The most tasty cauliflower Pizza I ever tried !

I know this is a pizza place but their chicken nuggets are sooo good tooo! I have friends who love the pizza and one of my friends are gluten free are able to especially enjoy it because they can make a pizza with gluten free crust and he never gotten a bad reaction from it. The people at the cashier are also very friendly and are very knowledgeable about what is good on the menu. Overall great experience!

Staff, Service, and Taste are all great. I always need GF, and the staff are accommodating. Sometimes they do run out so call ahead before ordering and the food is a bit expensive. Julia, Alyssa, Ashley, and Brady are always so helpful the staff are great there.

My son’s baseball team always loves to have Fresh Brothers after their games! It’s their favorite pizza! I had an issue with the utensils missing and the manager was totally sweet and polite and handled my issue right away! I would highly recommend them over any other pizza place in town and we have tried them all!

Most impressive was the size of my gf pizza! There was so much cheese... too much for me, but I appreciated the generosity! I also tried the Cajun baked wings and they were DELICIOUS! Definitely will be coming back.

I hadn't ordered from here in a while but did yesterday and it was just as good as I'd remembered it made me wonder why I'd kind of forgotten about Fresh Brothers. The most important thing to remember about Fresh Brothers is they cut their pizza in little squares which gets your hands super messy not having a crust on each slice to hold on to. You can get it regular cut you just have to remember to ask. I ordered delivery and while it looks like it's directly through their website they actually use Uber Eats to deliver their food.

It got better .....the cauliflower pizza is so good. It's been improving and I'm super happy!

I've given up on this location. They use a 3rd party delivery service. If you order delivery don't expect for it to come. They simply state - we are waiting on a driver to come. Meanwhile the waiting for 1 1/2 hours for a 45 minute delivery. Ended up cancelling.

Foods always amazing. Staff is super friendly. Ashley is awesome! Always a pleasant experience coming here.

Great pizza and even better service. We had an issue with the delivery of our pizza which was resolved by Christian, the manager. Christian took the extra step to make sure we were satisfied and that we felt like a valued customer. He represented Fresh Brothers well! Thanks Christian

The pizza is like a mediocre frozen one. The salad dressing is like it came from a bottle Only had a couple drinks to choose from in the fountain. I could see young kids liking this but no thanks .

Tried their wings and it was goood!! Rare to find baked wings so I highly recommend. Came with sauces on side but didn't really need them. So glad I found these wings.

Order a personnel pizza that was good. But my caesar salad was old wilted lettuce. I had to throw it out.

They Charged my card twice. I called store and told them, the manager literally said "Just dispute it on your credit card"... 2 months later, never settled. Don't even care about the $100 I was charged twice, it was more the reply for the lazy manager. (they do have great pizza to be fair)

I drove a guest down south today yes to LA, actually the OC....traffic was surprisingly lightish...oh ya! Having dropped my customer at the VEA, a Marriott property in Fashion Island, Newport Beach. The drop is done and I'm using this parking lot to turn around and get "un" lost. I see Fresh Brothers, pizza, salad, &wings Sounds like its tine for dinner before I drive back to the comfortable central coast... I ordered a medium pie 12", pepperoni and olives, add a soda $27 and change...keep the change. I realized there were no prices on the flat screen menu...you know what they say...if you have ask...The pizza was very good, just to my liking. Thin crust, cooked well done, hot & fresh. Pizza made, cooked and served in about 13 minutes or so. Staff friendly and to the point, thank you. The thousand flavors Coke machine hand a very limited selection of flavors to choose from, oh well. The bathroom is closed, yet an employee had used it, thats an all to common site in small restaurants these days. Keep out the undesirables, the customer will come back right? Two stars could have been four, one deduction for non-friendly restroom and one deduction for menu lying, "Lying by omission" No pride in showing price for pizza so good we can charge these ridiculous prices in NB. Called 3 times trying to order lunch today. Phone was ringing for 10 mins, no one ever picked up. Lost my business...

Love this Fresh Brothers! Chris and the whole staff are amazing and so friendly! Pizza, boneless bites and salads are all great! We order ALL the time and it's always good! My kids request to go there daily! Highly recommend! THANKS Fresh Brothers :)

Ordered for pickup on Uber eats since it had a deal. We got the Fresh Mama's XL pizza. it was enough to feed 2 of us for dinner and then also for lunch the next day which was great. I will say while the taste was great, the crust for some reason was really flimsy and hard to pick up. The toppings just kept sliding off which was annoying, but we just ate it with a knife and fork. Not bad!

Fresh Brothers pizza is the best in my opinion. I will drive further to get to this branch because they pay attention to special orders and get them right! Easy to order online and pickup. Love their garlic knots too. Highly recommend! Also convenient to pick up some wine at Gelsons right next door

The place was too hot. Not comfortable at all. I can't imagine dining in with the temperature being so high, especially in this summer heat. Would need the temperature lower for a better experience.

Have been waiting an hour for our two medium pizzas and 3/4 of there employees are in the back on there phones, and it is 20 degrees hotter inside then it is outside the restaurant.

Awesome food! Awesome staff! Awesome vibe! My go to and top Pizza place. Well worth the price and my kids get so excited when we start the drive to Fresh Brothers! Chris is always the best. He is the Manager and really makes sure things are done right. Definitely recommend

I've always liked Fresh Brothers, but this last experience was beyond frustrating. I called to order my usual deal (two medium pizzas and wings). The person answering the phone had no idea what promotions they even had. After checking with her manager, she told me I had to order it online. I wasted 5 minutes searching, only to find out the deal wasn't even there. So I called back. They offered me a discount, which I appreciated... until I was left waiting again. When I asked how many people an XL pizza serves, the rep told me 5-6, and then out of nowhere canceled my discount. When I asked why, she actually said: "Well, no discount is happening now, as you are being so impatient." Excuse me?! Is this how Fresh Brothers treats customers who've supported them for years? Instead of helping, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking questions. Completely unprofessional and honestly insulting. I love the food, but this kind of service is unacceptable!

I visited earlier today and the heat was insane. (I created this yelp account just for this review) Air conditioning was broken, I don't know how the workers manage to work in those conditions, especially by hot ovens. I also noticed in the past that workers have been on their phones while customers are in the store, not so much today though. Food was good, I just dont know how sanitary it is when they have handled their phone. Do they wash up before making the pizzas? I put 2 stars for the food. I would come to this location again if these problems were resolved. For now, I am going to try another location.

First time at a Fresh Bros and we already want to go back. We got two pizzas, the Fresh Mama's Favorite, Da Works and an order of wings with BBQ sauce. It was all gooood. And I mean gooood with 4 Os. The crust on the pizzas was thin and crispy and the toppings tasted super fresh. The wings were great, with a little kick in the sauce. The personal pizza size was perfect and we can't wait to go again.

Placed an order for pick up from Fresh Brothers and it was wonderful! Super easy and convenient to order and was ready quickly! We ordered a large cheese pizza and some buffalo wings. The wings were SO good! Their ranch is very tasty as well. The pizza was great too! Overall 5 stars!

Overpriced salads, service lacking. Waited a long time for my to go salad only to see that it had been sitting out but no one called me. Salad itself was about $13 and not as good as the $5 salads you can pick up at Trader Joe's. I guess people go for the pizza.

Wonderful environment!! Staff was so welcoming and warm to me. I had a lot of questions and the sweet worker answered all of them with a smile on her face. Took me such a short time to get all my food, and it was all so delicious!! I really recommend their new pizza "The Bear". Super good. Really crunchy and crisp crust. Their new cookies are awesome too! They were warm and gooey when I got them! Definitely coming back soon, recommend for anyone in the area.

I had a friend recommend me to fresh brothers and I had some time to spare, so I walked in and a gentleman name Christian helped me out. He explained to me how it works and the lunch deal they have. They have so many options on pizzas and you're able to create your own!! Which is even better since I'm a very picky person. I was expecting for it to take long since I notice they make it fresh but it only took 10 minute! Christian brought me my pizza with chili flakes and some cheese, he even offered me some ranch! I was so excited for my pizza I will sure be coming back. Very clean store and organized, thank you to Christian for helping me out customer service was a 10/10

I go here twice a week for my daughter and always get a 7" deep dish cheese personal pizza. I go in , again, and notice it's light. I open it up and it's a regular crust pizza I just paid 14.00 for plus 3.00 tip. So 17.00 fkn dollars for a personal pizza. I tell the smug unhappy girl this isn't a deep dish and she has the audacity to stand there and say, "this is our deep dish." I said ,"no, it isn't." Should I wait another 20 minutes for her to remake it, hell no. I'll never go there again and it's a half mile from my house. Don't stand there , act like a spoiled little you know what, look me in the eye and lie to me like I'm your parent, then offer to make me wait longer. I actually was so pissed off I took photos of it to document my disgust. Fire that girl and get two trained monkeys to do her job, maybe I'll get a decent experience there. Take a look at the images and tell me this is a deep dish cheese only pizza for 14.00 Fuckn dollars. This is the second time this chick did this to me, and the last! And yes I did cancel the order and the tip on my card. She did teach me one thing though, NEVER TIP IF YOUR EXPERIENCE IS SHIT! Again, I will never allow my family to eat from this place again! And for the record, this is Fresh Brothers Pizza on San Miguel rd. In Newport Beach!

This place is freaking amazing:):) First time coming here with friends and family:);) The general manager Christian welcome us with very professionalism, friendly and helped us for which pizza to choose:):) The restaurant is very clean,neat and spacious:):) Definitely coming back here whenever we go to Newport Beach or Corona Del Mar Beach:):) Freaking Pizza is freaking delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for wings and pizza:):)

Christian and Ashley offered incredible Service incredible tonight; my family and I Recommend this Fresh Brothers location. The ambiance inside the location is excellent. Tons of Flatscreen TV's, and chill music with luxurious tile and sleek wooden chairs .

This location has the best service and food. I Would definitely come again! They are so welcoming

Came here for lunch on a rainy day where I needed to eat inside. Different loud music playing in the dining area and the kitchen - incredibly obnoxious. Multiple TV's with different programming with audio up. Patrons trying to talk louder than the blaring music and TV's. Other patrons loudly sharing cell phone videos on repeat. Sound so loud the cashier trying to take orders was plugging his other ear. And it wasn't that busy. If you enjoy absolute cacophany, this is your kinda place.

Updated review after submitting feedback per the comment in response to my original review: Nobody has called me back to follow-up and I replied to a personal email from the lead from this location on 5/18. His email to me was condescending and rude (see below): Hello, Enrique Shift lead here at Fresh Brothers San Miguel, I noticed you left a tattle and you were trying to get ahold of us didnt receive a call so if you can call us back or reply with an email with your number so we can go ahead an fix this issue. Thank you, Enrique Benitez I'm not sure what he meant by I left a "tattle" but the service was really bad, all the kids were left hungry and we had to ultimately figure something else out for dinner last minute yet nobody seems apologetic. It doesn't seem like there is any desire to make the situation better from the staff at this location despite asking me to submit feedback online. All I received after doing so was an automated message saying they were sorry they didn't live up my expectations and that they would review the feedback with the restaurant managers.

For $35, I really was expecting a large bbq chicken pizza. I would consider it a medium size. It was pretty good, but for that price, I expected more. I could get that elsewhere (and I did) so it was an experience that I am not repeating.

The food is super fresh and you can tastes in the ingredients. Service is pretty fast although sometimes when its gets busy like on a Saturday night I've had the phone hung up on me and I will call back and they hang up again that only happen twice. I live right next door I just go in person to place the order when that happens or on line. It's still fast about 15 to 20 min. What makes this place good is their pizza. It's a little expensive but definitely worth it.

Arrived 20 minutes later and waited over another 1/2 hour - order wasn't even started and continued to take phone orders and people that were waiting in the restaurant. Desperately need more help and better service to a frequent customer who will not use them again - and pizza was so hot (and overcooked!) I had to ask for napkins to carry it out.

Ordered delivery last minute. Called the wrong store to make sure they gave flats, realized it about 10-15 mins after I placed the order and called this store. Spoke to Christian the assistant general manager. He was nothing by professional and gave beyond awesome customer service! Literally saved my meal from being a total disaster! Thank you thank you Christian for going above and beyond to make sure my order was right!!!!!

We came over from Roger's Gardens starving! They were having a promotion for a new type of pizza. They gave us two pieces each just for walking through the door. ( two type pepperoni and also a sausage pizza) We came to buy a pizza and that is what we did. The Pesto artichoke chicken OMG! So good. We'd never been to this restaurant before and will be back at a location closer to us. The prices are pizza prices so don't expect cheap cheap. You'll definitely get what you pay for

The personal sized pizzas are a great size for 1 person so you can get what toppings you prefer for each person in your party. It does take a while here so usually I end up shopping at the Rite Aid next door.

I come here so often to get a personal pizza and right away i get greeted with this amazing employee name Christian. Always has a big smile on his face always helping me out always recommending what to get that's great customer service right there! If I was the boss I'll be giving him a raise without no hesitation. Super solid spot. The girl taking our order was really nice. My kids got a cheese and pineapple personal pizza and I had a vegan cheese with olives and mushrooms and garlic. Good stuff! The biggest miss were the vegan tenders which were so gross bordering on the inedible. I tossed them out on the way out. Yuck! Save your money and stick to the pizzas.

Ordered to-go to bring back to my buddy's office in Newport. Great pizzas, quality ingredients, & very tasty. Wings itself are a bit small... like it came from miniature chickens.. Definitely check them out if you're in the area and craving some good ole pizza~
