Freezy Street

Nice staff but not enough of them. They were super busy with customers and Uber orders coming through. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to place an order. They sell rolled ice cream and snowballs. Prices are $6.50 for the rolled ice cream. Prices vary for the snowballs. It took like 30 minutes to get our ice cream order. The staff was super nice but it appeared to be all teenagers with no real leadership on the floor.

My new favorite ice cream polar. They make it right i front of you. Its don't melt fast. I just love the place. They also have games for you to play while you're waiting. Its usually about a 3 to 4 for them to make it. Its cool

This was my first time having a rolled ice cream. The experience was awesome and the desserts were even better. If you haven't been, I HIGHLY recommend it. Very cool vibes and employees.

Finally made it & the coast was clear. 75 degrees and balmy; and the Freezy 'My Thai' ice cream for the bill for ice cream goodness. Love the nature/disposition of the employees. Friendly, patient & accommodating. Love the selection of pre made creations available. Cost is a little above the norm, but consider the process & the creation... So Worth it

Fun, delicious and entertaining! The iced coffee is delicious, and a great deal. Our wait wasn't long, but I expect this place to continue to be popular so bring your patient shoes because it's worth waiting for.

Ice cream is great. Service is more interested in chatting with their friends than waiting on customers. Then when they were finally finished the manager pulled them off taking orders so no one was there for the line if seven people. Don't know if I'd waste my time trying again.

The staff is very personable and the ice cream was high quality, presented in an imaginative way. My only complaint is the length of the wait. There were 2 of us and we had to wait for the server to do the sundaes one at a time, so I was half finished with mine before my son got his. Staff needs to work on organization & efficiency.

Went way out the way with groceries in the truck to get some quick ice cream for desert but there was a 45 min wait we found out after waiting in line for at least 15 min before that. They did not have many ice cream flavors or combinations I think I would have liked anyways. We rolled out and got a sunday from mc donalds next door. An hour wait for ice cream. No thanks. We will just go to marble slab or cold stone next time plus they have many options and even with long lines they still go quick. Some people may enjoy this but for us we did not get to try it nor will we.
