Freshii

Stopped by on the first day open and really enjoyed my experience! Friendly, energetic team, fresh ingredients and a lot of good food! Highly recommend!

For this place to have JUST opened in colony square it’s crazy that they are always out of something. I waited a while to let them get the kinks out because I heard from a number of people their order was messed up or they had to wait way to long for this kind of place. Almost a month after they opened i finally give it a try and guess what?! I got hit with a wait and they ran out of something that makes up 50% of the menu. Not a good experience at all. Staff could be better too, especially for a midtown location

This restaurant just opened in my office building. I went here for a late lunch today and ordered soup for myself and a kid menu smoothie for my daughter (age 11). My daughter wasn’t with me but she gets off the bus at this location and I wanted to have a treat ready for her when I met her at the bus stop. They refused to let me order the kid smoothie because my daughter wasn’t present, even after I explained the situation. I couldn’t believe it. Clearly the motive is to sell higher price larger items whenever possible but the result was I didn’t buy anything and I won’t return EVER. As a busy parent I frequently order kids menu items (at Panara ,Smoothie King, Starbucks kid hotchocolate, Moe’s ...to name a few,) without my daughter being present. Apparently those businesses respect their customers more than this place. Disgusted by up-sell tactics and being made to feel like a liar.

As a Canadian i was looking forward to going to Freshii (because it's a Canadian franchise). There were inconsistency in the order, same order but taste different on different visits (maybe they changed the recipe for the worse :-() Also, not very hygienic, the person who was serving kept pulling his pants with the same hands he was using to pick up the ingredients, he was using the same gloves in the back (kitchen) and came right out to serve. Moreover he must have had a cold because his nose wasn't clean and kept sniffling. When i shared this with my co-workers, they had the same comment of hygiene that has taken away their appetite for Freshii. Please be mindful of these things before we lose you in our building. thanks

Nice, clean healthy spot. Been looking forward to this opening. Good salads and smoothies. Great for a quick bite and awesome location.

Great food! I accidentally ordered from the incorrect Freshii location! Tyson went above and beyond and re-made the bowl that I ordered from the other location! Thank you!!

Overpriced, poor and rude service. Food was poor quality and the food took excessively long to receive. Much better options in the area.

I’m honestly not one for healthy eating but this place was amazing. The bowl I had was great and staff was very friendly.
