"The farm behind this mini-chainlet is located in the Loire valley, where they make a range of unpasteurized cheeses, butters, yogurts, and crème fraîches from scratch—while aging the cheeses of area farmers. The demi-sel croquant unpasteurized butter is crazy delicious, and portable, as they're happy to vacuum pack it for the plane."

Cute little cheese shop, they ask you questions and will cut a fresh small wedge for you. But the best thing was the man set up outside at lunch one day making a delicious dish of potato, cream, cheese and bacon. It was insanely good. Our Airbnb entrance is next door and I’ve only seen it set up once but if you happen to see it, stop and get the potatoes!

We went there the day before we left for Florida . Ladies were very helpful. The cheese I tasted was delicious. I bought 55 euros of cheese to bring home. They very kindly vacuum sealed it. Unfortunately, I left it in the refrigerator of the Air B&B I had rented. 😢

The gentleman who owns this store is so kind and so helpful. And his English is perfect. We ordered 2 take aways of his potato cheese deliciousness he was cooking Friday evening. We had it with a simple salad and it was DIVINE! We also picked some assorted cheeses and they too were heavenly. I would go back to Paris just for this shop!

A rare occasion, impatience with non-native French speaker and both(!) cheeses bought did not taste right. Luckily several other high quality places within 5/10 min walking distance.

I was tricked into buying a box of mixed cheese by the older chubby woman at this store that was already expired and rancid for almost 30 euro. Stupid me for being a foreigner - I tried my best speaking French and insisted I wanted the fresh cheese sliced for me but I guess that’s reserved for the locals. Beware: being non-French at this fromagerie means they can take advantage of you. Disgusting. Do not come here.

Great products and friendly staff even though my French is not great

Yes the cheeses are absolutely divine but for me the real winners are their butter and yogurt. I always bring some cheese and a lot of butter back which they vacuum seal for you. I just wish I could bring back some yogurt too 😭

Great shop to pick up the delicious butter to eat with baguette at your airbandb or to take home...

Yelp
Worst cheese buying experience of our trip. The woman was rude and not helpful at all. When we picked a cheese, she cut off a HUGE chunk without confirming it was the amount we wanted (ended up throwing away half because 1. It wasn't very good and 2. It was far more than we could eat on our last day in Paris). We felt rushed out of the shop- would not return. There are so many other non-chain cheese shops we enjoyed better!

Yelp
This is by far my favorite fromagerie in Paris. Pascal Beillevaire sells some amazing butter, yogurts, fresh eggs, and of course cheese. I can't get enough of their demi-sel croquant unpasteurized butter. Riddled with flecks of salt, this butter melts in your mouth or equally on a piece of toast. I have a friend who loves this butter SO much that she admits she could probably eat it by itself. They have a large selection of cow, sheep, and goat milk cheese. Not enough can be said about unpasteurized cheeses and butter. I've sampled the comté, brie, fruit filled chevre, saint-maure, butter, and yogurts, all of which are of exceptional quality. True, it is a bit pricier than your monolithic grocery store, but as in most cases, you get what you pay for. This small shop on Rue Saint Antoine was manned by two people when I stopped in. The woman quickly stopped what she was doing (cutting up slices from a large round of cheese), to help me. I purchased two small beurre cru demi-sel croquant and asked her to put them in a sous-vide sack (under vacuum). She returned a few minutes later to ring up my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that she didn't charge me for vacuum packing my butter; it usually costs an extra euro. The company has several locations around Paris. I've been to a few and the service has always been great.

Yelp
I'm too lazy to trek to La Grande Epicerie for the famed Bordier but the demi-sel butter from this shop is just as tasty. Fantastic on bread or just eaten plain (ew I know.) The Camembert was flavorful not like others I've had that were bland and texturally like chewing on globs of glue (I've had really bad Camembert I guess.)

Yelp
As I sit in my NYC apartment writing this review the only thing that I can think about is the butter from Pascal Beillevaire. It's salty and perfect. If you serve it on on a fresh baguette from the bakery down the street you will never leave Paris. Oh and their cheese are equally amazing but it's all about the butter. Tip for English Speakers... learn a few basic words in French before you venture in. Knowing cow, sheep, goat etc. guaranteed that we left with cheeses that we loved.

Yelp
Very friendly service. I ended up just buying a wheel of Brie encased in pastry dough to take home and heat in the oven! It is delicious and a very good price at 3,33 €.
