Fries N' Pies

I visited this restaurant in 2020. I asked the guy behind the counter to pick my order. I said I want whatever it is he felt would get me to return. The Biscuits and Gravy Poutine Fries was lit! Three years later, I'm back. Sadly they no longer serve that menu selection. I asked the same thing as before and I got the Philly Cheesesteak fries! Y'ALL... Damn! It's the bomb! Beef Gravy, cheddar, steak, grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers and mozzarella on delicious fries. They have Beef Gravy on the side for dipping. They also have cheese sauce on the side too. Definitely make your way here if you're in Las Vegas.

I came here on 10/2/20 with friends. We passed by this while going to the other stores in the areas. Their customer service is AMAZING!! One of the cooks, Ty (for short), did an amazing job hyping up the food and giving suggestions. We are from NC and this is our first time in Vegas. Ty was very knowledgeable about the fries 3-day/step process and the wings process. He was sure to let us know that every single thing is fresh. Poutine means messy fries. With the different options/section of toppings, it goes on either a pizza or a poutine. One friend got the chicken Alfredo poutine, as recommended by Ty, and it was outstanding! I will go ahead and say everything was bomb! I got the carnivore poutine and teriyaki wings. Man, those were some of the best wings I've ever had!! My other friend got Buffalo wings and regular fries, and he enjoyed them both!! We also got some free cheese curds . They were so fresh and delicious! We enjoyed the food and customer service so much, I came back later that evening to get one of their candy pies and more wings. Unfortunately, they were out of candy pies, but didn't know until I already paid. So, they refunded me my money and I got my wings for free, plus additional rewards points. (SN: I signed up for their progress at my first visit). We definitely plan on going back!!!! Big shout out to Ty! He's very knowledgeable and persuasive. The other staff who were present were awesome and friendly too! I just don't know their names.

Poutine? Huh? I had no idea what it was my first visit so I ordered a carnivore pizza to go..... it was delicious the crust was perfect I'm not a huge fan of red sauce so I asked for light sauce and they perfectly placed it around the pizza My second visit brought me to the poutine and it was spectacular!!!!! the fries are crisp outside very light and Airy inside. The exact toppings that you would want on your pizza can be put over these fries. I highly recommend if you haven't tried them...try them!!! The last pic is the 🍕❤ the first 3 are the 🍟💜

Great place for an eclectic array of fries! Wasn't sure what a poutine was, so I tried it. I guess traditional is made with meat and gravy which sounds good but other choices sounded better, like the chicken alfredo or the chicken parmesan. Hubby got the cheese burger with medium buffalo wings, Itried the mango habanero wings and all had great flavor, not too spicy. My son ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and unfortunately, the burnt crust over powered the taste. Over all, pretty good for fries

Good food but a bit pricey for what you get. We spent $48 for 3 fries, 2 waters & 3 sodas. $4 for the pizza. Fries were good. Tasted like pizza fries. Pizza was bad. Sauce was nasty and there really wasn't any cheese. Crust was okay. *Hawaiian Fries, Taco Fries, Philly Fries, Cheese Pizza in pictures.

It's very good for what they are serving, if you don't go in expecting a healthy meal and a salad you should have a good time. From what I saw it's mainly pizza and poutine (which is basically cheese fries and gravy with your choice of other ingredients) we got the poutine with steak and honestly it's the best I've probably ever had of this type of food. I got the New Yorker pizza which was pretty good, the brick ovens leave a distinct taste that I love. Overall I like the place and will be back.

Absolutely delicious food and awesome service!! We ordered the Classic and the Philly Steak fries and both were 10/10 delicious. Everything is so fresh and made with top quality ingredients, definitely recommend making a stop here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending different items and drinks. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We saw poutine and had to visit. This place is about 1 mile from our room on the strip, it's directly across from the Virgin casino. We walked straight down Harmon and found it on the corner of a shopping strip. We ordered the buffalo chicken poutine and the traditional poutine with pulled pork. The cokes come in tall 16oz cans. The buffalo poutine was amazing. Lots of ranch, very tasty buffalo sauce (not overly greasy nor overly spicy). The traditional was good. We probably should not have gotten the pulled pork on it. Don't get me wrong the pork was good, but with the poutine, not the best. It would have been better had they had some slow or pressure cooked beef. This was our choice to add the pork so not anything they did wrong. The last dose star were the fries. They appear to be cut in house and SUPER crispy, even after being drenched in gravy. Love these fries!! Employees were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Take a stroll off the strip and come see these guys.
