What a NIGHTMARE!!!
First, the service is AWFUL!!!! They are trying to save money by shorting the wait staff. There was only ONE server for the entire restaurant at 5pm. Didn't get our order until 6:45. Left at 6:50 and there was still just the one server.
Second, and a complete travesty, is the actual food. My order immediately tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated in a microwave. But, if the taste wasn't enough proof of that, I actually had a large chunk of tin foil in the sauce on my plate, proving this was made yesterday, reheated for order, and they didn't even check to make sure they removed all the foil.
Ironically, as we were ordering I said "I don't really want to eat here. I'm pretty sure the owners also own Raven's Nest and that place is both way overpriced for what it is, and the food there isn't that good either.
Finally, ambience also gets 1 star. There are too many screens and some of them are broken. If you can't afford to fix it or replace it, just take it down. I guess they just don't even care about the message you send to customers with this nonsense. Let alone obviously not caring about the customers or their experience.
Save yourself the money, time, and hassle and find somewhere else to eat.
I feel bad for giving the service review 1 star, it's not her fault she is here alone. So, this isn't a reflection on her (why I am not naming her) but this place needs a serious overhaul or should just be put out of its misery.
Oh, and not only was she doubling as both the sole server, but she was also forced to bartend. And apparently there is no manager here to even pretend to care or try and make this right. The last time I had an experience like this in the AV, it was at Applebee's in Lancaster. And that's saying something because Applebee's is just so terrible. But I guess Fresco II wanted to take the crown as the absolute worst of all dining experiences in the Antelope Valley.
