Excellent site. The guys who attend are very friendly. The ice creams are very tasty. Excellent prices. You can eat on the premises. They have tables outside to eat. I recommend it

Good stop for some casual dessert in the Miami design district. Nothing crazy that would make me go out of my way but the different things they offer make it a fun experience. Definitely recommend going in at least once!

Bad service and sub par flavor, they Ice cream it self was average but the real problem was with the toppings freshness. The service was not good at all very inattentive and rude. I would not recommend.

Thanks to Romi, our ice cream shop attendant, we not only got to taste amazingly crafted ice cream but also enjoyed such a warm conversation with her. Thank you for receiving us even though you were already closed, and allowed us to sample each ice cream flavors and toppings. We will be back soon ☺️

Google
Where else will they offer you FREE ice cream AFTER the place closes? Francesco did at Frohzen and I can tell you it’s one of the best ice creams I’ve had in my life. Creamy enough (yet not overwhelming) to make it a real ice cream experience, made with real fruit, and fresh. And delicious. What a treat...hope you give it to yourself! And the real Italian service touch makes it even better...

The prices aren’t bad, but ultimately the service left me disappointed. Unfortunately very inattentive; I had to call someone to help me after being ignored... the ice cream wasn’t bad. I ordered the coconut mango popsicle, and the ice cream inside was pretty good, but overall it was way too sweet for my taste. First time there, and I wouldn’t tell people not to go. There’s great variety, and it all looks delicious, but honestly wasn’t wow’d. Will stick to my local creamery

I don't usually write bad reviews here but the service was distasteful and rude. The person denied the flavor they served a couple customers before me under the excuse," that it wasn't ready". Deciding to overlook it I chose another flavor, however, the server quickly decided they were going to charge me without the complimentary topping. Now I know why the customers before me left without buying anything. If you're a local or tourist try to avoid this at all costs

Ice cream was good can’t complain about that but I am pretty disappointed in the cone. You can only get a cup if you want one scoop but for double + scoops you have to get a cone. The cone was displayed on a cone holder (cute) but it was stale, very disappointing. When your done with the ice cream part everyone loves a crispy cone but it wasn’t crispy. Just a little advice, get a fresh cone that hasn’t been out since god knows when.

Yelp
Frohzen is right next to Joel Robuchon's L'Atelier, and is run by the restaurant's Executive Pastry Chef, Salvatore Martone. I work in the Design District and had been wanting to try one of Robuchon's outlets, just never have had the opportunity to do so. So my partner and I were having company over and we wanted to bring in dessert. I went into Frohzen and browsed around. One of their employees behind the counter seemed kinda confused and reluctantly greeted me. I ordered three of the Guava Maria Cookie macaroons. The employee seemed kinda confused on the cookie sizes and I was charged for the large cookies ($7), but they seemed kinda small. I got the cookies to go and brought them home with me to enjoy later. When I got home after dinner, I took the cookies out of the freezer to let them thaw a little and the texture and flavor was so good! I would maybe try the ice cream to see how it was the next time I go. I would probably go back for a special treat, but it wouldn't be a normal go-to restaurant for me.

Yelp
Randomly found this place today and I'm so sad that I hadn't found it before. The place is tiny and cute. They have less than 10 flavors but each is very rich and tasty. You can tell this is fresh gelato and not artificial flavoring. The prices are really good abs definitely worth going here. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors.

Yelp
Ate at Le Jardinier next door and had to stop by Frohzen and see their offerings! I was a bit skeptical given that I already have paleta places in Miami that I love, and am not big on frozen cake or ice cream macaroons (they just seem overly sweet to me) but I was so pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chocolate hazelnut ice cream popsicle. It was yummy but honestly not the best paleta (ice cream popsicle) I've had in Miami. I did however get to try my brothers homemade ice cream scoops and that was DIVINE! He got the guava Maria and s'mores flavors and added regular sprinkles and dulce de leche sauce on top- the ice cream was flavorful and creamy, and the toppings were of very high quality. I don't normally love sprinkles, but the ones at Frohzen were delicious (and also incredibly beautiful!) I looked at their menu online writing this review and realised I missed out on their frozen cupcake (it's an opportunity to try both their ice cream and soft serve with toppings for the price of a two scoop ice cream!) it sounds incredible and I hope to get to try it.

Yelp
Nice hidden spot on the Design District to get ice cream for an affordable price as it includes one topping and sauce!! Cool It may be quite hot outside to enjoy the outdoor tables with an ice cream but they do have the option

Yelp
Love the macaroon ice cream sandwich I received as a part of my perk from YELP. I had to check out the inside before leaving. This shop is cute and spacious. They have outdoor seating also. It is neat pristine and draws your eyes to all of their delicious looking treats. They have a toppings bar, ice cream section, decorated ice cream on a stick and of course the macaroon ice cream sandwiches.

Yelp
5 stars for delicious ice cream, a super clean and open store, and friendly staff! I stopped here with my mom because of how clean and modern the store looked. I'm super glad we came here because it was delicious. I got a scoop of pistachio and my mom got a cone with tres leches. We both loved how flavorful, yet not overwhelmingly sweet they were. The staff let us try as many flavors as we wanted and gave us a lot of pairing suggestions. I'll definitely be returning to grab ice cream from here when I go shopping.

Yelp
Cute little ice cream/ sorbet shop. The workers were very nice the shop itself is clean and organized. The ice cream was the perfect way to end the day; I had the mango/passion fruit & coconut. Definitely would go back & recommend to check them out.

Yelp
When it's hot and humid and you're wandering aimlessly around the Design District, this is hopefully where you'll end up: Frohzen. I treated myself to two delicious scoops of mango sorbet (see pic). There was also an assortment of ice cream, as well as delicious-looking, intricately-designed frozen cupcakes and other desserts. Price point seemed fair given the location.

Yelp
Customer service was absolutely horrible. I couldn't tell if they were employees or not. They didn't speak to customers as they entered the establishment. The female behind the counter looked at us when we entered and never asked if we needed any help. A female came from the back and act as if we were on her time. 95% of people are visiting your city and this is how you treat them. NO THANKS TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Yelp
The ice cream was delicious. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the space was spotless! Highly recommend.
