! I was informed DAILY on progress. Work was completed in the timeframe they told me it would be done. They even called before hand to confirm my car was being brought in on Monday. Have ZERO complaints and my car was pristine when I picked it up. Whoever vacuumed my car THANK YOU for getting cat fur out. You guys are the best!!

I have used Frank's Auto Body twice before this most recent repair. They have always provided quality and professional service, not cheap, but good quality. I feel I was upcharged for no discernible reason during this most recent transaction. I was provided a quote after one person performed their evaluation. Based on that quote in comparison to my four other quotes, I chose Frank's even though they were still a little higher in price. I was ok with that due to my previous experience. Then, after I turned in my vehicle, I was later called and informed the service will cost several hundred dollars more and the previous evaluation missed certain things. Not happy, I said proceed. Upon completion of the repair, I performed a visual inspection with my Service Coordinator "CJ". I voiced my displeasure with the increase and he basically shrugged it off. They did a satisfactory job. BTW, I was having my front bumper repainted, not a huge job. I guess my issue with the transaction is that when given a quote (all quotes include wiggle room for the unexpected), if you're going to increase it by 26%, provide reasonable support to substantiate the increase. They did not. Frank's Auto Body is just another body shop. Shop around and get multiple quotes and hold them to the price. Frank's apparently feels price is a moving target.

I got rear ended and the other persons insurance had a bunch of chains and a few small businesses to choose from. I thought about going to a chain but Frank's Auto Body has good reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. Very good decision! Admittedly I had to do this during quarantine so the service may have been slightly different than "normal" but if that's what it's like stressed and with limitations I assume the service here is amazing! First, making an estimate appointment was easy and friendly. They made sure to call me and give me reminders and made sure I knew exactly where they were located. The estimate was quick but thorough and completely professional and friendly. She was able to explain to me the process and gave me honest information. Second, the work done was great! And it was done so much faster than I thought it would be as well. My car looks great and I couldn't be more happy with the work. Lastly, they called me back about a week later to make sure I was happy with the work. Now that's what I call customer service. Anytime I need work done to my car, I know where to go.

Not happy and car is still there. Poor communication with customer and even argumentative when told wrong info about their vehicle. Then was told their employees could be fired for talking to be making me the bad guy. Still no clue when car is getting done and it's been in their possession for over 48hrs. Only reason i can here is because of insurance company i'm going through. Don't make this mistake take it somewhere else.

Got into a small fender bender. Was recommended here by my insurance and the other parties insurance. I've never had to go to an auto body shop before, but I must say that they made the experience, quick, easy and super painless. They contacted me daily with updates on my repair and even completed it ahead of schedule. I am extremely pleased and happy with this company. I can't recommend this body shop enough. Truly the best in Vegas. I've taken two cars to this body shop and not once have I left disappointed. Can't think of any other shop that does work as flawlessly as this one.

Used Frank's Auto Body to fix some damage to the front of my car, and they went above and beyond. The paint matches perfectly, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car, and buffed out my old left headlight to look clean like the brand new right headlight they installed. Amazing work, and they texted us with updates throughout the entire process. While I hope I don't need their services ever again, I will definitely come here for all my body work needs.

Website says Saturday estimates require appointment... I made the 12 mile drive on Monday, just to be told they require appointments for ALL estimates... And are bookings two weeks out... REALLY? THEN SAY THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Thanks for wasting an hour or my life and two gallons of liquid gold; both I will never get back.

We used Frank's Auto Body for the first time 10 years ago for an accident with our Infiniti I30. When we got our car back, it looked like nothing ever happened. So I guess you could say that Frank's Auto Body is like the ServePro of Body Work! They truly did an amazing job! Then three years ago, my husband was hit by an elderly woman who turned left into the post office and didn't yield to oncoming traffic. We have a 2015 Acura TLX and the front end was pretty damaged. We went back to Frank's and they fixed it back beautifully as usual with sensors and all! We have the ADV package on our TLX so this was super important. Their communication was top notch and they did everything right. Fast forward 3 years and we started to see some peeling on the front bumper where Frank's had repaired it 3 years earlier. We called them and they immediately said to bring it down to them. They said that their vendor may have used a non-primed bumper and they took our car for about 5 days and had it ready as good as new. We picked it up yesterday and it's so shiny and beautiful again! So not only does Frank's do a great job, they stand by their work! That is truly unusual in this day and age to have a body shop be so ethical and truthful! I would HIGHLY recommend Frank's to anyone who needs body work done! They are honest and do an amazing job!

It's unfortunate that I experienced this, but I drive by this place everyday and I thought to give it a try as I needed a SIMPLE quick look at my bumper and I was; 1. Greeted by some grumpy old lady that has no business at the main counter. 2. Rude as crap. 3. "What do you need" is how she greeted me. 4. I told her May I get an estimate? NO she said to me not today. 5. Didn't ask me to come back nothing. This is what makes business owners lose their asses because of people like this lady. It's sad because as a business owner I want to provide service to anyone who gives me an opportunity weather I can do it today or another day. I would have returned when they may have had time but this evil lady didn't give me the opportunity to even think about that. Too bad because as anyone knows a bad rumor spreads a lot faster than a good one and I apologize for having to write this about a small business, but I'm freaking sick of needing services and then getting treated like crap when we're just trying to help someone's business. I could have gone to a big name place, but I chose to give this place a try I guess that was a bad choice on my part. I hope that this helps someone that's thinking about coming here because you will be wasting your time. absolutely horrible experience today. CJ the estimator hung up on my when I asked about an estimate. He argues and wouldn't let me speak and then hung up on me. HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED NOR IS FRANKS AUTOBODY, they are obviously owned by Progressive insurance to trap people into their own demands.

I interviewed two shops to work on my new that was in an accident. I went with Franks because of CJ. CJ did my estimate and completely sold me on the company. He was very knowledgeable and never once did he seem to mind answering any question I had. The parks took 5 months to arrive and CJ maintain up to date email communication with me. Once the parts were in he scheduled my at my convenience. Once the car was in their hands I was keep in the lop about the progress via text communication and the car was completed sooner than I expected. When I picked it up I was skeptical, but the car looked amazing. Repair was flawless and the car was clean. CJ, to you and the amazing team at Franks I want to give a loud shout out, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. Thank you

My Nissan Sentra was rear-ended back in December and I had the repairs done at Frank's Auto body based off of reviews and being Nissan certified mechanics. They did an amazing job and cleared up some confusion on my end for me. I would definitely recommend if your vehicle's been in an accident and they're certified to fix it.

No complaints at all with this body shop. They were very accommodating with scheduling and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when they found additional issues that the insurance adjuster failed to anticipate, they were able to finish all repairs in a timely manner and didn't effect the estimated end time. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to fix their car after an accident or even just for minor issues.

I have been going to Frank's for over 25 years. There is no more honest businessman in Nevada than Frank. They also do impeccable mechanical, paint, and body work and there is no other place I will take my cars when they are involved in an accident.

I was in a car accident and Frank's repaired my car from the damage. They were decently priced and fixed it quickly. The staff was very professional and sent me updates along the way to let me know the status of my car. Shout out to Josh for making this process as smooth as possible.

I've been going to Frank's Auto Body for the past 25 years. They have repaired a total of 5 vehicles. Their work is superb. The level of craftsmanship is second to none. The car looks better than new when they are finished with it. The staff is very friendly and deals with the insurance companies for you. They can also arrange a car rental if needed. One thing I really appreciate is they keep you updated on the progress of your car. I will continue to bring my cars there.

Was rammed by a reckless driver on the highway in my almost new Accord. I wanted my car repaired by a certified Honda repair center and Frank's Auto Body is one out of two in Vegas. The other one did not have nearly as good reviews as Frank's, so the choice was easy. Top experience from the beginning to end. Great communication from them during the entire repair process, car looked like new when I picked it up and the whole process was done in a timely manner. My highest recommendation.

Took our truck to Frank's for some minor body work. They did a fantastic job. It was like the damage never happened. Staff was great. I got daily updates through text everyday. Truck was ready 2 days earlier than estimated. Staff was great. If I ever need more body work in the future, I will certainly go to Frank's.

Our vehicle had an unfortunate encounter with a building pillar, and we selected Frank's Auto to handle the repair work after reading the glowing reviews found on Yelp, and we certainly made a good decision. Josh contacted us after all the parts had arrived, and he sent periodic texts letting us know the status of the repair. Josh also contacted our insurance company and the car rental company when circumstances out of Frank's control caused a delay in completing the job. When we did pick up the car, it looked brand new, on the outside and the inside. Josh went over all the parts that had been replaced and gave us a copy of their written warranty. We found everyone at Frank's to be very friendly and helpful, and their technicians are obviously very skilled. We would recommend Frank's Auto Body to anyone whose car needs repair.

I had a great experience with Frank's Auto Body over the last few weeks getting my minivan repaired! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took to get all parts in, and even more pleasantly surprised at the frequent updates and communication that was maintained while my van was in service. Kind, courteous, affordable, beautiful work, great communication. I was rear-ended at a red light by someone who fell asleep but luckily the damage wasn't too bad, mostly cosmetic. Frank's came recommended by the service department at the Honda dealership because that's where they take all their auction cars to get repaired. Frank's got me in quickly for an estimate and were very good about wearing masks indoors and when in close proximity during the covid pandemic. All the shops had long wait times for repairs but Frank's was able to get me in 2 weeks earlier than the other places. They worked with my insurance and did an absolutely beautiful job on my car. They got it back to me earlier than expected and were great about communication throughout, which was especially helpful since I didn't have a rental. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked.

Due to parts back-order problems with Lincoln (no fault of Frank's), it took almost 6 months; 2 weeks actual repair time and 5-1/2 months wait time. Their employee, Josh, was wonderful during it all, keeping in contact with frequent updates. The completed repair work is amazing; my car looks like the day I bought it!

This company and its staff were terrific!! We brought in our Prius, which had some minor damage due to scraping side of garage. They fixed it like new---- no charge. I strongly recommend this company.

I had repairs done at Franks twice and both times they did an amazing job. Christina was very helpful throughout the entire process, she always kept me in the know and even helped answer some insurance questions I had. I would definitely recommend franks for any repairs. My car is looking new again!

Horrible customer service. I've previously used this place for work on our van. I called two weeks ago for an appointment. Two weeks was the earliest available appointment for an estimate. I told them at the time of setting the appointment I was a previous customer and gave them my vehicle details. I needed a small ding in the fiberglass fixed and some decals removed. I get there for the estimate and a guy comes out and says "Frank says we don't work on these anymore". I asked "why?". He said "some of the parts come from Canada". I said "there are no parts to worry about, just some fiberglass". He said "don't care, Frank said we don't work on these". Totally unprofessional. They could have told me when I made the appointment that parts might be an issue. Again, no parts are needed, just fiberglass. I could be wrong, but I don't think Canadian fiberglass is any different than American. If Frank's is this dismissive and unprofessional when dealing with prospective customers, I can only imagine how shoddy their workmanship has become once they get your vehicle.

I received regular updates from the shop and I got status updates via text from Josh every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The car was ready when they said it would be and the quality of the work was excellent. Frank's exceeded my expectations in every way possible and that's not an easy thing to do! They replaced what needed to be replaced - no attempt to "make do" with patching or repairing any of the plastic parts. The replacement tire was the exact make model and style and the paint job is amazing. When I picked up the car, Josh walked me through everything that was done including how it was done and why it was necessary. He took me "behind the scenes" under the hood to explain the mechanical components that were replaced. If I ever need a body shop again, I won't go anyplace else. Frank's is the real deal!

My mechanics, who I love and who have never, ever steered me wrong, recommended Frank's Auto Body. I had a huge mess, two separate accidents, and two separate insurance companies to deal with. They were a preferred auto body shop for American Family Insurance, which was awesome. They took care of EVERYTHING from the adjuster to the repairs, and then even worked with the Honda dealership to reset sensors. Josh managed both insurance companies for us and gave us updates all the time to let us know what was going on. Holy cow, the customer service alone was incredible...but their work was just as good. They gave us the car back looking brand new...and even cleaned the inside, it was pretty bad when we handed it over. I've never had such good customer service from an Auto Body shop before. I won't be going anywhere else as long as I am in Vegas!

I had an insurance claim for bodywork from State Farm and they did additional work on my car for a very reasonable price. They did great work on my car which had some fender scratches. They did amazing all over. Will be back for future bodywork needs.
