"The Bruzzone brothers deserve a round of applause for this restaurant and its extraordinary traditional Piedmontese cuisine. In just two small dining rooms (booking is recommended), guests can choose from an unforgettable array of dishes including anchovies in green sauce, baked onions with bagna cauda (an anchovy-based dip), superb agnolotti (stuffed pasta), tripe, chicken, bonet (a type of dessert) and hazelnut tart with zabaglione. With so much choice, it’s difficult to stop eating – and once you’ve left, you’ll want to return as soon as possible!" - Michelin Inspector

Fratelli Bruzzone is an excellent traditional trattoria in the heart of Turin. Confident, refined Piedmontese cuisine and exceptionally attentive service. Reservation recommended.

Fantastic food - the agnolotti was especially wonderful. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. We ate: anchovies with salsa verde, tomini cheese with honey and hazelnuts, sage and butter agnolotti, agnolotti with sausage ragu and then followed with bonet for desert - all delicious. Thank you!

Fratelli Bruzzone Trattoria offers authentic Piedmontese cuisine in a warm, welcoming setting. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the agnolotti—perfectly crafted pockets of flavor, rich and comforting, with just the right balance of filling and sauce. It’s a dish that captures the soul of traditional cooking. A must-try for anyone seeking genuine regional flavors in Turin.

In general, it was a moderate experience for us; there was a big cartilage in the sauce of classic tajarin with ragu and it was a big no for me as I cannot swallow certain type of things. Their classic ravioli and the onion with blue cheese sauce was good. However, as main dish, we ordered cheek and more than half of the meat was a bit hard and chewy.

We dined for lunch based on the Michelin recommendation, worth a visit for affordable, high quality, traditional food. Don’t over look the classic butter and sage Agnolotti, was incredibly creamy and had the traditional taste. The tiramisu was perfection, exactly how a tiramisu should be!! Service was good, although they forgot our seconds. Great atmosphere, lots of locals around. We had the potato and Parma ham croquettes and tartare to start. Both versions of the agnolotti for first, the rabbit salad for second and Tiramisu for dessert (all pictured).

This restaurant is located by the street in a side street of the main square. Here you can sit outside. Outside are a few tables which are soon busy. Having a reservation solves the problem. The menu is very small and some special dishes can be ordered off the menu. The menu has some vegetarian meals, also free from allergies as a wish. This place is not easy for wheelchairs. The toilets are clean. The service is good with friendly people.

We had to wait 30mins out in the cold for a table but boy was it worth it! Great service and recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Had the cheese with ham, and pumpkin with cheese as starters. Followed by the agnolotti with butter and sage, agnolotti with tomato sauce, and tagliatelle al Ragu Bolognese. We also had the panna cotta with chocolate sauce and their special Bonet (chocolate pudding with amaretto) for dessert which were wonderful!

Delicious food, just too good. The pasta was excellent. It’s one of the restaurants which makes you want to go to dine again there.
