Fresh Donuts

The Donuts were so soft and delicious. Normally I'm skeptical of donut shops but these were AMAZING. So much flavor, and genuine quality in these donuts were phenomenal. The workers were so kind, even giving us free donut holes! There's so much variety and the shop itself is very put together and clean. 10/10 recommend

What could improve is the attitude of the employees. It's usually the older ladies that give such an attitude. 05/28/2025. The short older lady was so rude and didn't even say thank you when I ordered my five drinks. She literally said UGHHHHHH because I ordered all those drinks ...I thought business was good? She made me repeat myself so many times and treated me like an idiot .

Very disappointed... no real blueberry or banana taste more of a syrupy after taste. Miss the older version, it had real blueberries, a great amount of bananas with big scoops of vanilla ice cream. The old man was definitely rushing to get it out and had barely any whip cream. My first time going there was 2 years ago and there was this sweet lady and she made the blueberry banana smoothie incredibly delicious. I never got the lady's name and I don't know if that lady still works there, but just a warning if you want the blueberry/banana have the lady make it and not the older man or you will not enjoy it. I took two sips and threw the rest away because it tasted really nasty. Hopefully this helps.

We stopped at this little doubt shop on our way to a wrestling tournament on weekend for sandwiches. They were perfect. They even through in a few donut holes for my kids. It's a small place but super friendly and always quick service. We've been back a few times. It's one of the family favorite spots. You gotta check them out and the iced coffee is always fresh.

Steven is so sweet! Super accommodating and answered all the questions I had about the menu. This is a small family business so please support them! I got the turkey sandwich with thai tea boba, everything is super fresh and is a great spot for a quick bite. I heard other customers ordering and loving the smoothies, have to try it next time for sure~!

Use to love coming here because of how nice and welcoming they were but new workers are so rude and dont attend well they raises their voice with attitude and give faces

Had an attitude with me from the start. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and everything inside was frozen. When I confirmed if it was toasted they said yes, but lied. I paid $10 to be treated poorly

People there are super friendly and nice! The food and drinks are delicious and it's such a welcoming environment!

The bagels here are amazing! A little hole in the wall that packs some of the best breakfast sandwiches in town. All bagels are made fresh there and you can taste quality! Great spot!

Doesn't even deserve one star, went in to order a drink I've had there previously. Lady tried to sell me two different drinks when I explained I only wanted one she was rude and said I had to have to different ones, when I asked for my money back she decided to make me the one I had originally asked for and charged me extra. I told her I wanted my money back and she called me stupid... who calls a paying costumer stupid?

Good donuts! Mom and pop type place and very cheap... Seems like a good place to grab a donut and some coffee before work!

The thing that makes this place so awesome for me is their smoothies. You can add boba, popping pearls, or jelly. The best part is that for their fruit smoothies aren't the powder kind like most others are and you can taste the difference. It's a little bit more expensive if you buy with boba and there's been only a couple times that boba wasn't nice and chewy but other than that, this place is awesome. It has extra snacks and drinks that you can buy including the donuts and ice cream they also sell here.

Went with a friend to grab a donut and coffee. Customer service wasn't very warm. Felt like they wanted to take our order then want us out. The coffee tasted bitter. The donut was pretty good though. There was a nice seating area inside and comfortable chairs

A great place for breakfast on the go! If you got 15 minutes to kill, stop and grab a coffee, breakfast sandwich or donut to wake you up and start your day. The employees are fast and can shoot out orders quickly. If there's a line, wait in it, it's well worth it. They also have fresh fruit smoothies, boba, and a water purifier incase you have your 3 or 5 gallon bottle. It's hard to pass this place up.

Started stopping here about two weeks ago for there iced caramel coffee. Has a okay blend of sweet and coffe I could use a little more sweet, I tried asking for more caramel but I'm not sure I taste the difference. The donuts seem to be a little to buttery for my liking but the taste is not bad.

Coming in to a store named "fresh donuts and sandwiches", I was expecting everything. BOY OH BOY did they deliver. It was everything I wanted and more. The donuts? DELICIOUS The sandwiches? NUTRITIOUS The cashier? SCRUMPTIOUS Come in to see what the hype is about

I had a fresh mango slushie with boba and the husband had a taro root slushie. Both were delicious. They used real fruit and the prices were very reasonable. We were just passing through, but if we lived closer, I would visit often.

Place was busy but was in n out with in minutes, they also have a big variety of stuff to fulfill what ever it is you are craving from donuts to croissants to breakfast to burgers and sandwiches. Coffee to soda to bobos

Yummy place! The donut holes are the BEST! They have killer options and usually have "specials" that change from time to time. We came here for lunch on Father's Day, that's how much my husband and kids like this place! And we drive here from the next city over. Totally worth the drive or time to stop in for a donut or sandwich. So good!

Best boba in town. Love there special of BOGOF. Donuts and sandwiches are great too. Ladies are always friendly and attentive to what you want.

This spot is my most frequently visited "go-to" shops in Perris. Their food is good and the sandwiches are made fresh. I always order #7 which is a ham sandwich type croissant. The workers do come off as aggressive which is why I couldn't give this shop anymore than 3 stars. The workers here always seem so upset, they obviously dont want to be at work, and their customer service is everything but sincere.

Friendly and fast service. Delicious food. It's difficult to please my husband but he was happy with his breakfast croissant.

They put way too much ice in their boba drinks to save money. Tastes so watered down. Disappointing...

I come here sometimes in the A.M.to pick up a breakfast sandwich and maybe a doughnut. They are always good and taste fresh. Also the people working there are always polite and for Me that go's along way.

Nice local place and great donuts, was in and out in a breeze! Ordered a dozen for my family and we ate them all up.

Great donuts but their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are excellent especially their breakfast croissants are superb and you can't beat the price.

This is my favorite donut shop! The breakfast croissants are A++ (AMAZINGG) and the donuts are always soft and delicious. I also highly enjoy all of their milk teas as well as their slush boba drinks. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and even after moving further away, I make the drive to come get my croissant Sandwich and Thai tea

Heads up, $0.50 charge for debit. Still, that's not the worst debit charge I've seen. Stopped by for the first time to pick up a donut and water (this place was really aptly named for this stop). I paid $2.85 for a chocolate covered twist, a large bottle of water, and the debit fee. I found this to be pretty fair pricing, until I took a bite of the donut. It was fresh & tasty without having that old grease aftertaste you'd sometimes get from poorer quality donut shops. That's when "fair pricing" turned into "bargain" in my book. The interior is clean & the staff was friendly enough. This place is conveniently located on my way home from work, so I can see myself making more stops here in the future. :) ***Tip: This is weird, but it may save you hundreds of $$$ & a load of frustration. If you have a lowered car, don't try getting into that parking lot unless you'd like your investment in your car to get crushed. The curb leading into the parking lot is pretty darn high & will ruin your car. There is no grading in the curb to gently slope to street level. This would be a disaster for an inattentive lowered car owner who was just looking for some donut deliciousness.***

Great donuts that are fresh But rude service one day forced me to never come back by saying to me as im pulling my wallet out. 15 minutes before closing that if i wasnt going to buy to leave.

If looking for a great breakfast here it is reason come here nothing microwaved when order a ham and cheese or breakfast croissant bagel great value too

One of my favorite donut shops near Riverside! I go to UCR so it's like a 15 minute drive but this place is totally worth it. The owner is extremely friendly and their daughter Crystal who works there is super sweet & helpful! I love the ham and cheese croissant, it's 10x tastier than seaside! My housemate got the pastrami sandwich and she said it was good as well. The donuts are fresh and affordable. I didn't get to try their special donuts but I've heard many good things about them. I can't wait to try more donuts the next time I come!

I came here to pick up some donuts for the kids... the woman who helped me was very polite and suggested what I should get in order to qualify for deals on their donuts(which are really tasty!) However, a homeless man walked in shortly after me, so another woman (looked like the owner) helped him out. She looked annoyed and kept trying to hurry the man up, and when he started counting his change to pay she kept saying "no it costs more than that." He payed, and she rolled her eyes to the woman who helped me. The employees seem to show better customer service and politeness to those who seem like they will buy more items and who look better off, which in my opinion is not good customer service at all.

Amazing coffee, donuts and ice cream. I usually get their breakfast sandwiches whenever I go in, which is pretty much every morning.

Everything is fast and delicious here it's very good Donuts sandwiches are very good ice cream smoothies are fantastic I don't know what would more i could Ask For........ the bread to use for their subs are so good and their boba and ties he is delicious..

This is the worst donut shop in Perris. They are absolutely rude. I have gone several times and have received the same horrible service. The donuts are always dry and there was a gigantic green fly on the donuts today! Disgusting!! When I informed them about it they pretended to not hear. I am never going back again. If you are looking for great donuts go to hwy 74. They are the best!!

Underrated donuts for sure! . The donuts here are always fresh and fluffy. U can tell they're not fried too long. You can really taste the difference once you'vr had a donut here and go elsewhere. Also. Sandwiches are really good and tasty. You can tell they use very good quality bread. Ten times better than "subway" thats for sure. I recommend the pastrami sandwich. I would definitely come back!

They have some of the best donuts and boba in town! But their customer service has gone downhill. I frequently go and get a smoothie with boba. I've been charged for boba and they were all out, they didn't charge me the next day however. But I went in a couple days ago and ordered 3 smoothies, 2 with boba and only got one with it. The older employees give sighs and ask "is that it?" as if there is a line and when they charge the order they look at the register as if they've never used it before. I'll still go for boba but next time order less and ask if they are stocked up before giving them my money

The best donut shop around, i wrong go anywhere else. Fast friendly service! The donuts are always fresh , soft on the inside with the slightest perfect crunchy outside layer on the bottom . If my stomach was big enough i could eat a whole dozen to myself their milk tea with boba is also very good . My boyfriend likes their breakfast sandwhiches . All around delicious place!

I just went in about an hour ago and bought half a dozen donuts and a chocolate milk and when I got home and started drinking it I realized it tasted a little weird and looked at the expiration date and it expired last month. I called the donut place and when I told them they hung up on me and I've tried calling back 5 times and they will not pick up anymore.

Best doughnuts in Perris hands down. Love bringing the kiddos here to get them a special treat. My son loves the ice cream. And seriously best water and at 20 cents a gallon, can't beat that. Sandwiches are also bomb and inexpensive.

I have pass by this place so many times and decided to try it out. The interior small but clean. The staff was nice and the the sandwhich was very good. I know Dounuts, water and subs your like what!! But don't judge it this place is litlle gem. This is a little whole in the wall but good!

FALSE ADVERTISING! They don't actually sell most of the donuts on this page any more. Buyer beware!

this place is the best subs and donuts I've ever had. and cheap for the amount of ingrediants they use for there subs. like under $6 for a combo and it's right across the street from the bus/ light rail in station in perris,ca. fo real do folks ya gotta try this spot if your in the area.

This place is on my way home so I've stopped here. I'm an avid boba tea and boba coffee drinker, so that's what drew me here. In terms of this location, I'm displeased with the fact that you're charged extra to include boba in your drink when in other places boba is already included, and cheaper. Secondly, I've stopped buying donuts here because on not one but on several occassions their donuts have tasted like grease, which isn't the desired taste you want in your palate. Thirdly, there is a $0.50 cent surcharge each time you use debit and believe me it adds up! Comparatively, I pay less ($0.35 cents) when I pump gas. Last but not least, the staff has been rude and acted exaspirated at times, and more so when they're taking orders from customers.
