FRESHFARM Mount Vernon Triangle Market

Love this market! There’s always a great mix of hot and super tasty food (perfect for brunch or lunch while you shop). You can also find really unique things here like freeze-dried organic bone broth — so convenient and healthy! Honestly, it’s one of those spots where you can grab something delicious to eat and stock up on wellness goodies all in one trip.

The MVT FRESHFARM market is terrific. As a smaller-ish market, it has a strong community vibe. The market is well-run and offers a good selection of produce, meat (shout-out to the Farmstead Butcher) baked goods (try the Croplets!), made- to-order breakfast sandwiches, and much more! The vendors/ farmers are friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the MVT' market's commitment to helping people navigate the various DC food programs, such as Produce Plus. The presence of Chinese translators to assist the neighborhood's elderly Chinese population is wonderful, and shows that FRESHFARM cares.

This market has a good mix of vendors. You will find everything from whiskey to vegan pastries to empanadas!

Great market, it’s smaller and not too busy so the lines are never wild like they can be at some of the larger markets. Dog friendly, good variety of produce, ready to eat, hot food and other products. It’s also close to some other lunch spots, walkable to metro (judiciary square) and has a nice park with seating which is hard to find at other markets!!

This is a snack farmers market and while there was one produce vendor, one meat vendor and an orchard (fresh apples!), most of the vendors were food or other types of vendors. Great coffee vendor (Zeke's), the empanadas from DMV were tasty and the grilled sandwiches look good too. The lower rating is mainly that it would be great if there was more variety of produce, fruit and meat vendors.

This farmers market is back open for 2022 and it’s off to a great start with a variety of vendors and a convenance being so well located to where we live. From fresh coffee, Turkish Food, to snacks for the puppy. Head on down on Saturday and you won’t be disappointed. I hope.

Brilliant! Picked three different kinds of empanadas to bring home and then thought, oh my goodness, how am I going to know?Which is which?! Absolutely brilliant! Never seen the empanad edges imprinted with what kind before!!!

Absolutely fantastic farmers market! Lively, friendly, great food and even dog & cat treats! All year round good times :)
