In town for my son’s basketball tournament and so glad we found this place! The restaurant was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere. Service was top-notch — the twin staff members were incredibly friendly, explained the menu thoroughly, and offered great recommendations. Their energy and personalities made the experience even better! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My son felt nourished and energized for his next game. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in town for future tournaments. Highly recommend!

This place has great character and I choose it over anywhere else, it feels so good to walk in and always be welcomed. My go to’s would be the chicken wrap or the angus steak bowl. As promised the food was great and the twins checked in to make sure. They were so personable! They said it was a family business, they work for their uncle- even better! First time here and we loved that the food was served fresh, tasty and satisfying. All ingredients in the bowl were balanced and complimented each other. Loved that they served it in a paper bowl too and the quick service was great. Would be back for sure. Needs some cleaning around the dining area tho and one of the tables were wobbly.

Tasty Mother's Day lunch with family. We arrived around 12:30 and the place was basically empty. Cafeteria style establishment. Get food at counter, no servers. Good vegan options. Free WiFi . Clean facility with friendly staff. You can leave your business card at the entrance for free advertising.

Cannot say enough good things about Fresh One Kitchen. From start to finish, excellent service, delicious savory bowls, and a clean environment. This will be my go to pitstop when I’m running errands in Kennesaw.

Stopped by after a morning of rambling around Kennesaw on a random trip to the city. I went for the Angus steak bowl as-is. The bowl was huge! Steak was well seasoned as were the veggies and the rice. The bowl came with forbidden rice, green beans, roasted potatoes, and corn and shredded mozzarella. Honestly didn't think it needed cheese at all. Idk maybe a parmesan? Anyway, it was a lot of food and tasty food at that. No southern sweet tea but they did have three fruity teas which were nice. The bowl was packed so full that I was immediately getting food all over the table as I was trying to mix in a little spicy ranch sauce. I know I know, that's a 1st world problem. 🤷‍♂️ I managed to eat most of it, but by the time I made it to the rice I was absolutely stuffed. Worth a try if you're in the area. Staff was friendly and lively. Music was pretty good. Will have to keep this spot in mind when we are in the area again.

A nice alternative - knowing that there are healthy choices that actually taste good. Meat, beans and veggies, all served together in a bowl. And there are plenty of options for those who go meatless. Add some sauce if you'd like, mix it up (as suggested by the restaurant) and you have a bowl full of goodness. I could get only get through a bit more than half - my wife did likewise. I used mine in an omelet the next morning. It's a shame many health oriented restaurants don't do well in the long run. I guess a lot of us try to eat well at home and then enjoy something that might not be so good for us when we go out. That's me. But Fresh One Kitchen deserves repeat visits for sure. Now, since the food tastes so good - I am just a bit suspicious that it can be so healthy....don't tell me if it isn't.😊Kind of healthy is good enough for me.

On my first visit, I went to grab a to go order. I was happy that they offer healthy veggies to go on the rice bowls. There are several rice options to choose from also. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant is nice, open and clean. I only had a problem with my avocado. After she threw over four rotten avocados away, I guess she picked one she thought was good and put it on my bowl (her back was turned while doing this) and the avocado was still black and inedible. I mean you pay $2.50 extra for the avocado and then you can't eat it. I would skip that unless you were watching them and making sure to put a good one on there. Would probably return off in the area.

"Fresh" is the perfect word to describe, Fresh One Kitchen! This was my first time at the restaurant and it happened to be my birthday and I was so pleased with my choice! The restaurant has bowls but they stand out with different flavors and seasoning on the vegetables to enhance the flavors! You can choose from a selection of bowls or pick your own items for a custom bowl, which is what I did. The brussel sprouts burst with flavor and are crispy fresh, not over cooked. I chose a bed of mixed greens for the base in my veggie custom bowl. There are many kinds of rice, beans and different meat choices. The restaurant is clean and has natural wood decor with high ceilings. Lots of seating indoor and some outside. The staff was patient and quickly prepares the food in front of you so you can grab a healthy meal to go if you don't have time to enjoy a meal in the dining room. The price is super reasonable for a healthy fresh meal for 2 people at lunch it only cost $19.08. Terrific and I will visit again in the future!

Interesting options This review is based on a mid-afternoon lunch takeout on a summer weekend. FOK has another location in Sandy Springs. =. Ambiance is local fast casual strip mall resto though it was a little dim inside. It's a midsize square DR with an order counter in the back of the room. FOK is located in a Starbucks strip-mall near I-75. +. Food is fast casual ready made and make to order salads with interesting options like forbidden rice, bbq chicken, Brussel sprouts, roasted mushrooms etc. It would be easy to do vegetarian here and their portions are generous. I enjoyed some of their unusual choices and seasonings. The made to order salad I created was delicious. One thing that was off putting for me was that most options had lots of hidden sugars. +. Price was low to high teens based on your protein selection. ++. Service was prompt, helpful and friendly! +. Parking is shared with other merchants and easy. FOK is a local fast casual resto that offers original and interesting choices for their delicious salads!

i loved that they offer forbidden rice, a nutritious and flavorful base, which paired perfectly with the angus steak bowl my friend ordered. the lemon pepper chicken bowl was my choice, loaded with saffron rice, roasted veggies, and a refreshing crunch from cucumbers and tomatoes. they also have great vegetarian and tofu options also if you have a chance, try detox juice from purepleasures instead of fountain soda! so good!

Everything is perfect here! Fresh One lives up to its name by more than than just the food. It's a fresh experience from the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted immediately and asked if you've been there before. If not, they breakdown the menu for you and all its options. Very kind staff. The facility is spotless, plenty of places to sit. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with grilled veggies and it was flavor I haven't tasted since my last trip to Yucatán. I mean it was outta here! I've never said that about a simple quesadilla before. Healthy drink options are available too. Fresh squeezed juice and kombucha man! I was blown away because I was expecting the service level of Chipotle, but they are WAY higher than that place. Do your palette a true honor and come try this place

Open concept where you order at the counter and pick out everything you want as you walk the line. The veggies are cooked and there is a large variety. The base options are fun ranging from rice to salad to noodles. It was a colorful selection of veggies and protein options. Delicious and I will be back!

Very friendly staff, healthy food options with customization available as well. I ordered straight off the menu, garlic shrimp bowl with mushroom and rice. Delicious! I'll be back. Grabbed lunch to go after my mani pedi next door.

If I'm in the area I would always choose to stop by here. The food is so fresh, definitely healthy, and the restaurant is a clean environment. The staff are so friendly and will walk you through the ordering process. If you have any allergies they will do their best and look at labels for you. This spot gets my approval as a gluten-free vegan.

What an amazing little find. Was in the area for work and I'm always trying to eat something healthier on the go. Was welcomed upon entry, so many options and didn't felt rushed or pressured as I decided. Great suggestions, and I can't wait to have a reason to come back!

One of my favorite lunch spots. Freshest ingredients and the chef does an amazing job. Very open and clean. Great drink selection with the aqua Fresca lemonades.

Pleasantly surprised! I'm always thrilled to find tofu options. This was a lovely, healthy lunch. The spicy slaw is fire, and the spicy sauce brings a nice burn. I loved my saffron rice and kale salad mix. The cookie, though.... oh boy that cookie. Delicious.

Food is excellent and very fresh always. Service is warm and welcoming. Very urban-ish. Many evenings I wished the restaurant were closer to my neighborhood. It's sooooo good so I just give in to the 15 to 20 min drive. Worth the drive time. Reminds me of New York City sidewalk cafes. Love it!!

My friend and I came here after conquering the Kennesaw Mountain working up an appetite. (THAT MOUNTAIN WAS NO JOKE) We figured we'd try somewhere healthy. As you walk in you are greeted by the guys. Dee took great care of us. I wish we could have met his twin, but he was off. He gave us the whole run down on how they operated. You can choose their signature bowls or build your own. We went with the build your own bowl. I got half and half of the spring mix and seasoned rice as the base. Then you can choose 4 toppings. I just wish they didn't have shredded cheese include in the options because it should be automatically on the bowl. But any who, I ended up getting the spicy slaw, sautéed mushrooms, shredded cheese and Pico de galo. My protein choice was shrimp. You will have to wait for a few minutes if you decide to go with shrimp since its cooked to order. They are a nice size and grilled well. I got 2 dressings to put on my salad. Seasme ginger and the cilantro Avocado. We dined in and the place was clean and bright with colors.

I have visited Fresh One Kitchen a couple of times and the food is always delicious! I get the veggie bowl. The highlight for me is the spicy slaw; it added the perfect kick and brought all the flavors together beautifully. The service was outstanding, with the staff radiating great energy and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Highly recommended!

This place was SOOO yummy! I'd never been to a Fresh One Kitchen before but I low key love the idea of "build your own bowls". You can either choose a premade bowl or make your own. I choose to make my own. For the "base" you can choose two options. I elected for the rainbow kale and the saffron rice. The saffron rice was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend trying it. For your "toppings" you can choose 4. I went for the the shaved brussels sprouts, roasted broccoli, spicy carrots, and roasted mushrooms. I enjoyed all of the toppings. If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say it was the carrots. For proteins they have several options. I elected to have the tofu and it did not disappoint! To top off my bowl, I got the hot and spicy sauce which lived up to its name. YUM! My coworker recommended we get a cookie because they are delicious. The cookies are HUGE so we split one. It was moist and LOADED with HUGE chocolate chunks. They have bottled beverages as well as fountain drinks available. There is a lot of seating indoors as well as some outside. Highly recommend checking out Fresh One Kitchen for lunch or a quick dinner!

So many great vegan and vegetarian options! They have a build your own salad bar plus salads you can choose from. Definitely a lot of tasty options! I wish the portions were a little more. They have a LOT of rice but tiny scoops of the actual veggies. I'd still go back to try it again though! It's perfect for a hot summer day!

This has easily become one of my favorite places to get a quick lunch. I've started to choose it over Cava. The flavors are much more rich, especially in the green vegetables and garlic shrimp. The only thing that's a little bit disappointing is the chicken options. I'm not sure if it's pre-cooked chicken but the seasonings aren't there for my preference. Other than that, the workers are always polite and accommodating, and the food is always fresh.

One of my home gurls recommended this gem of a spot! The online ordering process was pretty straight to the point, but I wish there was a coupon code option since my GF had one. Our food was ready when we got there & the owner is super accommodating/customer oriented! Sad to say, but that's hard to come by these days. He was even nice enough to give us a few coupons. The bowl was fresh, packed with flavor, & healthy! If you're a sauce person, there's plenty to choose from. I wasn't too much of a fan of the mango lemonade, so I wouldn't order it again but it didn't take away from the experience. Matter fact, I went back the very next day & ordered the same bowl. :) If you're in the area & looking for something fulfilling/flavorful, try this spot out! You won't regret it!

This was my first visit . Came back from vacation and wanted something quick healthy and reasonably priced . The food so good so fresh so clean . The staff was amazing answered my million questions with a smile so helpful outstanding service . So clean so inviting. The sauces were delicious! I highly recommend we will be back again and again

Wow, so "from Hello" I was greeted by a super warm welcome by Zay as soon as I came in the door and he was excited about the ingredients and about the options. He really made me feel as if he was so happy to see every customer that came in and it was just a genuine warmth. Then on top of that, the cook, Jamaricus was very detailed and appeared really careful in how he was handling my meal. I really appreciated how Trish their manager seemed to have a great rapport with the team and that was all before I even got my food! As for the food, eerything looked really, really fresh! The freshness combined with how they just had such a great team dynamic "from Hello" made me feel even better about eating there. It just seemed like the people that were handling my food genuinely cared about the food me other customers and each other. In addition to that, the shrimp that they put onto my bowl were really nice size. So big that I would even call them PRAWNS! I was watching the way Jamaricus the cook behind Zay was drizzling the garlic and the butter and just really just like the handling it like it was the work of art. They were doing everything so quickly so efficiently, but at the same time with care and in a way that just made you excited to taste your food and then on top of that once I tasted sweet potato noodles from Fresh One... omg they're savory. They are not too tough and not too soft. It's really hard for some restaurants to get alternative gluten, free noodles right but they do a great job overall. I can't say enough good things about my visit & about this team who was so warm and attentive attentive to each other and to me during my visit. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a quick, TASTY, and overall warm visit.

Their Food is Delicious and Nutritiously wonderful Free, Open Parking, Place to enjoy the Fresh air or the coolness of AC Awesome Friendly and Helpful staff. Comfortable seating, open vibe and super clean and well maintained... and a Super Clean restroom too. It's one of the few spots in town where one can find truly healthy food that's super fresh, and really tasty... Two thumbs up!!!

So yummy and reasonably priced! I ordered a build your own bowl with spicy chicken and really enjoyed the quality of ingredients and flavors. I love their chipotle ranch sauce. I can't wait to try the other options as well. Very convenient online ordering and my order has always been ready within 15 minutes. I would definitely be back

The food here is fresh and delicious! There are healthy, flavorful options. The variety of flavors is outstanding. I have been known to order one meal to eat and one to-go when I work in the evening and I have no problems with eating it two meals in a row (and it reheats well.) The service is always friendly and fast. The staff seems to take pride in their product and seem very invested. I love that!

I decided to eat healthy today and went here for the first time! Let's just say, I will be a loyal customer from here on out! The food was absolutely amazing! I had the steak bowl with yellow rice, green beans, double the corn because I didn't want any glazed mushrooms lol, sweet potatoes, cucumber/ tomatoes; and of course I had to add extra steak! It was sooooooo GOOD!!!!!!! The mango lemonade was good as well!

Went back on 9/26/24 and it's the same problem, Only sugary Drinks or water. I originally thought this was a healthy eating restaurant, seems to be just like the rest of them.

I stopped by here on a hard work day, and was just touched by how friendly and professional the girls there were. I was nervous about the food at first because I wasn't sure what the flavor would be, but the they were kind and patient and helped me pick ingredients that would taste good together. Just like they said, the food was delicious! Glad I tried a new spot in the neighborhood, and I felt so energized and alert afterward too. A great pick me up if you need something yummy, healthy and fast!

What a fabulous find!! Truly fresh food amongst a sea of fast food options. The food is flavorful and cooked perfectly. You can build your own bowl or burrito similar to Chipotle with a variety of salad, grain, protein and vegetable options. I had a chicken and steak bowl over sweet potato noodles that wasas wonderful!! The seasoning on the meat was delicious and didn't need a bit of sauce. If you do want sauce I recommend the avocado ranch or cilantro garlic. The price was comparable with their competition but what made this place was the staff. So nice and helpful and the location is spotless. Show this business some love!!!

What an awesome FRESH dining experience. The serving size was plentiful and there was a variety of protein and vegetables to choose from. I could come back 100 times and get a different combination each time. The servers were so sweet and helpful. Clean interior and bathrooms. We will be back!!!

There's no way to not love Fresh One- Kennesaw. Each and every time I come, I'm greeted with a "welcome in!" The twins are high energy & friendly and offer great service. The food is so flavorful and delicious. My personal favorite is the Mediterranean chicken bowl but I also love to create my own bowl. The restaurant is always clean, great music playing, and service is quick!

AMAZING quality I've recently became vegetarian And I'm super lazy so running here and getting this delicious bowl has been a god send ‍ Don't forget to try a Reese's cookie too !

Came here on a whim with my boyfriend after seeing glowing reviews online and I am so happy I did! My boyfriend is a burgers and fries kind of guy, and he was nervous about the food. In the end, his spicy chicken bowl was finished with not even a grain of rice left. That's how good it was. I had the steak bowl with enough food to eat the next day. The place itself is clean as a whistle. Tables were spotless and so was the floor. Service was great. No complaints and we'll definitely be back!

1st time customer, looking forward to becoming a returning customer. The concept is great and I enjoyed the tasty options. My base today were yellow rice & noodles. Toppings were cooked mushrooms, green beans & broccoli, my protein, spicy chicken and the house sauce. Delish
