Freshii

New to the downtown neighborhood. Nice to have clean fast-food options. I went after the lunch rush so super quick service. Most items come as a bowl, burrito, wrap or salad. I had the Umami as a wrap. It was fresh but could use a little more flavor zip. Staff was great - made suggestions, wrapped my wrap into halves so I could eat half later. I want to try breakfast - it looks yummy. Also, they serve Stumptown coffee ☕️👍 Inside was clean and fresh. A few tables for dining. No outdoor dining. Clean bathrooms.

The salad was really good. And the amount was more than enough, so I could have two meals. Recommend!

The food is superb and amazingly fresh! The customer service is beyond exceptional. I ordered Mediterranean bowl and didn't realize came with tomatoes. So i picked them out. I was almost done eating when an employee asked me if my order was wrong. I told her no. She asked if they could get me another bowl free. I was blown away. It was my mistake and I had ate the whole bowl already. lol super nice people. Love this place. Come to LA please!

Dear Freshii, I want to like you so much, but cheese & rice, pleeeeease get your orders together correctly. I have come here many times a week for lunch hoping "this time will be better." My order is usually missing either entrees or ingredients (like sauces). I found a lovely long hair in my food once. I forgave and tried to forget. The last time I ordered, I spent a half hour waiting for my order because everyone in front of me had some complaint about how their order was messed up. Come to find out, my order was also royally messed up. I highly recommend a system in place where there is a sticker or printout for the person putting together the orders to know how many items are in the order - something like "item 1 of 2." Also, order some more napkins and proper bags (I had to carry my order of 4 items in a produce-like bag). Bathrooms are nice, though!!

On my 2nd visit I had the Tex Mex burrito and Cobb salad. I was really impressed with the salad being super fresh, tasty and large with a big helping of avocado. Manager Antoinette was outstanding again providing the highest quality service. They have added nice enclosed outdoor seating since the last time I was there. Freshii is one of the wisest choices for healthy lunches, breakfasts in the downtown business district.

Both times I went they screwed up my order. The first time they had to remake what I ordered and still did not get it right. The 2nd time they had no idea how to make a parfait. It took forever as well. Was not blown away by the food or service. Not willing to give it a 3rd try.

So glad I stumbled upon this place today! Wow! Soo yummy! I had the Umami bowl, it was filled with flavor. I ate the entire thing! Highly recommend. Cute environment too!

Freshii is a chain restraunt specializing in health foods.Their menu includes salads and wraps,soups,bowls,juicesand smoothies.I tried the Teriyaki bowl and it was delicious.Freshi os clean and has indoor seating.The staff is excellent and of course the food is fresh.
