The food was well priced and the flavors were well balanced and amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of the dinner items on the menu. The lobster ravioli was delicious and we specially loved the heart shaped ravioli. The Chifferi Ai Funghi was creamy and soft on the palate and full of flavor. Additionally, the appetizer we had was a creamy burrata on a delicious bruschetta with fig and walnuts. Absolutely divine. The atmosphere was quaint and romantic. The space was small but lends itself to time well spent by friends and family. The service was exceptional with the waitress Angelina taking great care to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Additionally, other staff members, Alejandra, was constantly making sure that we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding but not overwhelming giving us time to enjoy our meal. While the restaurant does not provide wine you are encouraged to bring your own. Fratelli by Jholano's is a hidden gem that we would highly recommend.

I went to Fratelli by Jholanos for lunch with my mom, and we both absolutely loved it. The food was delicious from start to finish — from the Buffalo Mozzarella & Prosciutto antipasto to the Truffle Ravioli and Tiramisu for dessert, everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The menu is a bit limited, so don’t expect too many options, but what they do offer is done exceptionally well. One thing I didn’t know before going is that they don’t serve wine or any type of alcohol since they don’t yet have the license. However, they do allow you to bring your own bottle with no corkage fee, which is a great plus. If I had known that ahead of time, I would’ve definitely brought my own bottle! The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance felt cozy and intimate. Overall, a lovely little spot in Kendall for a quiet, high-quality Italian meal.

Paid $50 total for my to- go order. The chicken Cesar sandwich was $32 alone, I had to pay an extra $3 to get the Cesar salad on it. The artichokes were $15. Everything was good, the artichokes were salty & for the price I wish it was a bigger portion or had bigger pieces, since it was just 4. The sandwich was good, but it’s not $32 good. It’s so expensive and nothing special or innovative about the sandwich to account for the deep cost of it. The to-go box alone for my $32 sandwich was full of grease and partly coming apart and for a $50 to-go order for two items only you would expect a little more care for presentation. Try it once if you really want, again the sandwich is good, but extremely expensive for what you get. Update: I ordered on their own website for to-go and not through any third party websites like uber eats or door dash!

I saw this place on instagram and thought it might be nice to check out. Happy to say, it was excellent! Our server was Sherri and she was super sweet and explained the menu very well. I loved her energy! Me and my bestie ordered the pumpkin ravioli, truffle ravioli, and the lobster ravioli (Can you tell we love ravioli). My favorite was the lobster ravioli (a little spicy) and my friend loved the truffle. I’ll definitely be back and remember to bring your own bottle!! No cork fee😊

For my birthday, I carefully reviewed several places because I wanted to choose somewhere special for my family. I had seen an influencer post about this restaurant and thought it would be the perfect fit. My family even looked over the menu ahead of time and were excited about several items. Unfortunately, once we arrived for our 6 PM reservation (not late at all), the experience immediately felt off. The atmosphere felt incomplete, and things quickly went downhill from there. We asked about appetizers and were told they didn’t have bread for the boards, which eliminated several options. As time passed and everyone was getting hungry, we settled on a Caprese. Then one of my aunts ordered a Coca-Cola — only to be told they didn’t have Coca-Cola. She had to switch to Sprite, which was honestly shocking for a restaurant. As more of my family looked through the menu, we realized that many items listed weren’t actually available. There were limited accommodations or solutions offered for the lack of menu options. The overall service did not make up for the constant shortages. To make matters worse, the appetizers arrived after we had already finished most of our meals — and we were still charged for them. I never expect free items, but having worked in customer service, I understand the importance of compensating guests appropriately when multiple issues arise. At the end of the dinner, when we asked about dessert for my birthday, we were told they didn’t have any — despite desserts being listed on the menu. At that point, we were all stunned. Instead of celebrating properly, we ended up going to the Publix down the street, buying a birthday cake, and singing “Happy Birthday” in the parking lot. Ironically, that moment felt better than the entire restaurant experience. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had with my family. I truly wish we had just left earlier. Not only worse dinning experience for my birthday, Worst unexperienced ever.

I came here on a Wednesday night, surprisingly busy for a midweek evening, but I was still able to get a table. The service was amazing! My server, Sherri, was super informative about the menu and had such great energy. The other server, Alejandro, was also very kind and attentive to my table. On top of the excellent service, I loved that the restaurant offers BYOB since they don’t have their beer and wine license yet. It’s such a nice touch that they don’t charge a corkage fee — very impressive! The food was just as great as the service. We ordered the Zucca Ravioli, Caesar Salad, and Cast Iron Skillet Meatballs — everything was cooked perfectly. The ravioli had a slightly sweet flavor that felt perfect for the fall season. I should’ve ordered more garlic bread because it was super soft and crunchy. Overall, I’d absolutely come back again — and next time, I’m bringing more wine! 😅🍷

Absolutely amazing Sunday Pasta … Cooked to perfection! It was quite busy, still a lovely service. Great experience! It’s a BYOB, but food is worth staying sober … Or the liquor store next door.

Picked up the Chicken Caesar sandwich to go and it was worth the hype! Would definitely try it again and the location itself seemed great for a nice dinner.

I have been wanting to come here for a very long time. It is in Dadeland. My friend made a reservation. The place has lots of families and some dates. It is BYOB. At first they bring you olives complimentary. They were good ! I ordered the spicy rigatoni. It was 3/5 it was missing a burst of flavor. It needed more. The pistachio tres leche dessert was made by the family. It gives off a hidden gem. A nice spot if you want to have Italian food in the area. Great service. Decent prices. Stephanie was helping us. I would come back here again.

I really wanted to like this place, but I left disappointed. I ordered the Chicken al 400 "Parmesan," which was not cheap at $33, and the dish just did not deliver. The chicken was pounded thin and it was mostly thick breading with very little actual chicken. Most bites were completely under-seasoned, and then suddenly one bite was so salty it felt like eating a chunk of a Himalayan salt lamp. The sauce had a strong mezcal-like flavor that completely overpowered the dish. The plate only comes with arugula and shaved Parmesan on top. If you want pasta, it is an extra $16, which feels excessive considering the entrée price. We also tried the spicy rigatoni, and it was unfortunately just mediocre. It was not spicy and it had the same mezcal-tasting sauce as the chicken. Overall, for the price point, I expected much better flavor and quality. Ambiance was nice and they have byob.

Everything was ok. Service was friendly but distant and a tad slow. Ambiance was nice. A bit dark and moody which I always appreciate. We ordered a number of different things. Started with the Jholano Loves Fig. Again, it was good, but not great. The focaccia was very thin and quite stiff. No chew to it and felt overly oiled. The thin yet still blocky pieces of Brie felt like an after thought (if it's Italian inspired, why not use taleggio?) and a very small portion for the price. For the mains it was primarily pasta in our party and the ones I tried were the Zucca Ravioli and the Polpette. Zucca Ravioli was a miss. While there were some individual components that were great (the roasted pumpkin that was sprinkled over the finish plate was quite good) but there was no cohesiveness. Ravioli dough was tough. Felt like it may have been overworked or undercooked. The whipped brown butter was nice but far too sweet. And the cinnamon dust along with the overall sweetness, made the entire thing feel like it was a dessert dish. Polpette was delicious but for what I thought was supposed to be a main course, I received a number of meatballs in a great sauce, cheese and 2 tiny pieces of bread. It felt more like a large version of a tapas style appetizer. Rest of my party tried the lobster special and the truffle ravioli (again, good not great). For dessert we tried the tiramisu and the pistachio tres leches. Both were ok. Pistachio tres leches was very mild on the pistachio. Overall the meal was ok but the dishes didn't feel fully fleshed out and, short of the polpette, the serving sizes were a tad small. Unfortunately not somewhere I'm returning to based on food and service, let alone the price point.

Stopped in for a quick bite after a trip to a Dadeland and was so glad I did! I've been to the deli and their sandwiches are amazing so I figured this has to be top notch. We sat inside as there is plenty space and a bar. We started with the artichokes (delicious)! Order some bread on the side and the olive oil juice with the Calabrian spices make for the perfect dipping pair when you're done. The little antipasta with some cheese, olives and cornichons was also a nice touch. For the main I went with the Chicken Al 400 which is their chicken cutlet topped with arugula, Parmesan and a spicy mezcal sauce. It was fantastic. I highly recommend. For dessert we wanted the pistachio tres leches but apparently it's so good they sell out (it's homemade by the owners mother so it must be amazing). I guess I'll have to come back again soon to try this masterpiece and some of their other options. They told us we could bring our own beer or wine without a corking fee...yes please!

We walked in and they asked if we had a reservation and the whole time we were there, the restaurant was empty. Reservations???? The menu is very limited. Description of the food items is not consistent with what you actually get. The meatballs is a meal and doesn't come with any pasta. The ice machine was broken so we couldn't get any ice. We asked for Parmesan cheese and they had the audacity to want to charge extra for the cheese. At an Italian restaurant, really???? Definitely will my be returning. I don't get the hype for this restaurant, at all.

I've been to Jholano's so was excited to try Fratelli. We went on a Friday night and was seated immediately. They do have limited seating so I'd recommend a reservation if they offer them. For starters we had the artichoke. They were so good and had a bit of a kick to them. For my entree I ordered the spicy rigatoni. I really enjoyed the dish. I'm pretty sensitive to spice and it had the perfect amount. I also think the portion size was perfect for a pasta dish. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu. It wasn't out of this world. I would probably skip it next time.

Took advantage of their Wednesday night pasta special! They have a few select pastas for $18 but be aware they do not have a liquor license so our waitress suggested we go nearby to a store that sells wine because they have a no uncorking fee. For dinner we started with the Caesar salad, which was delicious and for the entrées we shared the crispy chicken and spicy rigatoni pasta. They have tables inside and outside for dining. The entrée dishes are big enough to share however, I recommend they get some bigger dinner plates in order to accommodate the sharing. Would definitely recommend saving room for dessert and ordering the pistachio Tres leches.

We started with the Seasonal Burrata with caramelized onions, prosciutto, & fig drizzle on grilled toasts. I could eat this for my meal! Then I had the linguine puttanesca with ricotta and added shrimp, so good. First friend had the polenta with scallop, mushrooms and capers. Our other friend had the butternut squash ravioli, cinnamon and cream. He said it was more like having dessert. We then had desserts of tiramisu and pistachio moist cake with moose and chopped pistachios topping. They had espresso and I had sparkling water. Overall it was a wonderful new place to try but the pricing was a little ridiculous. Thankfully it was a treat by a wonderful friend and industry person.

I got the truffle ravioli, and I loved the underlying highlights of the truffle in each bite. I felt like the ravioli itself could have been cooked a little bit better. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was good from start to finish. The interior was modern and nice.

It was sooooo good! we got the meal to share and it was the perfect portion for 2 people. Very cozy ambiance and the servers were very friendly.

Stopped in for Crème Brûlée but unfortunately they were out. They offered Tiramisu coupled with some Espresso to compensate and it was fairly decent. Didn't look at the menu much, but I plan to go back just because of how nice the owner was! Will update once I do. (4 stars for the no crème brûlée)

We live close by in Pinecrest (which has zero paid parking restaurants) but generally avoid restaurants with parking garages with their potential charges and credit card complications. Turns out that parking for Fratelli at Downtown Dadeland was uncomplicated, plus they stamped our parking ticket. An elevator brought us up one floor to street level and deposited us right next to the Fratelli entrance. There is a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The dining room has a comfortable dark ambience with mood lighting. Our waiter Alejandro was very attentive, other staff members were very friendly and the food was great. Most pasta dishes were in the $22-$24 range. We knew that Fratelli has no liquor license so we brought our own wine. Alejandro brought an ice bucket for the wine and there was no corkage fee. If you're concerned about how much you spend, I'd suggest asking what the specials cost when the server announces them. The delicious lobster ravioli that I order cost $54. I imagine the prices on some dishes may be high to compensate for lack of beer/wine sales. All in all, we had a most enjoyable experience -- great for both families like ours and date nights. Amusing side note: we presumed that a young woman at the next table who sat by herself for a long time was being catfished. After awhile, her date shows up with a bottle. Guess they didn't know the place was BYOB.

Incredible service, we had a reservation so once we arrived we were seated inside. Our server was so nice, attentive, and helpful in answering our questions about the menu. We shared the "2am At The Pantheon" and it was almost like a flat bread., the hot honey added such a good flavor. I love the sweet and savory combo" we also shared Jholano Loves Fig and I loved it but I also love Brie cheese very much. I got the spicy rigatoni and I really liked my meal. Overall it was so good. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant as well it felt so cozy. I'll be coming back here for sure

Really happy I tried this local spot, the food was phenomenal and the pasta tasted fresh. I loved the Caesar salad and the Sunday pasta. I'm excited to come back and try other menu items. The service was also great, the food arrived quickly and the waiter was very attentive. I liked that there was no cork fee and we were able to bring a wine from home, made the meal less expensive but still we were able to have wine.

I didn't have a good experience at the sandwich shop and this didn't go any better. For some reason, Google shows a complete drink menu and they don't sell any alcohol. No alcohol is okay, but unfortunately the food didn't make up for it. It was just okay. The service was good, but for some reason the ambiance seems like they are only temporarily set up. I could be wrong.

Vibe was cozy yet upscale. Food was really nice. From burrata special to scallops to mezcal chicken!! Service was attentive without being overbearing. Will def come back!

Fratelli By Jholano's is a hidden gem with amazing food and an inviting atmosphere. Our server, Deli Daddy, was fantastic--his energy and attention to detail made the dining experience even better. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked pasta and great wine--highly recommend!

LOVED this restaurant! First of all I like visiting restaurants after reading reviews or by word of mouth. We went there because of Mr. Eats 305! He was not wrong! All 4 of us had fresh pasta (Wednesday and Sunday it's $18 for selected pastas). The house-made pastas were tasty, creative, and the portions are generous without being exaggerated. For appetizer we shared the Caesar Salad and it is a must have. If you've never been excited about salad, prepare to be blown away by this one. Expertly crafted, delicious, and beautifully plated. We shared two desserts, our favorite was the pistachio tres leches. By the way, this is a BYOB restaurant and they don't have a corkage fee so next time we'll be bringing our own favorite bottle of wine. Because it's in Downtown Dadeland it's very easy to get to and there's always plenty of parking. I can't wait to visit again!

I'm so disappointed because I support small local businesses and wanted this place to be good. Unfortunately they just aren't ready. Walked in on a Friday night to a half empty restaurant, no liquor license yet so they encouraged me to go to the liquor store down the block and BYOB. I got 2 beers for $8 and came back to wait. And wait. And wait. Finally got the Caeser salad which was ok. Then we waited and waited over an hour and a half and finally got the flatbread. It was warm when we got it. I've had better at Sir Pizza honestly. Not worth the hype. The meatballs and garlic bread finally came out another 15 minutes later and it was the best part of the meal. But for appetizers we got them last. Confusing. The tiramisu was delicious. Super light and creamy. The bill. Charged me $20 for a cork fee. Why? They encouraged BYOB and I bought beer. Nobody even corked anything and the waitress said it was for bringing alcohol in the restaurant. What? You told me to go to the liquor store lol. They did take the fee off after I asked politely and mentioned the extremely long wait. Then they ran my credit card after I realized I was charged for 2 tiramisu. I ordered 1. So disappointed. Wanted this to replace Abi Maria, but this place was just utter sadness. Not a way to build clientele. I live in the building and would love to go back, but I won't after this.

Delicious! We started with the stracciatella which consisted of arugula, stracciatella, toasted bread, prosciutto and the best olive oil. The flavors were incredible! We followed with the meatballs with mustard over a bed of mushrooms, yum. As our main course, we ordered the specials of the day: spaghetti which was very flavorful, truffle raviolis and pumpkin raviolis. Every dish had its own unique flavor and the ingredients were top quality and fresh. The pasta was cooked to perfection, aldente. This was the best Italian meal I've ever had. The service was also exceptional and the music really set the ambiance. We can't wait to go back.

So disappointed I have been excited to try this place since we are frequent customers of Jholano's. We called at 8:00 pm today they said kitchen closes at 9:00 told them we will be there before 8:30 is that ok the hosted said " yes you are good. " We get there by 8:25 and just waited for someone to greet us the 2 ladies were just looking then said our kitchen closes in 5 minutes. I told them but I called and you said it was ok to come now your are telling you can not sit me because the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes. She just looked at me and said nothing. So we left very disappointed the restaurant was empty I guess because of their bad customer services.

Service was good. The food wasn't really. Especially the pasta - we got a couple diff ones and didn't like any of them. It's also not actually spaghetti but a way thicker pasta that I also didn't love. The breaded chicken was good tho.

I had the pleasure of going to Fratelli's for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! I started off with the Caesar salad, which had a hefty portion size, and was incredibly satisfied by the taste of their original Caesar salad dressing. This was followed by garlic bread, which had carefully intertwined pieces of garlic and cheese--to die for! Then came the appetizers of the polpette allá napoletana, which were delicious meatballs smothered in house made marinara and cheese, and the cagna de basa, which is a white flatbread that was devoured! For the main course, I had the lasagna which had a unique taste enhanced by flavors of cinnamon--delicious! And finally, I finished off my meal with tiramisu that is homemade as well and was, quite frankly, the best thing on the menu! (I love sweets.) 10/10, the ambiance was amazing, the food incredible, the service delightful! I will be returning!

I understand the service industry is incredibly difficult. However, the staff requires either intense training or bring in an entirely new experienced staff. The food is great, end of story!! If you can, order take out. But this place is a must. 0 Stars - Service 4 Stars - Food

I've been a few times and every time, the food has been amazing. The burrata with mango is DELICIOUS - as is the Sunday pasta and chicken Parmesan. Service is always exceptional. And one of the best parts - you can bring your own wine. I can't wait to return!!

Came last friday night prime time around 7:30pm place was empty maybe 4 party's total for the time of Service and it was SLOW took well over 45 for the pasta to come out and the food mediocre at best .. I order the Spaghetti Nero Alle Vongole with Added Shrimp.. The pasta was over cooked and dry. What little sauce that was there was flavorless and the shrimp were like rubber.. My wife ordered the spicy rigatoni with added meat balls.. the sauce was overly salty and the meat balls were rock hard and dry. There is no alcohol except for house red wine.. Overall over priced and over influenced hyped..

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The Food was great the Service is amazing and the ambiance was relaxing. I will definitely be back.

I'm not going to come on here and lie. Our server was very friendly. Our food took a while for a Friday night with one chef in the kitchen. The restaurant currently does not serve alcohol however we were encouraged by the staff to walk three hundred and something steps to the liquor store and BYOB. So we did. And then were charged a $20 corkage fee for two cans of beer we purchased from the liquor store. Then were charged for two desserts after only ordering one. Food was mediocre. Sad to say we won't be back.

We really enjoyed our meal. We each ordered something different and each entree was delicious. The service was great. The restaurant had great lighting and just a very nice ambiance.

One of my good friends and I came here for dinner on Thursday night. It's BYOB so we stopped at the Publix that's down the street and brought a bottle of wine. The place was empty but decorated nicely. Our waitress was amazing. Very personable and made us feel welcomed. We shared the Caesar salad, fig flatbread, and pistachio tres leches. Yes, that tres leches is as good as you're thinking. The price was fare and we enjoyed our time there. One major con was when I got home I noticed that my clothes had an overwhelming odor of fried food. It was rough. So maybe if you try it out, sit outside or away from the kitchen.

I came to the restaurant it wasn't packed at all. I drove an hour to try their food based off good reviews I've seen. I waited about an hour and half my food still didn't come out. I just had a soda. There was a lack of communication from the server. If you have all day to wait by all means do so but it wasn't worth it. It is definitely not worth it at all.

Saw a TikTok review and had to drive down to try it myself. Unfortunately the lasagne was not in stock when we arrived and we were unable to try it but everything else was food. Will be coming back soon.

I am a fan of Jholano's and finally had the time to stop by on Sunday afternoon. Was immediately greeted by the hostess who offered us a table inside or outside. I loved the vibe created inside so we opted to sit in there. Eddie was our server and he walked us through the menu nicely and gave great suggestions. We started with the Cesar salad which was delicious and shareable. Then we tried the palline di patate, I was a fan of the spicy dipping sauce! It isn't a visit if we didn't grab the Jholano sandwich. I opted for the shrimp siciliana and loved it. Very light and the Italian peppers really stood out and brought the flavors to life. We also ordered the meatballs... the garlic bread was SO good! And finally we ended with the perfect ending, the tiramisu was so tasty and light. Would be back!

We have frequented the Jholannos other location near UM and, although prices are steep, have never been disappointed with the quality of food or service. Since their other location in Downtown Dadeland is near our home, we thought we would try a takeout of their signature Jholano Deli sandwich that I would share with my daughter. When we got home and opened it up we were sadly disappointed. It was super soggy and almost all bread. My half barely had two small pieces of meat and very few toppings. I find this completely unacceptable when you are paying $22.46 for ONLY a sandwich. Plus the girl at the counter, who only handed me the bag, was obviously upset when she didn't get a big tip. Will NOT return to this location

Everything was delicious. Best Caesar I've ever tasted and their Mushroom Alfredo was too. Service was great.

The food was incredible! We ordered the stracciatella for appetizers and it was very flavorful all the ingredients tasted fresh and well thought out. The mix between the straciatella cheese, prosciutto, olive oil, and focaccia was delicious. We also ordered a mustard covered polpette which was delectable, it was laid on a bed of mushrooms, pickles, and arugula. For the main course we also ordered zucca ravioli which was a delicious fragrant sweet pasta made of pumpkin, sage, brown butter, cinnamon, whipped ricotta, and pine nuts. As well as the truffle ravioli, and Sunday pasta which were the special of the day and were incredible. The ambiance was also very cozy. The service was also 10/10! We will definitely be going back!

Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday and had a great time! I've gone to Jholano's deli and was ecstatic when I found out they opened a new restaurant . The food was AMAZING! We got the Jholano loves fig, 2am in the pantheon flatbread, the lasagna, the 3am in Rome sandwich, and the tiramisu which was honestly the best one I've ever had (shoutout to the owner's mom). Everything was so good and shareable! Our waitress Khalia was very welcoming and made sure we had a great time! Overall, the ambiance was great and my mom definitely had a memorable night. We will definitely be back!

We waited two hours for a subpar meal on chipped plates, and extremely poor customer service. A waste of money and time. We will not be coming back again.

Pretentious and overpriced. The atmosphere was nice and the wait staff pleasant. Food was very tasty and well prepared. But $40 for branzino with no accompaniments? Make an effort and roast some potatoes and some fresh veggies. Meatballs with nothing else? Not even side of pasta? And if you're vegan the only option was a lonely bowl of pasta with marinara sauce. At least offer to grill some veggies and toss it with olive oil over some pasta. And to top it off if you wanted bread there was a charge. The only bright side was the Caesar salad which was outstanding and large enough to share. Also no warning if you wanted wine you had to bring your own. Although no corkage fee having to run down the street and find a liquor store was not a pleasant way to start off the evening. First time here and last time. That's unfortunate as there is a lack of decent restaurants in the Dadeland area.

Wow! The food was delicious, the plate portions are perfect, especially if you plan to share a few items. The service was great! I would definitely be coming back here. The mushroom pasta and the Sunday pasta were my favorite!

since they've changed their menu, the quality of food has only gotten better. their spicy rigatoni with mescal tastes way better that expected and has a unique twist. we went for lunch, and the service was great. Gus was attentive, knew the menu, and willing to adjust anything that was asked. music wasn't too loud and it was a nice windy day in miami so the vibes were great. i definitely see myself coming back here and of course returning to Jholanos.

Exceptional food and customer service!!! The ambiance was soothing and so inviting. Not a dish anyone in our dining party ordered was anything but exquisite. So impressed. Date night appropriate as well. Found this gem driving by after shopping trip in nearly west elm furniture store and will be back soon!!!

Not sure where to start with this review. Let's start by calling out the facts here: the people who own these restaurants are VERY good at creating videos for instagram. Nothing that you order will look like any of the posts on their instagram. Thats for sure. In addition I never heard of an Italian restaurant with not a single Italian employee or chef - but I digress, as I am not a restaurateur. The service was okay, but the entirety of the restaurant was lazy. The food tasted cheap, the decoration in the restaurant was given minimal effort and the prices are straight up crazy. This seems to be a trend with the "jholano" restaurants. They make basic dishes that are nothing special and slap a massive price tag on it. The salad tasted like it was bathed in salt, the bread was dry, the flatbread was burnt and so on. Not to mention that in their reviews online there are multiple photos with alcohol in them except when we asked for a drink menu they informed us that they don't even have a liquor license! I think that this restaurant has A TON of improving to do before we even think about coming back. The owners of these restaurants are committing highway robbery. They create sponsored posts on social media to trick customers to come in and then they disappoint them. (I was one of these customers) A quick scroll through their instagram helped me find the "creator" of this restaurant and he seems to balance his life playing, watch seller, sand which maker, and content creator. Maybe you should read some of these reviews instead of posting food on instagram that you do not even sell. (P.S. we asked about a sandwhich that the OWNER posted on the fratelli instagram and we were informed by our server that "we dont even sell that here")

We were seated right away as it was not busy. The waiter was speed talking and we couldn't hear him over the loud music. Then he brings us a black board and leans it by the stools at the bar for us to read in the dark. Never asked us if we wanted some wine or soda. Brought our food and when my husband asked for some Parmesan cheese for his lasagna, which is pretty much a given we were charged for it. Never asked if we liked the food, but did walk over to tell us to order anything else we wanted because the kitchen was closing. Paid our bill never said thanks for coming or have a good night as we walked out and it was just us and another table. No customer service skills and the up charge for the sprinkle of cheese is bs.
