One of my favorite stops at the Minnesota State Fair. This location is on Ligget and Patch. Its definitely open and operating!

They go through 300,000 pounds of potatoes during the State Fair. I love the location, at the entrance to the Midway, and they turned me onto Malt Vinegar sprinkled on top.

Crunchy yet oily. They taste good but not for someone who wants to stay under the caloric intake, and again the amount of oil… woah. Lol. Crunchy, salty, and tasted much better than most fries but got cold really quick. 3 star due to the Server who showed distaste as my wife and I walked up to the stall to order. Smiled to the customers both before and after us…. Oh well. Lol.

The prices were a little iffy, but the fries were quite fantastic. A new take on French fries with a lightly salted and very crispy outside with a large soft inside. I really enjoyed them and they were a great snack.
