For a salad place I expected decent lettuce/greens….no spinach Romain not green and somewhat brown. For a smoothie place I expect them to have fruit… no mango for salad and no acceptable reason. Service wasn’t great! Atmosphere… didn’t expect much from an airport. Definitely need to correct the language barrier issues. I had high hopes! It was early, but c’mon man, Really? Based on the reviews unlikely to try a second time. Disappointing!

I almost walked away and honestly I should have. I stood there for like 8 minutes occasionally saying hello a little louder each time. Finally a lady came around the corner with wet hands. She made a big show on how I was inconveniencing in her by being there. I ordered the green smoothie and it's supposed to have almond milk, kale, avocado, strawberries, bananas and, pineapple. She pulled a little bag out of the fridge hiding it with her body so I couldn't see what she was putting in there. It only looked like kale and a couple slices of banana. Which is exactly what it tastes like. I wish I would have taken the time to look at the reviews.

It looks and tastes good, but is too dry. I chose it because it had Greek yogurt, but it was a liiiiittle bit of Greek yogurt, so I couldn't eat most of it.

EDIT: I reached out to their customer service after they replied here on Google Maps. They explained that because each individual Freshii location is independently franchised, they would not be able to do anything for me apart from provide me with Freshii “Viip points” for my troubles. Why on earth would I want “points” to return to this restaurant when my primary concern is with the restaurant’s lack of hygiene and sanitation practices? Additionally, a customer service provided me a phone number contact for the restaurant, which I called multiple times to no avail. I understand this is an airport restaurant; but regardless, this is unacceptable. There was only one employee working and she was doing a pretty poor job with basic customer service and attention. She also made my smoothie in a blender that I watched her use for a previous customer, which is indicative of poor health/hygiene practices at this restaurant. Even if the previous customer had a same/similar smoothie (which I’m not sure they did in this case), this is still unacceptable. I would advise that you heed my warning and the warning of others here on Google Maps. Eat here at your own risk.

Wish i could give zero stars. It was impossible to order. I kept saying “rice noodle” and the employee kept saying”brown rice.” I was over charged and they were unable to refund my money. Finally, my beans were spoiled and i literally got sick—sick sick. Worst $25 i have ever spent. Wish i had read reviews.

Even for airport food, this is next level bad. Filthy counters. Employees touching the cash register then making your food without gloves or washing their hands. Employees laughing at customers and rude to everyone. Steak like shoe leather. Why bother opening your doors just to have incompetent people sell garbage food? What is the point? I am holding out hope the next time I fly through Dulles something else is in this space.

OMG, had the Teriyaki Twist Chicken Bowl for lunch, it was the most balanced and tasty takeout food I've had in a long time 👍
