Pristine service in a fine setting without serious dress code! Choose from set menu with aged steak and scallop/oyster appetizer and a choice of soup. The salad bar was pleasantly abundant with lots of vegetable options and delicious desserts.

Food: 5/5 Averaging 1,300NT per person Service: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Food - is spectacular and reasonable for the price, the only reason the value - isn’t 5* is because the waitress insisted on charging us for water, they don’t provide tap water. Service - is still great! They were very polite and even willing to wait for our party to leave after hours. Interior Design is beautiful! Will definitely come back and will definitely recommend, such wonderful experience!

Lovely experience. I had the 55days dry aged 24oz T-bone steak with salad and dessert bar. The steak is really delicious. The flavor of the steak is very condense and strong. The meat is so tender. The chef grilled it perfectly. Dessert is excellent! Everything is really yummy. Will definitely go back.

5 stars for the food n 1 stars for the service. We asked some questions and the waiter asked us to read again on the menu by ourselves. Rude to my parents. Mayfull might as well just generate a QR code for us to take orders. Easier. We had the 28oz wiv lobster. Semi-buffet is the second best in town. price range about $3500/person. Had a nice time only because we chill well. will visit again but not anytime shortly.

A wonderful steak house which never fails me👏🏻 Visited here a few times, the pics are from three visits. We tried several kind of steak: the aged steak taste really different if you order different date, some taste like blue cheese; the Wagyu is also good but not good as aged steak (the thinner one). You can get a buy one get one free for any seafood if you ordered aged steak. Seafood platter and lobsters are all good. ($1800for 2) I will totally recommend the salad bar to you, only $800/person, with delicious salad, appetizers and dessert. Not many choice provided, while the quality is high. Tiramisu is my favorite, I always reserve my tummy for it!

Original they are the largest beef importer in Taiwan. Now they own few awesome steak house. Tonight we had aged roasted duck, 55 days aged ribeye and 100days aged ribeye!! Very tasty and awesome service! I was told they have really good beef noddles and handmade burgers which I will try next time! Highly recommended for meat lovers👍👍👍

Today is our wedding anniversary and we chose Fresh and Aged to celebrate. I have to say the food is good but the service is superb! The waitress waited at our table is so caring and attentive but always keeping a comfortable distance. One thing to note is I put my coat on during the meal and moment later, she handed me a glass of warm water.

Hmmm... Can a Caesar salad actually be memorable? Fresh and Aged in Neihu proves it can...each of the flavours came through, without any one overpowering the others. The egg was surprisingly noticeable, especially being hard boiled, the prosciutto...nutty, dry yet moist...even the anchovies, which I love, wasn't overpowering yet strong enough to satisfy me. NICE! If the Caesar was this good, the extreme 100 day dry aged ribeye should be interesting... I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars...the service was...typical Taiwanese. (If you understand, you understand. If you don't, it's nearly impossible to explain.)

Fresh and Aged Italian Haiku: Steak was pretty good Fancy place, not the patrons Quite pricey for here The steak and salad bar was quite enjoyable. I can not say the same about the patrons and some of the quality of the staff. My night was quite smooth, although the occasional child running around tempted me to put my foot out and trip them. So back to food, this place can do steak and salad well. It really is just the area, the customers, and the price that is a turn off. But if you really love steak as I do, then this place is worth a visit.

The food is...meh. The service is really bad. For the price, I would recommend Regent Hotel's steak house. We walked in with a reservation. After we were sitted, no waitstaff appeared. No one did anything at all. They were all standing around the water station...kind of looking lost. After 10 minutes of chit chat, we finally ran out of small talks and my brother flagged the waitress for the menu and water. The waitress then mumbled something forever about mineral water. Unlike most steak restaurants, the waitstaff here doesn't introduce you anything on the menu. No explanation of the aging process etc. The salad bar was ok. The only thing that really popped was the black forest ham. At some point, I kind of wished I could just walk out after salad. The wait for soup and entree was painfully long, and all the food arrived lukewarm. Overall, I don't recommend this place.

Overpriced, too far from the city, and bad service! We made a trip here because we heard that this was the place for the locals to come when they want good quality beef. Yes they do have a market downstairs but you'll quickly learn that the place is full of false advertisements. Anyways, as for the restaurant. They have a full salad bar which you can have as much as you want with an order of a steak. If you would like salad bar only, that's okay too... (but what's the point of coming to a steak house?) They charge for water... that's in a bottle. No brand water, but they charge you for it. The bottles seems like they can refill as many times as you want. It's not like they give you brand new bottle that branded. Service is extremely slow and they seem to hire a bunch of untrained students. Takes forever to ask for coffee or if you need anything period. Steak and food was presented nicely. But the steak cut seem smaller than the advertised. Definitely lacking some taste when compared to a American steakhouse. if you want steak? buy it from costco and DIY. Probably better

Fresh and Aged is a creation of Mayfull Corporation the leader of Australian and American cross bred Wagyu beef importer in Taiwan. Their is no doubt they know their beef thoroughly. Their selections not only feature cross bred Wagyu but one of their speciality is their store made dry aged USDA prime and Australian 300 days grain fed beef that are available in variety of dry aging dates. I heard that you have to ask the server for their "not on the menu" 75 days dry aged beef. I had Cabernet from Idaho's Snake River Valley with my steak and it complimented with the Australian Ranger's Valley ribeye very well. Just like their beef from around the world, their wine selection spans the globe. A fun way to eat will be to do it "Alexander's style" by ordering steaks from around the world and pair it with wines from each region among group of beef loving friends. The deserts are also available in buffet style and the variety will not disappoint. I had the Hokkaido cheesecake and tiramisu and I wish I could have taken some more to take home so I can have it for breakfast with coffee the next morning. So if you are in Taipei, I highly recommend to try Fresh and Aged.
