Sooooooo good! So much more than salad. Tons to choose from, and you can always make your own. Fast healthy food with great flavor. The flavored lemonade is a must. Definitely will be back whenever I'm in the area.

Wonderful!!! FRESH, FAST cooked from scratch, health whole foods with lots of beautiful vegetables. The owner has such a heart for blessing us with health-giving foods and recipes that are delicious . Almost no restaurants offer warm bases outside of the standard rice, salad and possibly noodles. Fresh One also offers forbidden rice, roasted potatoes, garbanzo beans and black beans as well as a gorgeous rainbow kale mix. The roasted brussel sprouts side is tender and fragrant. I love the amazing vegan options. My husband loves the chicken and steak bowls and the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies that are baked fresh. The desserts are melt-in-your-mouth and better than almost any bakery and also are made with all whole foods ingredients. This place is incredible!!!

Absolute Torch. Was in Alanta for a conference and was looking for a nice place with vegan food. Saw this restaurant in passing and was best option. When I say food was the bomb, it was so good we went back 2 more times lol. We went there for lunch, food was fresh, we were able to create our own bowl. The atmosphere was great, wasn't busy so was able to really enjoy our lunch, and the customer service was amazing. Location was clean. We were able to speak with the owner, very professional and kind. If you are looking for somewhere that has vegan food as well as other choice. I highly recommend Fresh One Kitchen.

Yum!! The owner/chef was so nice and welcoming - made the experience of ordering very pleasant. I like that the protein is warmed on the grill before being put in the bowl!

Some of the kindest people you will ever meet, and the owner is beyond nice. The food is amazing, cooked to perfection every time and always delicious. They also are super accommodating and will make any alterations you might want. It also, as the name suggests, is always fresh and the ingredients taste like the highest quality. Definitely a frequent spot for us and a local fav! 10/10 recommend.

WOW. This place is amazing!! So many choices of fresh, organic food with gluten-free and dairy free options. The name of the restaurant is accurate! Everything is so tasty. The sweet potato noodles were DELICIOUS. But equally fantastic was the owner. He was so sweet and genuine! He put his heart into the food and you can tell. He welcomed us when we came in and just put smiles on our faces. We are still talking about the whole experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fresh One Kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was incredibly fresh, and the menu offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. Christ, who attended to us, provided excellent service with a great point about portion sizes – they were just right! Odidi, the co-founder, was exceptionally helpful in recommending sauces to complement our dishes. He even let us sample a few options to ensure we would love what we chose. We had a delightful conversation with him about how he created the business, and his passion for it truly shone through. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon!

The food was remarkable! Everything is fresh! I love that I was greeted upon entering with warm smiles and amazing customer service. I got a veggie bowl with the yellow rice. The sauces added that extra flavor I needed. The fresh pressed pineapple juice was a complete delight! I will be back again!

so just to start off, this place is amazing! I hate that they don't have a closer location, I live in McDonough and work up toured these areas in sandy springs. So when I'm around here I always grab food from here instead of the fast food poisons. The only thing that I would say I'm a little bummed about is the nutrition information. I keep count of my calories and I didn't find any information of portion sizes or calories per bowl.. I really hope they consider this soon ! Over all great place !

I was surprised to be the only diner on the evening I visited. The restaurant is in a large shopping center near busy roads and there were lots of vehicles parked in the shared lot in front. The staff greeted me as soon as I entered the clean well-lit dining room. Ordering is done at the counter so you can watch your meal being made, similar to a sandwich shop. Some outdoor patio tables as well as the spacious indoor area, but outdoors seemed noisy and not as comfortable so I stayed inside. I chose the Garlic Butter Shrimp Bowl with soy ginger sauce. The food was prepared quickly including fresh grilled shrimp. I was impressed by the staff's enthusiasm and knowledge about ingredients. While I ate, two separate people came in just to look around and staff gave them both the whole spiel about gluten-free, locally produced, fresh food and little if any salt sugar or other unhealthy stuff. One can build their own bowl or pick from a menu, there are twelve sauces made in house, and desserts that I did not sample this visit. My food was delicious. Lots of fresh vegetables: carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onion, corn with the hot shrimp on a base of warm white rice. The sauce really pulled it together too. I am already looking forward to my next meal there.

This is the perfect place for a quick, delicious, satisfying, healthy, and reasonably priced meal! Portions are generous with a variety of options for bases, toppings, and proteins. I enjoyed every component of my bowl, from the veggies, to the forbidden rice and beans to the spicy chicken, and I really appreciate sometimes being able to grab a quick meal that's not loaded with grease and sugar. The gentleman who served us was super nice and helpful, offering suggestions and samples. It's a fast casual place and feels like that inside, so good for an in and out kind of meal.

This is our second visit. We're from out of town and had to come back. What a cool concept. Endless combinations of all kinds of healthy delicious ingredient choices to build your own healthy bowl. Flavorful but healthy sauce choices Although there are many choices, this is a vegetarian's paradise . All of the ingredients are prepared in-house and freshly made. AND.... After you've eaten healthy indulge in one of their homemade cookies or other great desserts. This is the perfect after-workout place to give your body the nutrients you need after a hard workout. We'll be back.

This is a great spot if you're looking to get a quick healthy meal that won't throw off your diet. The restaurant is very clean and the service was good. I was immediately greeted when I walked in which I always appreciate. I was in a rush and did pickup but was disappointed to see that my order was wrong, I had no time to turnaround and go back to ask for a correction. I ordered yellow rice, got white, and the corn was missing. Knocking off a star for that. Otherwise the quality of the food was great and with the sauce you'll get the flavor you need for the dish. I'd definitely visit again but will probably opt to go in and place my order to do just to make sure it's what I ordered.

This place is awesome! Fresh high quality ingredients, great homemade sauces, super friendly service! If this was closer to my house I would eat here all the time!

I'm really impressed! Healthy but flavorful. Built my own bowl: half forbidden rice and half black beans as the base. For the "sides" aka toppings I did spicy slaw, shredded Brussels sprouts, mozzarella, and something else(?) and then for the protein I did lemon pepper chicken. Sauce is Avocado Ranch. Pretty big serving for 11.99 which feels average.

Good first experience at this fresh kitchen in Sandy Springs. This place reminds me of all of my favorite Florida spots near Tampa and St Pete. Pick your base, pick your proteins, pick your veggies and sauces and away you go! Their proteins are mostly different styles of chicken like BBQ, lemons pepper, and grilled. I opted for the sweet potato noodles for a base and they were good. Topped it with their teriyaki sauce that was nice and flavorful. When I came in, most of the local cops were here for lunch, so you know it's good!

The bowls here are so good! Almost everything is gluten free except for the tortillas and the sesame ginger dressing. Spicy chicken bowl is 10/10 and they give you plenty of food. Definitely will be back

Odidi and the team behind the bar were and are outstanding. The customer service and care they show each person.... You know you are seen asan individual and not just a customer. The food ?? So fresh, clean, healthy AND yummy. I don't know how they do it. Try it once and you'll be a patron for life.

The food is PHENOMENAL and the staff is always SUPER helpful and friendly!! The owner is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met...like on Earth. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! 6 stars ;)

Nice vibe and decor is average! Friendly helpful staff with many choices of salad additions. I like the face that they had a good selection of different salad dressings... they even had my favorite Ginger dressing!

We ordered 2 spicy chicken bowls with cilantro garlic sauce and potato noodles. I liked the flavors and options. The spicy chicken and sauce were the standout items of our meal. Very good value for money and healthy options.

AMAZING!! I stumbled upon this place because their competitors (chipotle) had a line out the door ! & it's the best BOWL i EVER HAD. The food is ALWAYS so fresh and wholesome. It's packed with flavor and everything is prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients. I will never go back to chipotle after this . & be sure to try their fresh lemonades!!!! ahhhhh i literally will stop by just for a lemonade time to Time. The service is always great and the employees always seem to be happy to be there. The dining room is clean and quiet to enjoy your meal if you wanted to do so too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Eating healthy has been a challenge! Wondering what to consume. I actually get educated on what I'm eating ! The service they provide is informative. They have a great team and always a positive attitude. The music is fun and chill! The place is always clean . Clean eating ! Delicious food and a clean place ! Good, real food that is fresh with so many options. Quick food with all the healthy goodness. Definitely will get two meals out of my bowl. My husband thought he would take his wrap home but devoted it. Loved it.

Drove 30 minutes to get to this place. Said it was open. It was closed. Won't ever come here again.

First time visiting this restaurant and it wasn't a disappointment. It reminds of a similar restaurant and concept in FL but more personable. Your first time could be a bit overwhelming just because of all the different options but the staff and manager makes you feel comfortable and will walk you through the process! I Regarding the comment and review about mushiness, I can understand completely. There is definitely a difference between grilled and steamed. My recommendation, don't expect grilled veggies Another recommendation, the spicy carrots they are awesome!

This is my go to spot for lunch. Gluten free/friendly, healthy food. I know what I'm getting, and the price is extremely fair. Took off 1 star because they have issues with Uber eats. I like to pay for my food and just pick it up rather than stand in line. Still one of the best places around!

1. The vegetables did not have much flavor and were a bit soggy. I believe I'm used to them being grilled vs steamed ? The broccoli at fresh kitchen has a nice char and this broccoli was a bit mushy. Same for the Brussels. 2. The lemon pepper chicken was not really hot enough. Was that also steamed? I know this concept was based off of fresh kitchen so my comments are meant to draw helpful comparison. The flavors are missing and bland because the ingredients are steamed vs sautéed. Presentation wise, the walk through felt more like a food court with the large metal containers vs a more specialized/small batch and freshly made, which gives the impression that its freshly made. I hope you find this feedback helpful as this is the place we'd like to come to on a regular basis.

Everything is five stars except the price. Great service, yet even better food. One of the few affordable options for healthy eating.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant, and I was very impressed with everything. The food (build your own bowl) was delicious, and the service was very professional and satisfying. The facility was very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will return.

Absolutely delightful. If you ask me this is true soul food because it is soothing to the soul. It starts from the owner who pours love and joy into the ingredients and ends with the wonderful staff making sure everything works right. Absolutely amazing. Probably my new favorite spot for a healthy lunch! Food that looks good, tastes great, and makes you feel even better. What more could a guy ask for haha! This place is great! My brother first went here a few weeks ago when they opened. He was on his way to chipotle when he met the owner Nextdoor and decided to give it a try. He was happy he went here instead. All the food is made in house and is as fresh as you can get for eating out! They have great vegetables, grains, and proteins and amazing house made sauces. On top of all of that, the whole staff is so so nice and welcoming! The owner really cares about his customers and about making good, nourishing and tasty food! Highly recommend!

First time going since they opened last Monday and I have to say I was not disappointed! I rarely leave reviews but was excited to try a health alternative from chipotle. Actually got waved in just so they could explain what they offer after I had picked up chipotle for lunch. The employees were super friendly and informed and everything was clearly fresh and ready made. The owner/manager also was super friendly. Most importantly, I am still savoring the shrimp and spicy chicken bowl they helped me put together without feeling any guilt from what I ate. Will be back maybe even for my dinner tonight!!

Everything is very fresh and high quality. The staff are helpful in offering suggestions if you're stuck between options. I love the bowl concept, and appreciate having healthy options that don't make you feel bad after you eat. The portions were very generous and the price is not bad considering the quality of all the vegetables.
