Friendly's

Although the waitresses took five minutes to sit us down, the food and service was okay. Will try again during daytime hours for a better experience hopefully. Edit: came back a second time April 2018. Very good service and the food and ice cream were delicious.

Lovely service, and decent food. The coffee wasn't fantastic, but it was plentiful!

Service was horrible. 45 minutes to get soggy and cold fries. Our waitress was nowhere to be found and drinks were constantly empty. We had a 3 year old with us and her chocolate milk wasn’t mixed. Fist sip made her gag. We sent it back for water after 20 minutes to wait to flag down the waitress who was doing her best not to not notice we needed something. Worst experience at a friendlies I’ve ever had.

If -5 stars was an option I would have picked it. Understaffed is an understatement. Good ice cream and good food, but the service sucks. They get orders wrong ALL the time and the little staff they have are extremely incompetent. I cannot believe they feel the staff they run with is enough. I never write reviews... NEVER EVER. But this place has frustrated me to this point. Upper management must be as stupid as lower management. If they were not they'd do something about the staff.

Great place to dine after a trip to the zoo. We had 2 toddlers who enjoyed the zoo but were getting hungry. Great child's menu. The ice cream sundaes were a huge hit. Well worth the price and family friendly.

Meh.... Only 1 table had patrons. 2 employees sitting in back (eating or drinking) 1 cook behind wall and our missing waitress. Apparently some rotation got screwed up. Not sure.. Just waited longer than expected just to order. She was pleasant though and somewhat apologetic. Food came quickly and decent. I've been there when it was packed in the past and got faster initial service. Our waitress was fine. The lack of further interaction or eye contact from other staff made us feel isolated. Just wanted some late comfort food with family after a long day. Meh...

This location needs to hire more help. Every time we have visited the place is swamped! We waited for 20 min before we were served. Our waitress Maria was very nice. I feel bad for them. The carpets need to be replaced, they look like they are the same one from the 80s. walls need to be cleaned windows have cobwebs. Kids and husband love eating here though.
