Lady behind the counter handed back my card and left the tip screen open behind the counter as i was about to walk away. I thought this was strange, so i asked how much for the smoothie. She said 8$. I didnt bother to check the menu, i just believed her. I then saw on my statement that i was charged for 9$. So she must’ve tipped herself like i thought could have been a possibility. I Did not ask nor did she give me a receipt. Times are tough but that does not mean we take from one another. Thats nothing less than shameful.

The rolled ice cream was good. Nothing to rave about. I think more Oreos mixed in would have tasted better. They put one Oreo in with the mix. I would not buy again. The service was excellent. Very friendly customer service and workers!

The man behind the counter was super nice and helpful with showing us the ordering process. It was nice watching the process on how they make these delicious ice cream.

$10.50 for one piece of kitcat, one mango cube, frosting and literally like two spoonfulls of ice cream. The original price was $8.50 and I asked the cashier how many toppings allowed for that price, she said two, put mango in it when I literally did not ask for mango topping but mango ice cream. Asked for cheesecake topping and there was none. The cashier was rude and impatient. Do not recommend, go to the ice cream/yogurt place downstairs instead.

If I could this place 0 I would, but there's no option to. Different prices on the menu, and when queried about it, the staff member was extremely rude. Avoid...

Worst business I’ve ever been to. I came here and got a simple vanilla base with strawberries mixed into it. it said on the board that it was 7.99 and the lady charged me 9 dollars. I didn’t complain because I thought maybe it was a price change. then I went to try the ice cream and when I tell you it was the most bland, unflavored ice cream I have ever tried. I tried to eat it but I couldn’t belive I payed almost 10 dollars for a teaspoon of vanilla ice cream and 2 strawberries mixed into it! yes TWO! AND it tasted this horrible. when I worked up the nerve to finally say something to the lady who made my ice cream her and this other man who was working (both speaking Spanish to me because I also speak Spanish) told me I was “crazy” because there was a line of customers so how could it be “bland” and without “flavor” they even went out of their way to tell me that I was sick and couldn’t taste anything, the guy even twirled his pointer finger around his ear to signal that I was crazy. I was nothing but nice to them and as soon as I came to defend myself and my money and say it was bland, they started attacking me and getting defensive over their product. simply the worst experience. I will never come back here! waste of money! threw the whole ice cream away. they didn’t offer me any resolution or to remake the ice cream, they simply blamed me and attacked me.

Lol they charged $10 for the frollz treat and the dessert taste like stale old milk. She added one cube of mango and charged me an additional $3 because I asked for an extra chunk of mango. Sadly it was such a scam.

Horrible experience here! I ordered vanilla ice-cream with Ferrero Rocher topping Nd mix ingredients. The gentlemen behind the counter informed me that he will put it on top. I said okay. As I watched him he didn’t put any in my ice cream. I was confused and asked why don’t I have any inside. He said “ allergies that’s why” . Very nonchalant. I’m very understanding and I know how severe peanuts are to people but I paid full price for a half ice cream secondly you only put 1 candy on top. If you had any sense of hospitality you inform your guest first about allergies and things your unable to make before making the product. Not only that but u go an extra mile to accommodate your guest by even recommending something else but you did neither. You need to be more hospitable to people that spend money with your business or u will end up with no business. EMPATHY ALSO GOES A LONG WAY SIR PLEASE TAKE THIS TIP ! Thanks

Overpriced. Poor service. $1.00 for a teaspoon of whip cream. I'd pass on this place. Refused to give me a receipt ....

So This review is from the Mind of my 8 Year old. He liked it and liked the ability to watch him make the Ice cream, he just thought that the Toppings would have been more rolled into the rolls as opposed to just topped... He said the Taste was good, the brownies looked old & stale but he said they tasted fine. While we sat there in the food court! Kid working was friendly and patient with all our questions. Wish they had more toppings!

The worst place ever. The guy there was very unfriendly and unhappy. He treated us badly from the moment we stopped by the stand. He told me in a very rude way, that those are the only flavors we have! When we first went there, he was cleaning the glass with winded and spraying it almost over the toppings. The only reason we still bought from him is that we came to the mall just to get it as we saw it online and wanted to try. When we told him what we want , he took the blender that had already milk for god knows how long and rinsed it in 1 second. Then my kid was trying to see the toppings so he put his hands on the glass, and the guy told me that he needs to remove his hands off the glass. Then he almost yelled when he asked about the toppings. It was a very bad experience and it made us no to enjoy it. The taste was below 5/10

Horrible experience. Upon arrival he proceeded to tell us to wait as he finished his game on his phone. He then puts on gloves but continues to go on his phone which has probably been in the bathroom. Disgusting. Grabs the utensils to make the ice-cream that clearly has residue from past strawberry ice-cream and does not clean it. Lack of toppings as well. Begins to roll ice-cream but stops multiple times to play his game. Worst experience ever. Will never go back and do not recommend.
