This place is a low key spot that seems that they would only serve coffee, breakfast foods, and sandwiches, but once you walk in and see all of the handmade pasta and new daily specials, you realize that it’s more than you think.
From my understanding, everything on the menu is made from scratch. We ordered a caesar salad, beef carpaccio, linguini fruta di mari, a lamb based sauce which is called the Tagliatelle with Texas Raised Lamb Sauce, and tiramisu. Everything was extremely delicious but if I could only choose one it would be the Lamb Sauce Tagliatelle which is 7 hours braised lamb in onions, celery, carrots, and tomato sauce! The tiramisu was also one of the best I’ve ever had!
I am now on a mission to find a restaurant that is up to par with this one back home in Denver, Colorado!
