My husband and I were SO excited to find the Fritay food truck! We never pass up an opportunity to eat Haitian food and Fritay did not disappoint! Fahra was kind, wonderful, and attentive to our food. We had both the goat and the pig fritay. They were soft and juicy and the portions were great sizes too with plantains, and pikles. We will be eating here again when we can!!! Mesi anpil sem pou bon mange!! Nou pakab tan pou vin mange anko!

Friday partnered with us for a large student event on the University of Denver campus. The food was 10/10 highly recommended! For many students, this was their first experience with Caribbean food & they devoured! Thank you Fritay for your professionalism, quick service & delicious food 🙌🏾

Stumbled upon this gem at the Sun Valley Viaduct Night Market. We had the fried goat platter. The meat was flavorful and succulent. The sides were great too—the pikliz slaw is excellent—can't wait to try more of their food!

Thank you so much for bringing traditional Haitian cuisine to Denver! So far my favorite dish from the menu is the legume with white rice. Fritay Haitian Cuisine not only brings great tasting street food to Denver, it also provided decadent catering options for larger gatherings. I’d recommend Farah-Jane’s food too anyone looking for an authentic Caribbean meal!

Fritay Haitian Cuisine is absolutely delicious!! I’ve been craving some home cooked haitian food for a very long time, the fact that I now have a place to go is amazing. Im so excited! Not only have I tried the food truck, I’ve also had the pleasure of attending the Cusinie & Culture cooking class this past weekend. I loved it so much. For me it was like cooking in a mother’s kitchen, watching, listening and learning. We each were around a large table, w/ Farah. She provided instructions on what we were cooking. The naming of each ingredient, etc. We did get a a pdf of ingredients for each item as well. Most the cooking is tasting and trying for yourself to see if you like it. It creates your own pallet with the group. We had separate sections of cooking, only needling a knife and apron, Farah provided the rest of the materials needed. Honestly if I feel like if it was a large class I wouldn’t have been able to learn as much as I did, nor getting information needed. I wanted to learn to do it correctly so I had questions, I needed to watch closely and I was able to do that. Thank you so much for this class, I’ll definitely attend another.

Farah is a hidden gem. Utmost professional, impeccable service, and DELICIOUS food - the best this side of the US. She comes through in the clutch, and was a miracle worker for my last minute event of 20 people - miracle as in she cooked and made plated full course meals for 20 people in 3 hours and everyone LOVED it. HIGHLY recommend for all event types - weddings, parties, corporate, etc. Thank me later, you’re welcome!

Tried Fritay Haitian Cuisine for the first time at Metro Caring’s Cornucopia 2025—and wow, talk about flavor fireworks! 🎉 Every bite was packed with authentic Haitian spices and love, the kind of cooking that makes you instantly feel at home or a travel experience. The team behind the table was just as warm as the food—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s not every day you get to taste a meal that feels like both a celebration and a hug. Fritay isn’t just serving food—they’re serving an experience. How many miles does a foodie in Denver have to travel to find the nearest Haitian cuisine? Luckily not that far because Fritay is on wheels! A genuine question, one may have to travel to another STATE to find Haitian food. So, though it's not often considered a dining destination, Denver has a special thing going on here. I had the Griot with plantains, which is signature Haitian meat dish. I like "sweet" so, sweet plantains were a must. Plantains more iconic to the Caribbean than the Eifel Tower is to France. The pikliz is spicy vegie relish, a condiment for the rich flavors. Next time, I'll try the fish. Owners were cool and if there's a line, it's worth the wait!
