"Otherwise known as “the one at the top of a multi-storey car park in Peckham”, Frank’s is still the best place to gather a group of friends together for a hang in the evening and glorious, uninterrupted skyline views. The queues can be brutal depending on when you get there, but put it this way—if you’re going to skive off work early, save it for this." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, daisy meager
"Peckham is London’s hub for rooftops, but Frank’s is the original rooftop spot in SE15 and it’s a place everyone wants to be. The views are fantastic, the food—pulled pork sandwiches, vada pav, and lamb kebabs with hot sauce—is crowd-pleasing, and the drinks are reasonably priced." - jake missing, heidi lauth beasley, sinead cranna, daisy meager
"Ever reached the top of a multi-storey car park and thought to yourself, “now what this place really needs is a Campari bar?”. The guys at Frank’s in Peckham did and they’ve converted said car park into a rooftop bar for the ages. You can see the entire London skyline, there’s masses of room to sprawl with a crew, tasty food, and excellent (and reasonably priced) drinks, including Aperols and negronis. The queue can be agonisingly long past 7pm—so arrive early." - heidi lauth beasley, sinead cranna
"Ever reached the top of a multi-storey car park and thought to yourself, ‘Now what this place really needs is a bar?’. The guys at Frank’s in Peckham did, and they’ve converted said car park into a rooftop bar for the ages. You can see the entire London skyline, there’s masses of room to sprawl with a crew, tasty grilled food, and excellent (and reasonably priced) drinks, including excellent Aperols and negronis. There being no roof, it’s obviously grim when it rains, and the queue is agonisingly long past 7pm. But it is absolutely worth bunking off work early for. " - David Paw
"It’s not quite sleeping in a tent made for two with a group of six, but a car park turned rooftop bar has some of that same festival grit. Frank’s Café is on top of a multi-storey car park in Peckham and does hangover-curing food. Queuing to get in here is not, not like queuing for toilets at a festival. If you find that triggering, just remember there’s a sunset to watch once you get in, and unlike at a festival, the drinks are reasonably priced.
