It was a fantastic stay in Antwerp at Hotel FRANQ. The centrally located hotel has two excellent restaurants and lovely staff. We felt very comfortable and were particularly grateful that the hotel actively supports diversity and civic engagement.

Great hotel in the centre of Antwerp. Wonderful rooms, amazing atrium, excellent restaurant and bar. Stayed for 3 nights, easy check in, staff attentive and welcoming.

This is a nice and well located hotel for the old town. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was very peaceful. However, we booked one of the 2 luxury suites and this was very disappointing. I even had to question whether they had made a mistake. The pictures on the website must be of the other luxury suite as this was smaller, with less furniture, no separation between the bed and (very small) sitting area, and no walk in shower. The amount of storage was also very disappointing and were little more that IKEA style furniture. We also had to ask for extra toilet paper and hand soap which should not really be the case. Breakfast was nice although cooked options limited to an egg. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we had made plans and then it wasn’t open on the Sunday. The TV was poor with no Netflix etc and the remote controls didn’t even work.

We were only able to stay here one night, but we loved everything about this hotel. The building and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The location is excellent. And every staff member we met was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The location is great, and the lobby is stunning, but the rooms are sparse and bland. Would have loved to see the design and luxury carried through. Staff was generally incredible, but we were met by iciness by one of the front desk workers. I realize it was off season, but the whole place felt a bit dead.

This hotel betrays its guests! I booked a room at Hotel FRANQ months in advance (four months ago) at a reasonable price. After a long time, the hotel suddenly canceled my reservation without any warning and offered to rebook a room at a much higher price. This behavior is unacceptable and raises suspicions that the hotel deliberately cancels bookings to resell rooms at inflated prices due to high demand. This is fraud!||||I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to lose their booking and be left without accommodation at the worst possible moment. This hotel is completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs!

Very nice hotel in a former bank building close to the center of the city, close to the cathedral, main shopping street and station in walking distance. Excellent assistence and support. |We especially liked the private , calm atmosphere and felt at home.

Excellent location, near Gokt market, with lots of eateries all around. Very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, exhibits great Belgian hospitality. We were greeted by Mauranne, who is genuinely friendly and helpful. Grace was helpful and nice too. We tried the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, it’s a memorable night for us.
