First visit here. My sandwich, turkey avocado bacon was delicious, and protein packed. My husband created his own salad. We left full and served well. I would return.

Drove past this place and couldn’t wait to try it out. Finally did and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and place was clean. There are so many things I want to try but I went with the Tex Mex bowl with quinoa for my first pick. My son went with the classic avocado toast and was asking for seconds after he finished. We will definitely be back. The only downside is eating healthy always seems to be so much more expensive. But that’s anywhere.

Everything was super burnt in my mac & cheese. I had no cheese in it, and it was burnt by falafel was like hockey pucks. The pita chips were soggy. The rice was crunchy like they had not changed it in three days

We came first thing in the morning and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We created our own bowls and the food was great. The chipotle lime vinaigrette and the blackened chicken was delicious.

My recent diagnosis with an Autoimmune Disorder meant we had to make big changes to our eating habits. The first time we visited here we had sausage egg & cheese breakfast croissant sandwiches. They were great but this time we came back to explore their healthier options. We both had the Beyond Breakfast Bowl and it was just delicious. Since everything is cooked to order it came out fresh and piping hot. I only ate one because they're made with canola oil, but the Beyond Breakfast Sausage was a yummy treat. The kale was tender, the quinoa was perfectly cooked and the eggs were freshly scrambled. The avocado was a solid half of an avocado that was perfectly ripe - no stingy portions here. And the house made hot sauce? Fab. Spicy but not too and slightly sweet. We were so happy with our meals and our coffee and Hub's smoothie. The place is still immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely keeping this as a "Clean Orlando Eats" favorite!

After a few days of eating junk food, Fresh&Co was exactly what we needed! The salads were fresh, delicious, and left us feeling rejuvenated. It was the perfect healthy reset with great flavors and quality ingredients. Highly recommend if you're looking for something fresh and nutritious in the Doctor Phillips area!

Fresh & Co. is hands down one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re in the mood for a healthy salad, a delicious wrap, or a refreshing smoothie, they have so many options to choose from. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It’s clear they put a lot of care into what they do. Highly recommend stopping by for a quick, healthy bite—you won’t be disappointed!

As usual raving about this place. There are so many options no matter how picky you are. And there’s always something cooked fresh and ready no matter how hungry or in a rush you are. I’ve come in and loved it as well as having it delivered on my busiest days. It’s a great spot for fresh and delicious food with some of the nicest staff around. Super dairy allergy friendly!! 5/5 10/10 will always recommend.
