Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I have always passed by this place and was curious to try it out. We got cheese fries, steak burger and chicken kids meal and two drpepper floats. Food was just okay not the best tasting fast food. Cheese fries have a nacho sauce which was good. Great customer service and clean restaurant. But the food wasn’t a lot to brag about.

Love this location! Best Freddy's in Vegas area, without a doubt. The manager is very friendly and can't say enough good things about him and his great attitude.. Food is consistently.. Consistent! Always done right, and tasty. They are very welcoming and don't give my service dogs a hassle, which is super important to me as I bring them with me at least weekly for pup patty and lunch. Military discount is 10% and always appreciated. Definitely more cost-effective than Five Guys or Smash burger, etc. Lower end of the "better burger" spectrum price-wise, but right there for quality, taste and value. Highly recommended💯

To the Manager at Freddy’s – Urgent Customer Concern Today, I visited your location and ordered two meals through the drive-thru. The total was $41. The parking lot was nearly empty, and the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all, so I assumed service and quality would be on point. However, when I got home and opened the bag, I was immediately disappointed and honestly disgusted. The sandwich boxes were visibly dirty—covered in greasy smudges and fingerprints. This is unacceptable. When packaging looks like that, it makes me question the cleanliness and safety of the food inside. After spending over $40, I expect a much higher standard—clean presentation, attention to detail, and a sense of pride in the food being served. I live about 20 minutes away, and by the time I noticed how bad the boxes looked, I was already home and getting comfortable. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back just to have this corrected. I’m asking for a manager to reach out and make this right. At minimum, my meals should be replaced. This experience really ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing meal, and I’m extremely disappointed. Please respond with a resolution—I would like to continue supporting this location, but only if cleanliness and customer care are taken seriously.

One. Of our new favorite burger joints. Always a great experience when we eat there or drive thru. Prices are reasonable for good food. Recommend the California Burger. Service is always good and pretty fast no matter how busy they are.

I did the drive-thru service. Food was more expensive compared to other fast food. I spent over $17.00 on one combo. I ordered combo #1 and upgraded to onion rings and upgraded to brownie sundae. The service takes longer probably because they start cooking your order once it's ordered. Atmosphere, I didn't go inside but it looks like your typical fast food joint.

I don't like how it smells like a nursing home (bleach & urine) right when you walk in the door. The manager was awesome though. Super cool. But dang! Their ice cream is more $ than DQ!!!!! It was a nice little treat though.

Freddie's Frozen Custard offers a mixed experience, but one worth trying for dessert lovers. The food itself is fairly average, with chicken fingers that were slightly overcooked and a dessert menu that might feel overwhelming and overly rich for some. However, the standout aspects are the atmosphere and service. The staff is exceptionally polite, the tables are spotless, and even the floors and kitchen are impressively clean—something rare for a dessert-heavy establishment. While it may not be a place for daily dining, it's a great spot to satisfy occasional cravings. If you have a sweet tooth, Freddie's is definitely worth a visit!

My family and I are major fans of frozen custard because we used to go to another major franchise once in a while when we lived in the northern states (before moving to Las Vegas). Since that restaurant is not available in this city, we found another franchise that serves equally appetizing frozen custard desserts...FREDDY'S!! We stopped at this Freddy's location ~7:50 pm on 10 Jan 2024. We haven't been in this area for quite some time and were surprised to see Freddy's here because we're used to going to Freddy's at other locations in the valley. Needless to say, it was satisfying to notice this place right after our dinner venue at another restaurant down the street. During this visit, we ordered the Regular Vanilla Sundae with Peanut Butter and Bananas; we also ordered the Mini Vanilla Concrete with Brownies and Bananas, and finally, the Regular Turtle Sundae. I was a little bummed out that the strawberries were still frozen because I normally get a sundae with strawberries and hot fudge. However, this is one time that I was glad it wasn't available because the Turtle Sundae was magnificent! I was especially taken back with the presentation of our desserts because our previous visits at other Freddy's locations were less than adequate. This was obviously a result of hiring exceptional employees. Unfortunately, I didn't get the employee's name, but the young female cashier (with braces) who also prepared our dessert was superb! She was very friendly and worked at a remarkable pace, which I can't thank her enough considering I've dealt with a lot of slow moving employees even at "fast" food restaurants. So shout out to that employee (hoping management can utilize the visiting timeline to identify this stellar worker). The one negative thing about this location were the dining room and bathroom cleanliness, or lack of. There was no one eating in that restaurant; only a handful of customers getting their food to-go, so it was surprising to see the tables still dirty. Also the men's bathroom seemed as though it wasn't cleaned in a couple of days. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was extraordinary and I especially respect how this restaurant supports the men and women of the Armed Forces, to include its Veterans. If you haven't been here before, you definitely need to stop by - I highly recommend this Freddy's location!

While I enjoy occasionally having a hamburger, fries and a milkshake it getting tough nowadays in finding a decent place for your hard earned money. Freddy's is not that place. Of course neither are the other burger places. For starters, my Double Cheeseburger was not an $8. Instead, if I am being honest, it was a $5.50 burger. The fries looked like they. An from some third world farm field where there were no nutrients in the soil. These fries looked skinny and malnourished. Scrawny and short. Maybe they're supposed to be string fries or something!?! Now don't get me wrong, the burger tasted good and the fries were okay but they would taste the same at a $3 discount. Then I decided to order a chocolate shake. It was $7 but damn it, I am a sucker for chocolate. Notice how the shake was almost the same price as the burger...guess we know where the profit comes from, lol. Overall I like Freddy's but since I am so frugal, I complain about the inflated cost. And I wish they would use adult potatoes for their fries rather then the thin starving potatoes that are grown on Mars. One more think about the shake, while they give you a really decent straw, you will still try real hard trying to suck the shake through it. In fact your eyeballs will meet your ears in the center of your skull trying to pull that shake through the straw!! Use a spoon!! Happy eats!

Great fast lunch option after running errands. Decided on the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steakburger with Fry Sauce and it was a winner. Almost forgot to take a photo for the review! Service at the drive-thru was efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend coming out and supporting Freddy's as well as the other establishments on the Craig Road Restaurant Row.

The burgers are the highlight of the show here; flavor-wise, they blow away most other fast-food burger chains. Unfortunately, their pricing is almost prohibitively expensive for fast food. For three people for lunch, we paid just shy of $40, and none of us ordered anything exorbitant; one person didn't even order a beverage. Additionally, the young guy at the register was not thrilled to be there, and it showed. While the burgers are tasty, I can get an equally tasty burger at a sit-down restaurant, pay about the same amount of money, and have someone waiting on me. That being said, I don't see me returning.

This food is nasty. I just spent $30 to be disappointed. It says steak burgers but it's the saddest thing on the menu. I was cheated, and I'm still hungry.

This is our first time ordering and getting food here. Shoutout to CHEYENNE who was so patient while taking our orders. She was so professional, friendly. She has an awesome attitude. She greeted us with smile and asked how's are day going? This location is lucky to have crew member like her. Food is yummy, fries are delish My sons ordered the jalapeño burger meal, I got the chocolate brownie sundae which was perfect for today hot weather.

So start of my say I never have eat ice cream at night but I really had a big craving. I pull up to the window and the guys tells me their was no Heath chocolate and I was upset so I was like ok I will get sneakers. When I got to the window the guys names was Taylor Smith and he apologize for not having the chocolate that I wanted and I was like he did not need to explain all that but he went out of his way to explain that they had a shopping problem since a lot time ago. I was happy and ok with have the choice that I made. Taylor smith went out of his way to explain everything and super super polite. I hope he is the manager cause if he is not he would be an amazing manager and made all your clients so happy. Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service. Thank you Taylor Smith.

I ordered online, my debit card was charged. when I arrived at restaurant I was told my order was not received. I showed my order from my phone and the worker refused to help. I insisted that I receive my food or a refund and worker refused to help, I insisted on speaking to the manager and the worker told me he was the manager. NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, THEY BASICALLY STILE MY MONEY.

This is one our family favorites. The food is always good and the service is excellent. We are really dig the dinner vibe as well. If you haven't even give it a try. The burgers are smash style and delicious as I've ever had. This visit we skipped the Custard but it is top notch. All around a good spot for a good quick burger either the family.

I had the original when Freddy's started in Kansas many moons ago, and I loved it. Today I wasn't so impressed but still enjoyed the meal. Double Cheese California style combo Kids meals with tenders and fries. Price is fairly reasonable Order and service was pretty prompt The place lacked cleanliness and yet on a Thursday afternoon with 3 guest and what looked like a full staff..1 person going around to to clean. Half tables were dirty and girls bathroom no TP. Aside from that, glad to know there is one now located in North Las Vegas.

Burgers were good, they have Freddy's sauce that's tasty, fries were made fresh, and salted caramel shake was very delicious. Plenty of seating, private parking lot, bathroom, staff were friendly.

The best fast food burgers in town, I recommend this burger spot, the sauces the have for the fries is what really seals the deal so try them out.

we came into this location because we received a coupon order a meal five dollars or more and we get a free custard and Tyler the manager there would not honor our request. We drove all the way over there and he wouldn't even bother to accept our coupon I come to the one in the location of Craig and they accepted our coupon. Perez to me. Tyler is a very racist person and we showed him he he wiped his hands like he was as like he was saying he was done with us. I would not recommend this location. The food is good, but the service is.

Always my go to for a steak burger, fries and vanilla custard. This is a new location and I've always loved dining at a Freddy's in California. Happy to see them growing in Vegas. This location was fast and friendly. The Custard was a bit on the little side but still good. Lines can get long so be patient.

Very newly opened on Craig Rd. Went about 7pm First impression, lot of younger age employees , must have been close to 20. Stood in line for about 10 mins as the drive thru & inside dining was pretty busy. Employees all over, so they had good coverage.Inside was very clean & orderly. Ordered a Patty Melt with fries medium soda, &their original Steak burger with 2 patties & fries. Picked up an order number & waited for my name to be called. Drinks are self serve, they have a nicely stocked condiment bar, with very nicely packaged Catsup, mustard, relish, napkins etc. The food was all excellent, delicious! Service was good. People were always cleaning. Had to go back & get some Chocolate & Vanilla custard which was so creamy & yum! Gotta go back, for the fix!

I am the type of person who does not order a burger unless im dinning in or eating it right away in the drive thru. We waited 10+ mins in line and my burger was legitimately cold. Not even the slightest warm.

If you're ordering drive thru I HIGHLY suggest you check your order is right before driving off. The food is good but the youngsters that work there seem to only get your order right in person.

Ordered at the service window. It was empty so we had no wait time. The menu is filled with basic but yummy options. I went with the California burger, cheese curds and worms in dirt concrete. The burger was so delicious. The cheese curds were salty and the concrete was just okay. I'd love to see more topping blended in the shake and idk if curds are meant to be salty but they weren't good. I didn't go inside so I have no idea about ambiance buuuut the service was good and friendly. My bf didn't like his fries or burger, sadly. The best thing to me was the Cali burger.

This review is strictly for the folks that work there - specifically the young lady who tends to work drive through frequently. On a few occasions, busy nights, Rayshawn worked past her scheduled time off to assist & although understandably tired she always greets her customers & offers good service. She is kind & stays calm when I've seen workers freak out under less pressure. That's all, just giving credit where I think it's due. Obviously, the food is good too for me to know that she works overtime often, LOL. The establishment has forgotten food before in the past, but they reimbursed me upon my next visit, but this seldom happens. The shakes are good with different add-in flavors at no additional charge - cool. Anything else, go check it out! It's worth it!

The burgers and staff are typically spot on. Went there for dinner yesterday, 6/23/24 with family. The cashier was very pleasant, but that's where it ended. The burgers were extremely salty, so much so I couldn't eat mine. The chili cheese fries were soggy, and the chili was very bland. The person who I believed was the manager was telling her staff about TikTok stories she saw. One employee screamed doing this "story time" from excitement. Then, the one who I believed was the manager while working the line putting burgers together yells out, "That doesn't need to be an add-on" at the drive-through lady. The young lady working drive-through kept apologizing. When additional staff arrived at work, it became a let's stand and talk and not helpbthe customers. I was drinking diet Pepsi, but it tasted like regular Pepsi. When I told the "manager," her response was, "That's all we have, so pepsi was connected as diet." It was a burger joint I went to often since opening but not any longer. No leadership, poor food quality, and no professionalism.

Mood - Cheese Curds I have a love and affection for cheese curds and when I see them, it is always a must to try when I have the option to do so. This review is strictly based off of the drive thru as we did not go in. Th is is the newest location in the valley and the drive thru line proved everyone else must have been in the same Lets Try Freddys Mood as I was . Once it became our turn we were asked if there were any questions re: the menu. We didnt have any as the menu is very self explanatory. However it was nice to be asked that. We opted for the Cheese Curds of course, Chicken Tenders Combo with Shake, and their Classic Burger Combo. I will admit those curds def stole the show. They were hot and just right. A little piece of happiness in my mouth. Would def recommend - pricing is typical for this chain. The customer service we received in the drive thru was on point. I will def be back to entertain more items on the menu. Now this place does get very busy especially during peak hours, so be prepared to wait. Location is Craig/ Losee - ample parking.

Finally got to try the new Freddy's in North Las Vegas and soooo soooo good. I wanted give a shout out to Jonae (spelling is probably wrong) but she was the nice lady handing out shirts to kids and came over multiple times to check on us. All employees were way friendly, store was clean, food was delicious. Will be back and happy to have you on Restaurant Row in North Las Vegas.

Everything is delicious here!! Even the fry seasoning my daughters love!! But the burgers!!! YUMMM!!! This is my first time eating Freddy's, but most certainly won't be the last!!

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Wednesday we had outstanding customer service from Vincent who took our order. He also came by where we were sitting asked if we needed anything else. The little things still count for respect. Thank you Vincent

Food as always is great HOWEVER when you are dinning in and the back cook area is blaring their horrible music so loud you hear it over the already loud annoying restaurant music it is so unenjoyable! Why they let their employees play such loud music for the entire dining room to have to hear is ridiculous.

Message for Amy A Business Owner! Instead of referring people to the Franchise , why don't you hire a decent Manager to watch over these kids that work for you. its in your best interest. you are paying them to goof off. Thank you Loyal X Customer

Haven't gotten an order done right even once and management couldn't care less. Even the quality is not as good as other locations. I have tried the drive thru during the day when it is t busy, at night as well and it's always the same. They either forget entire items or give the wrong ones.

Love their burgers and service is always great! Any burger here is a good burger and there's always room for you to dine in, clean tables and seats. 100/10 burger joint

Food is always good! Never had any issues. Customer service is top notch and the A/C is always blasting which makes leaving hard with it being so hot!

In my 54 years, I have never encountered a fast food staff made up of such breathtaking incompetence and stupidity as I did today. I ordered 2 burgers: a double bacon steakburger with only ketchup, mustard, mayo, cheese, and a single steakburger with only lettuce, tomato, mayo. Also 2 large fries. Not difficult. But I ended up repeating the double bacon order THREE times at the drive thru speaker and TWICE more at the window, because on the screen they duplicated the ingredients from the single onto the double. So finally after saying it 5 times the girl at the window (Cheyenne Jefferson-Poole is the name on the receipt) seemed to have it right. But then I get handed an order that matched what was on the screen. After all that "confirmation" at the window, she couldn't even be bothered to check the burger and make sure it was right. I brought the burger inside and told a different girl what happened. Guess what? I had to repeat "ketchup, mustard, mayo, cheese" ANOTHER FOUR TIMES. This second girl goes back into the kitchen then comes back in 45 seconds and says "OK, lettuce, tomato, mayo" ... absolutely nothing like what I told her 4 times!!!!!! Finally I realize the only way I'm going to get my burger is by writing down the ingredients on my receipt and telling her to take it back to the kitchen. After standing there another 10 minutes I finally get the correct burger. Does that mean everything is OK? Hell no, because that took so long that the rest of the food was cold by the time we got out of the parking lot, leading to a very pissed off wife. Is it a prerequisite for Freddy's employees to not be any smarter than a chimpanzee in order to work there? Or do you just shrug and accept this from your staff because Gen Z is the dumbest generation in human history and you figure you can't do any better? Regardless of the excuse, I will never again set foot in a Freddy's, anywhere, ever. You have permanently lost a customer even though I liked your food. This isn't the first time that location has screwed up an order. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the current "hamburger war" era, I really feel it's about personal preference or even having a "taste" for that particular burger. With that said, I put Freddy's in the middle. It's certainly different. The Steakburger is flat and definitely has a different look than a ground beef patty. The flavor and seasoning was there, but just too small for what I'm paying for. The burger comes with mustard, pickles, and onions, but you can add the am assortment of contents if that's your thing, which is mine. I added Mayo, ketchup, tomato, and lettuce. The first thing I noticed is how large the pickles were. Instead of complimenting the burger, I felt it nearly overwhelmed it. In fact, I found that ultimately, the patty was just too small for the condiments, and the burger experience. Maybe it would've been better with just the standard condiments, but I don't know. I don't really have anything to say about the onion rings except they were fine. I used their fry sauce for the onion rings, and that was good. I ordered from Door Dash, so I can't speak to the restaurant itself, but within my experience, I feel that Freddy's is an okay burger for me, but not worth the price. I can't imagine going back any more than a rare occasion.

A new place to try on Craig Rd! If you like mini shoe string fries, this is the place to get them! They are really good with Fry Sauce! I got the chicken sandwich which I wasn't keen about. The hamburgers are unusual due to very thin patties of meat. My husband said it was ok. Did not try the custard, unfortunately.

Yum! Yum! And YUM! Their custards are the absolute best and I'm a sucker for their chili cheese dogs. I'm not a huge burger fan but if you are, this is definitely the place to go! Also... cheese curds. That's all I have to say YUM!

It was a good alternative to the standard burger and fries type restaurant. I don't feel I would ever wake up craving food from here, but I certainly would not be opposed to eating here again if I was in the area and hungry.

Me and my wife went to Freddy's and man it was good . We decided to dine in and grab two Steak Burgers and a Chocolate brownie sundae and everything was great ! The inside reminds you of a old classic burger joint similar to Five Guys and the bathrooms were clean which was very surprising for the area . Staff was very nice and made the environment feel very respectful and seemed to have a lot of people working so food was super fast to come out .

I have been waiting for Freddy's to come to North Las Vegas for years, and this Freddy's has been doing nothing but disappointing me each time around! So tonight, I decided to write a review. I ordered chili cheese fries with no onion to add insult to injury. The fries are not fresh old fries on top of warm chili. Very disappointing. I did call Freddy's, and I believe I spoke with a manager, and he was very kind and apologized and advised, he will be talking to the staff in general since they do have a two-minute fries policy; however, I find it hard to believe because this is the third time around that I have received old fries!

Employees in the drive thru are rude and unprofessional. If you dont like your job that much stay your lazy self at home .

Me and my wife came in on Saturday night it was our first time we didn't really know what to get our cashier was a manager her name was Katharine she was really nice she recommended cheese curds instead of fries she also referred to the custard overall she was just very friendly even said bye to us on the way out had a lot of energy we will be returning

I'm giving 0 stars to the specific location in North Las Vegas. However, I was enjoying my meal AND give 5 stars to the Freddy's on Rainbow/Russell because the service and food were amazing. However, while I was there, I witnessed a rather uncomfortable situation pertaining to a young lady manager who I know works at the North location where I usually dine in as It's hard to miss a manager speaking on the phone during her shift over the food. It all started when this young lady came into the store located on Rainbow/Russel and just stood there. When a young man (I'm assuming manager) asked her what she needed, she rudely responded, "Bro, just give me the f*cking meat." I am not sure what he told the young lady but as someone who's worked in the restaurant industry for 26 years I can put two and two together and assume he must've told her that they did not have enough meat to spare. This seemed to have aggravated her enough to make a phone call to I'm assuming a higher up as this young man then spoke with the person on the phone. After the phone conversation, this young lady then again demanded, "Bro, give me the f*cking meat," and the young man then handed a box to her. The young lady then left without saying anything further. I've had issues before with this young lady regarding professionalism and food safety at the North Las Vegas location, but this behavior was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and disheartening to see, especially in front of the guests in the lobby. As a guest, I shouldn't be aware of what's going on behind the scenes! However, I'm glad I witnessed this because her tone and approach were very obnoxious, and there need to be consequences! Even the store crew were taken aback by the situation, and this is NOT okay. The young man who handled the situation remained calm and respectable despite being put in a very unfair situation. Freddy's, fix this! To put it in perspective, the young lady is white, and the young man appeared to be of Hispanic ethnicity. As an observer, this looked very racist and an abuse of power to me. So disappointed.

Loved it when it first opened, BUT! I used to love ordering the large frozen custard, because for the price, it was worth it! I ordered the large, and they gave me a "medium" instead. It was one size smaller. So I asked where is my "large" frozen custard, and they said, oh we are out of large cups. I said, I paid for a large. So she asked me, do you want me to give you another one? I said, um yeah! I didn't pay for a medium. So annoying. Anyways, so for months now, they don't have "large" anymore. Their large is now a medium! Seems like they did away with the large cups, and now use the mediums as large. Not sure what happened to the large size, but I dislike this new thing they have. Are we getting jipped, since you now use the medium cups as large cups? Did the price change, or did it stay the same? Charging us for large cups, but giving us mediums instead? Inquiring minds want to know Freddy's!! BRING BACK THE LARGE CUPS!!!

3rd time here and the cook still don't understand the portion of salt these burgers need. I can't even eat my burger it's so dam salty. SMH. Henderson Freddy's is the standard.

Finally tried this place and it was so good honestly I liked it I got the pepperjack jalapeño burger and cheese fries , delicious! My husbands only complain was how seriously skinny the fries are which I would agree because going into my cheese fries I needed a couple napkins but the taste is what matters to me id go again for sure, the service was not bad I think the night crew has younger people sometimes it takes them a while realize there's someone on the side waiting

Was there 9pm hr b4 closing. Tried to order via mobile app at drive thru but their wifi wasn't working tonight bummer. Had to order manually at the window. Wanted the 5 piece chix strip and they ran out! That's strike 2 tonight for me & this my first time ever at Freddy's. The mngr came over and just comped me the classic Freddie meal w fries n drink for the inconvenience for my 2 strikes I've mentioned. The cashier and the team was so nice to me. I'm a happy man going home w a comped meal! The food was good nothing groundbreaking but I enjoyed it reminds me of smash burger even the skinny string fries. Prices are on the high side compared to other joints. I'd come back again tho for shure! want to try their chix strips, chocolate malt & fish sandwich nxt time. Sorry no pix i forgot was starving next time I visit I'll update w pictures. A nice switch from the usual burger joints around here and it's only few miles from me and it's brand new!

We visit Freddy's every so often. We enjoy the food and custard but had a bad experience on 6/12/2024 at 6:30 pm. We placed our order as usual and asked for the custard to be on hold until we finished our burgers. We went to the counter and asked for our custards to be made. We sat back down and waited for our number to be called. Those who ordered after us received their dessert order as there were two other people in our party who ordered after us and received theirs. Those who were in the drive-thru also received their desserts as we sat there watching all of them being made. The person who was making the custards knew we were sitting there waiting for our order. After a good amount of time, we went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. The person then informed us that they ran out of vanilla concrete. It was very inconsiderate to not inform us that they were out. They saw us sitting there. It should be common sense and common courtesy to say something. We requested a refund which was processed. I have come to learn that you must always ask if they have vanilla custard before ordering as this isn't the first time it has happened.
