Small entrance, loading docks are in the front of the building when you pull in,(left) unloading is around back of the building with alot more room to maneuver. Office to check in is a small door on the left by the front loading docks.(entrance) They'll load you quick, was in and out in 35 minutes. Watch out for passenger vehicles.

Over all offloading side Facility is good they do have night parking but no restroom not even temporary ones so if you need to come here be prepared.

They unload you pretty quick. If you get there over night just park on one of the dock and they will knock on your truck close to 4am.

They changed their check in process. It was simple to get ahold of someone the old way, now it takes an act of congress. Should have left it alone or given driver's a number to call to check in. The new system leaves a lot to be desired.

Arrived an hour and a half early for my appointment. Got a dock right away and unloaded within an hour. No issues, in and out quickly. That was my first time at this facility. I got sent to the docks in the back. There's enough room to adjust to back into the docks. I did notice, though, that there are also docks at the entrance of the driveway. There aint as much room to maneuver. But it's doable. But other than that, I will definitely go back to this facility. Great Job, Fresh Pak!!!

I see good rewies but my experience is disquasting. Came for a few hours earlier and tget refused to check me in and told me to come at an appointment time. After I came at my appiintmentvt8me they keep getting other trucks.

Arrived on time and took them 2 hours to load, not bad they will bring the paperwork out to you. Overall good shipping no over night parking, some of their stuff sometimes it’s not ready might be little longer to load than some other stuff so be patient

Driver had an appointment Friday at 9am, he checked in at 4am. The person there (Daniel) told him he was very busy, although there was nobody there, and couldnt take him at that time. The driver understood and went back to his truck to wait until 9am. Comes appt time, the same person told him again he was very busy to wait and he didnt know what time he was going to be unloaded, to wait in the truck and he was going to call. Trucks came and went and finally at 3pm the driver spoke to someone else and when that person went to look for his paperwork it was put away with the ones of the truck that were unloaded and that Daniel person had left for the day. Thankfully that person unloaeded him at that time. Driver left at 6pm, lost all day and missed his next pickup.
