Wednesday night we decided to go back to Fritz's for hump day. Since we hadn't been in a few weeks, we decided to try something new. We both started with soup and I have to tell you that the kreplach was reminiscent of my grandmother's! The delicious bone broth soup was rich and hearty. For entrees, I had the smoked sable
platter and my husband had the Romanian steak. My fish was beautifully presented and delicious but the star of the night was the steak! It was tender, succulent, and presented on a long plate garnished with roasted garlic and topped with mixture of parsley and dill. Aside from being delicious, it was beautiful! We passed on dessert for the 1st time, because we were so full, but we did so hesitantly since the desserts are amazing. Our server Noah was prompt, charming, and made us feel right at home. What a great way to break up the week!
