beautiful show by Hannah Lupton Reinhard. Gallery was great except second room was small and had no natural light, which caused a bit of a fluorescent glare on the paintings. Otherwise great.

This is an excellent gallery but after learning that a large game convention banned one of their artists from attending I cannot buy from F&F or curate their artists into shows.

Yelp
Fredericks & Freiser Gallery is an okay gallery that tries to bring in emerging or established international artists. Their website isn't the most exciting or engaging, but at least posts the press releases on the artists they exhibit. The last few shows though have lowered my viewpoint.... Justin Craun's work is somewhat frightening- in a disco-explosion kind of way..... and the show preceding it wasn't any more thrilling. website: www.fredericksfreisergallery.com hours: don't know... they weren't even posted on their website... voila, I give ye uno staR!

Yelp
Well, I'll try and be a little less self indulgent in my review, but it's from my phone so don't expect too much depth. First, the address is incorrect, it's actually on 24th, not 22nd, the previous reviewer was in error. I've submitted a correction request to yelp. We visited f&f gallery based upon a recommendation from a friend, and are very glad we did. The works are edgy, yet approachable. But most importantly, the presentation extremely enjoyable. The current exhibition presents the works in a storyline that highlights the pieces in such a way as to create a...fictitious unifying thread... which facilitates the viewing experience, not only because it provides perspective to the pieces themselves, but also, through the theme presented, an insight into the gallery's mission. The website describes this far better than I can here on my phone. And besides, it's a gallery, beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that, stop in and judge for yourself.
