The food is delicious. We had both their French toast options and they were great. The wait to be seated is unnecessarily long especially because there were seats open, but it seemed like not enough staff to seat us. Would definitely come again though.

Great ambiance, friendly, personable servers, exceptional crepes of multiple varieties. This is one of these kinda places that I really don’t want folks to know about but in these times, I think it appropriate to share. Dine in or out, take out is just as busy as walk in. Exceptional food, reasonable prices, a gem in the heart of the Hawthorne District. Take a date, come with friends, you won’t be disappointed. Chad, Sophia and crew are boss!!

There is only one issue with Frog & Snail: The food is so good you're going to want even more! My partner and I were able to enjoy a nice little outdoor table together and the service was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly kind, the food didn't take long to get to us, and just look at those plates! It's just bite after bite of amazing flavors. I personally recommend the French Onion Meatball Sub because wow, I never knew I could have that kind of a soup in a sub somehow? It's beyond marvelous and probably one of the best little brunch spots in all of Portland. P.S. The prices are also incredibly amazing for how great the food is! I'm used to paying way more in PDX so this was a really good surprise.

This is a nice little spot that I almost mistook as being part of a neighboring business. I am not qualified to speak to the authenticity of the french flavor implied by the name, but I can say I enjoyed the place and the food quite a bit. I had two crepes, the savory "German" and the sweet "Lemon Pie" and a cup of French Onion Soup. The young man who served me was both pleasant and helpful. A very good experience.

Super cute spot on Hawthorne in SE! Incredible crepes and friendly staff. Was greeted upon walking in and immediate sat. I got the Ubaby with strawberries and it was to die for! They recently updated their menu with a few new items like veggie biscuits and gravy, the early bird, crepe Benedict, crepe Montreal and a sweet ube crepe. Love the open kitchen and ambiance of the frog and snail decor throughout the restaurant! Was server by Maddy and they were prompt, attentive, and friendly! Thanks to cooks for a delicious meal✨

I don't know how French Crepe Burritos and French Onion Meatball Hoagies are, but what does that really matter? It was all delicious as hell. The meatballs were moist and delicious with nice melty cheese baked onto a crunchy roll. The Le Griddle had an amazing sausage, egg and potato combo in a yummy chewy Crepe. I could eat this every single day.

Great place for both those with a sweet tooth and hankering for savory delights. I got The German with a fried egg on top while my wife got The Deluxe. The German was so delicious and the added egg just took it to another level. The Deluxe was also perfectly balanced since the apples added a little tartness overall. Super great!!

I tried Frog & Snail for the first time this morning. It was so good! They have a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfast crepe which has scalloped potatoes, eggs, sausage and a delicious créme fraîche sauce. I also shared some of the stuffed lemon and ricotta french toast and my friend got the farmer's crepe loaded with veggies and delicious cheese. Everything was so good. I would highly recommend Frog & Snail if you are in the area!!
