This review is for their online department, not the Westside location. The company delivered my shoes and left them outside my building on a busy Atlanta street (pic attached) when delivery instructions said leave inside the mailroom. Of course they were stolen. The process to have the shoes reshipped was long and complicated, I was on hold once for over an hour. When the shoes were redelivered, the carrier (Lasership) once again attempted to leave the box outside, luckily I was home and met him at the door. This is after NUMEROUS message to not leave the package outside in downtown ATL. Free People needs to improve their customer service and reconsider their carrier

Larger selection than the Lenox store and the Avalon one. Very nice and helpful employees. They don’t hover over you or try to push you into purchasing anything but were helpful when I needed.

I love this store! The quality and style is perfect for my liking. The staff is very helpful! I have to admit you won’t get out of there without at least spending a few hundred dollars. It’s pretty pricey.

Just had the worse shopping experience. My boyfriend and I stopped in after brunch at west egg. My aunt is having a wedding this weekend and I needed some after 5, evening wear for the reception. I saw a cheap shirt I liked outside from the initial things I needed. I was followed around the store. I was also asked aggressively by a cashier (129943) if she could hold the cheap shirt for me. It was embarrassing seeing as though others were shopping and could hold on to the garment they liked. I felt pressed and forced to buy. Because of my shopping experience I will probably never purchase Free People clothing ever again. I honestly want to burn the shirt I just purchased. I retract the fact that I felt embarrassed, I honestly felt bad for the cashier because my intentions where to find an outfit, however because of her lack of hospitality and respect, I decided to gtfo. I hope she learns from this experience and treat all patrons the same.

I liked the collection but little bit expensive. Sunglasses and accessories were limited. Clothes are cute and well designed. Staff was good

Favorite store currently!! So cool and the prices are fair . Been buying there for 25 years and never had anything wear out! The staff at every store I’ve visited are fantastic! Love this store ❤️

I went in with my fiancé this weekend and she saw a shirt she loved but they didn’t have her size in stock. When she went into the bathroom, Erin helped me get it on order quickly and discreetly so I could surprise her with it. She was so sweet and made sure my fiancé was none the wiser. Great experience, thanks again!

Had a great shopping experience with my daughter. Our stylist, Lydia, has a natural eye for putting outfits together. If you ever go in, ask for her and you will get amazing service.

I frequent this store more than any one person should. Everyone who works there is such a pleasure and I of course love everything Free People sells. It's centrally located in the Westside Provisions District and parking in the garage is validated.

Customer service here is vile and selection very limited. The last time i went in i overheard employees negatively speaking about residents in Asheville the day after a profound natural disaster. That kind of behavior is appalling i will not be returning.

The employees are always so sweet and welcoming when I come in. The store is neat and they keep a good selection of clothes.

I ran into Free People yesterday and had the most amazing, friendly, helpful service from Micaela. I was in a hurry and she made it easy and although a quick trip, very enjoyable. I will definitely go back when I have more time. She's friendly, knowledgeable of their products in the store and online! Great experience!

I have had such great experiences at this Free People. I think it helps that it's not in Lenox Mall ;) This most recent visit was a correction of an order that a different store did for me. I got the Just Float on Flare Jeans in a size that wasn't available in store at the time. They shipped to my work for free (bonus)! But, the wrong size came with the wrong name on the invoice inside the bag and the wrong area of the United States all together. Westside helped with my return, ordered me the correct jeans + both girls that were there that day were super sweet and helpful.

The store is very small but the staff was very helpful. I go there every time I visit Lenox.

I recently came in to return a hat that I had bought from the website. The hat was gorgeous, but was not the correct color as stated in the online ad. I was greeted with a friendly welcome from Ashley. She immediately tried to help me locate the hat in the color that I had originally intended to purchase. Unfortunately we couldn't find it, so she let me exchange it for another beautiful hat. She was so helpful and I greatly appreciate it. I love this store and I will be back again!

Love the clothes, sometimes pricey for what you get, but well cut and gorgeous colors. 2 stars because I had a return and walked up at 4:55 on a Wednesday to find the place locked up. I thought I was just having a dumb day and couldn't get the door open...nope. They were closed, they close at 5 (no hours on the window, so how would I know?). The girl inside tried to ignore me, but finally walked up and told me they were closed, I let her know I only had a return and she let me know I would have to make another trip, even though they locked up early. Not good customer service.

Their clothing is awesome inspiration for the bohemian chic ladies, however they are overpriced. I'm saving up to buy their Burgundy cuordoroys... one day...

Worse customer service! I was not greeted or acknowledged... I noticed at first but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to continue to shop. I picked up a skirt that I was in love with when I noticed that the person after me was greeted as soon as they hit the door. That was my que to exit and I definitely won't be back.

Shop here often. Great store, great location. Sales Associates always so friendly and helpful!

Decent Free People. Seems like a smaller selection than its Lenox Mall companion. Employees are friendly and helpful depending on the day. I found a hat I wanted but it was slightly defective and an employee took a perecentage off for me despite it being full price as it was the only one in the store. I'll keep going for that, and the fact that is in walking distance from my apartment.
