Fredericksburg Mini Donut Co

This is a cute little food truck in the Ace hardware parking lot. Super delicious donuts, made fresh when you order. Iced coffee was tasty. The nicest employees. My children loved the donuts 🍩 so much.

We all know Fredericksburg has a ton of great breakfast places, but DO NOT miss this amazing donut food truck. It’s not just that they have great flavor combos (we had blueberry lemon and cinnamon and sugar)...but they are cooked perfectly. Light fluffy with a slight crisp...not heavy or greasy at all. Do not sleep on this one!

Delicious! We got the cinnamon roll variety (w/out pecans). Only complaint is they could have had more glaze, like the menu board picture showed. We’ll be back to try some other flavors!

Must try if visiting Fredericksburg! Cute little donut food truck ! Stopped this morning on our way out of Fredericksburg glad we got a chance to try it. Customer service was good super sweet lady and the donuts are hot and fresh they also have lots of different flavors to try.

Tried this place out last night at the Houston rodeo and MAN these DEFINITELY were the best tasting donuts I have ever tried. 10/10 recommend & will be coming back for more! Keep up the solid work guys

A definite must for a sweet breakfast treat! The lemon blueberry donuts are delicious-they make they’re own glazes and you can tell. The donuts themselves are hard to explain, but trust me when I say they are so, so good. They make a tasty sweet cream-cold brew as well, that even my non-coffee drinking husband had to get a cup! We will definitely be back!

Fredericksburg has so many things to offer and this is an AMAZING one! These donuts are so light and fluffy and flavorful. They quite literally melt in your mouth. We will definitely be stopping here more often!

Been wanting to try these donuts for so long since I love Pips mini donuts in Portland, OR. There is a place in Austin, but it wasn't good. I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Donuts were soft but not airy like Krispy Kreme. Only thing is you cannot order a mix of flavors, only one flavor per dozen. You'd need to bring a group of people to try all the flavors since there are a lot of flavors. I only got to try two and really wanted to try them all. The trailer is parked in a parking lot of Ace hardware so plenty of parking.

You can't leave this town without having fresh mini donuts. Fresh and delicious. Buy a dozen for yourself and a friend.

Visited this Mini-Donut food truck while in town (located in front of Ace) on a mini-vacation. I must say, these are absolutely amazing! The person that took our order was incredibly nice and made it an effort to make our first visit here an enjoyable one, and he did just that! We had the pumpkin spice (seasonal), truffle, and cinnamon roll flavored donuts (all separate orders, can't mix and match - pumpkin spice being a top choice for me!) and they are out of this world, simply put! Incredibly soft and flavorful, and when eaten when they are fresh/warm, they are some of the best donuts you'll ever have. When in Fredericksburg, you MUST visit them! I highly recommend!

Donut nirvana. I'm a fan! These babies were served warm, slightly crisp, & wonderfully fluffy- the perfect mini donut. My wife and I split an order each of the Blueberry Lemon Crisp & Cinnamon Roll donuts. Our fav was the Blueberry Lemon Crisp, but next time we'll ask for a little bit more of both the blueberry and the lemon sauces. Their iced-caramel coffee was surprisingly good too. I'll be back! They are in the ACE hardware store parking lot.

These might be the best donuts I've ever had. Who'd have thought -- an unassuming food truck in the Ace Hardware parking lot? At first I was bummed that we couldn't get a flavor split. I didn't want to buy two separate batches (sugar overload) and I wanted to try two different flavors. Unfortunately, I was told that they don't do that and we had to choose one flavor per batch. We went with the Blueberry Lemon Crisp. As soon as I tried one of the donuts, I realized that the flavors are just an added bonus. The real star is the perfectly cooked donut itself. The texture was amazing -- just crispy enough on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Make sure you eat them warm to maximize their deliciousness. Ultimately, it doesn't even really matter what flavor you get. I almost wish we got the most basic of flavors -- the donuts are THAT GOOD. Their iced coffee is really tasty as well. Friendly service. If you're visiting Fredericksburg, do not miss this donut utopia.

Y'all... I can't. I literally CAN NOT!!!! These are melt in your mouth, not in your hands, warm your SOUL donuts! If you were on the verge of death, these would revive you and give you another 9 lives! I had the strawberry, cinnamon roll and chocolate ones... ALL of them. Just try ALL of them. Life is a dream with these, sweetheart!

Splurged this morning with a dozen of mini doughnuts. We selected peach glaze. We enjoyed the glaze.... But really enjoyed the "naked "minis on the bottom.Would order with glaze on the side next time or get the powdered sugar. The doughnut texture is perfect. We were offered a sample of coffee, which we then ordered to share. Excellent customer service. As a local, it will be difficult not to come again!

Best donutsssssss everrrrr. I was scowering the internet in search for this place. I'm glad I found it. My family and I were at Mayfest in Dallas and came across them. We were searching for a churro and a funnel cake and thought whoa this might be the best of both worlds. They were the most amazing donuts ever, soft and really fluffy. We had cinnamon sugar and glaze on it, per the popular recommendation. They melted in your mouth. We also liked that they use quality ingredients. After about thirty minutes that's all we could think about on my way back out I had to grab another dozen, I could only eat 3 but I needed the taste again. I made sure to share this round with a friend. I will have to search this place out whenever I make my way south. I only wish I took a picture but the donuts didn't last that long.

Amazing spot you must stop by before you leave Fredericksburg!! Those donuts and peach preserves were out of this world. I can't wait to go back and try some different flavors.

Unexpectedly amazing donuts. Literal fried goodness. My kid and I thoroughly enjoyed. Cake donuts too! We got super basic powdered at the 3 year olds request and they did not disappoint! Their iced coffee was also super yummy! Stop in and try some of their other amazing looking flavors!!

The best donuts ever! We were visiting from Austin and this place was on our list. We are SO glad that we tried! We had blueberry lemon donuts which were amazing! These donuts are made from scratch - warm, airy, crispy and I like that they are not too sweet. If you are in Fredericksburg, this place is a must-try!

Stopped by for breakfast on our way out of town and so glad we did! The donuts were delicious- we got cinammon sugar and peach glazed and both flavors were outstanding.. & not to mention Friendly service!! Also had iced coffee that was the perfect balance of strength and sweetness. One of the best things we ate all weekend in FBG.. Highly recommend stopping here!

BEST TASTING DONUTS!!! Stopped by this cute truck when leaving Fredricksburg, so blown away! They taste exactly like funnel cake balls and they were warm and gooey and just amazing. We only ordered two flavors for 4 of us and it was more than enough. Also, the iced coffee was light and sweet and loved it too. Can't wait to get more of these when they come to the Houston Rodeo!!

These donuts were so fluffy and soft! We actually came here two days in a row. The first time we bought the blueberry donuts and the cinnamon sugar which were so good we knew we had to come back before we left Fredericksburg. The ice coffee was also delicious with just enough sweetness. My only regret is that we couldn't try all of the flavors.

We came for Trade Days and got to taste their chocolate, cinnamon bun and vanilla mini donuts and there were amazing! A light crunch on the outside and soft on the inside! We couldn't help ourselves so before we left town we stopped at their trailer in town and got more! We tried the blueberry lemon and cinnamon sugar ones and they were also delicious. Will always stop here when coming to Fredericksburg

We went to visit this business on Saturday morning during their posted hours and they were closed. So disappointing

Delicious perfectly fried Donuts. They have a display of all the flavors in front to entice you to want to try them all. They gave a sample of their cold brew coffee. It is also very good just the right amount of créam and sweetness.

Fresh made to order and the coffee is great as well! Conveniently off of Hwy 90/Main Street.

Speechless. It's just mini-donuts you would think, but no - it's tremendous! We had the powdered donut and the peach donut (seasonal). The powdered donut was warm, moist, and the right amount of sweet (the batter was really what made the rest of the ingredients pop). It tastes sort of like a funnel cake but more airy, more tender, fluffy if you will. The peach donut was the same as it relates to the donut itself, but the peach syrup topping took it to the next level! Felt like I was eating a peach cobbler. We were planning to save some to share - we finished them before we turned the corner down the street! If you're in the area - this is a must!

Great fresh mini doughnuts cooked up to order. If you go with non-sauced they keep through the day and you can monch on them later on :-)

We found this jewel on the side of the road in Fredericksburg and it did not disappoint! The coffee was great and the mini doughnuts were even better!! My husband got the cinnamon roll topping and I got the blueberry lemon crunch. They were warm and had the perfect fresh crunch. We were excited to hear they will be coming to our hometown in a couple of weeks! We will definitely come back and as my husband said "order everything!"

Excellent! Addictive donuts, we had the blueberry and lemon. I don't even like donuts that much, but these were the exception. Skip the coffee though, not their speciality.

Downright amazing! Foolish not to go here if you're in Fredericksburg. Cold brew is perfectly sweetened and creamed. Mini-donuts are remarkably light and fresh.

Stopped by today for the first time and they did not disappoint. They are made fresh to order and are delicious. They are a bit doughy though, which isn't my favorite. But that's just personal preference. We ordered the chocolate with sprinkles and they were good. They put just the right amount of chocolate drizzle on them. I will definitely be back for more.

Fast and delicious and Perfect sized. The iced coffee equally good. Got the powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar. Reminds me of cider donuts in their perfection -- but available year round! Will be back. Highly recommend!

Would give them more stars if I could! These are the best donuts I have had, and I love donuts! They don't leave a weird film in the back of your mouth like some donut shops do, and they are the perfect size too! I got the powdered sugar and cinnamon roll, both of them were so good, just enough crunch but still soft!
