The interior was chic, the dress and accessories were gorgeous 🥰,and all the sales associates were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Fantastic well lit changing rooms, there's a great selection from the brands (FP movement, lingerie, and their standard line) usually quick and easy for returns. I LOVE this brand& I think this location has a better selection than the W.Broadway location. I only wish they had an app for Samsung phone users.

Staff here at 49th street need to be better trained relating to diversity, micro-aggression including treating people from all background with equal respect. When I entered the store, I noticed that I was not greeted at all, while other customers were greeted multiple times by the staff. Throughout my 30-minute visit and purchase, there were several occasions when I come close to store associates, but deliberately ignored. This made me feel uncomfortable, that I was excluded and not valued as a customer. I hope the store will take this seriously and make improvements to ensure a welcoming inclusive environment. In an immigrant city like New York, I expect businesses to embody these values.

Other reviews here had me a little nervous about the service, but I interacted with several staff members, and they all were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I loved shopping here and would return on my next trip. Thanks to everyone for your help!

Most items are out of stock very few pieces was looking for the barrel jeans, not many left. Plus did feel the racist atmosphere in which I wasn’t greeted at the moment I’ve entered the store, while others were greeted.

Clothes are great and customer service was good when I entered the store and when I was trying clothes. But the cashier, not sure of her name, I just see code cashier 329618, answered me in a very rude way when I told her I wasn’t gonna buy one item of my $300 purchase. I didn’t even reply for the shocked I was, then I said bye and she smiled. It was SO weird, kinda like they force them to smile, or maybe she is mentally ill, idk but I gave me the impression they’re fake and rude in this store. I llove free people but not coming back to this store. The girls in soho are nicer. Not used to this rude customer service, specially in a store like free people.

Staff in this store are very rude. I came here to return my order, they gave me a look and attitude.

Bought pair shorts with a $50 gift card and didn’t like the color, wanted to exchange at this store and was told I would then have to pay full price, store employee also appeared to have an attitude, not flexible or sympathetic. I then went to the Flatiron store on fifth and they succesfully exchanged the item for me without me having to pay any extra! I do not recommend this store, it was a terrible experience!
