Google
Great vibe and atmosphere with a solid drink selection. They host some fun events too. It can get a bit loud depending on the night, but it’s a good place to hang out overall.

Nice atmosphere in a cool old building. Wonderful bartender that knew their selection (which is good) well and was fun to chat with. Basement was was cool as well. Went for open comedy mic night. Room was much better than the talent. A couple of funny people and very friendly culture among the regulars and toward us newcomers...but to much ignorant, simple, low brow and generally crude sexual comedy for my liking.

First time visiting and was highly impressed. Great little spot for an intimate experience. Thanks for a great evening of drinks and hilarious stand up.

I just want you to know how much we appreciated celebrating our grandson's graduation at your establishment. It is a very warm and inviting place and the hospitality you showed us was exceptional. From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed from the bartender. She met us with a smile and was very accommodating. She provided us with Information, answering all our questions and made us feel right at home. On a scale of one to ten, I would say everything was a definite 10. We will highly recommend the Front Street Taproom to folks having a get together, celebration, or just an evening out on the town. Fargo is very fortunate to have your business located right in the heart of our city.

The Front Street Taproom is my number one stop in the Fargo/Moorhead area. They always have a quality selection of great beers and things to enjoy. From their trivia nights and live music to their comedy club 'The Cellar' on Wednesdays and weekends there is never a dull moment. Owners and employees are fun and friendly. Not to mention Rhombus guys will deliver for a great meal.

Google
Great selection, plus flights. Also had some wine and seltzer options too. Only bad thing is no food served there but you can order food and have it brought in.

This place was cozy and rad. We had a special party and it was accommodating and seriously a blast. The staffers were very kind!

Nice, comfortable space for relaxing. Often there are musicians and other entertainment. There is no food, but you can order in pizza and apps from next door easily. The basement venue is cozy but some rips and worn/flattened seat cushions.

Yelp
I've exclusively been here for private events, but each time there is a rotating color coded craft beer menu (very helpful if you get distracted easily like I do and great if you want to try something but don't want to commit to a 4/6 pack). The bartenders are friendly. The place is clean and well layed out. Front street tap room as a funky vibe of old school paintings, exposed brick, they seem to run tons of events. They have great street parking options here too.

Yelp
Dropped in here Thursday for a beer release. It was a cozy little bar on a corner. The beertenders were kind and helpful. I had told her I had wanted to make it to four breweries but time was running out so if I could only get to two which should they be? Without missing a beat she offered two names up and said both would provide unique environments. Front Street was a great bar just to hang out in, thanks Front Street.

Yelp
The best play to go to for affordable drinks in Fargo. A wonderful medley of craft beers and drinks at the bar. I give this place a 4.4/5 stars. They don't have food but the drinks and cost was cheap ! I got two 10 oz sours for $8 I couldn't believe it. We were also there for Trivia night which is in Tuesday nights at 7pm. It was fun but the theme was Guns - and it was particularly dark which wasn't the most thrilling. Still a fun environment. If I went again I wouldn't sit upstairs because the floor vibrated the whole time and you could feel it in your seat, not sure what from.

Yelp
As a woman traveling on my own for work in Fargo, I felt very comfortable in this low-key, mellow hang out. Nice vibes, good music, great beer and friendly barkeep.

Yelp
I would probably give this place a 3.5, but since we can't do halves, I'll round up. We had originally wanted to go to Rhombus Guys for dinner but they were full and told us we can order pizza from Front Street and they deliver it for free since it's just a couple doors down. We happily obliged and sat ourselves in the mezzanine of Front Street. The decor is textbook Fargo brewery. Wood, brick, exposed heating ducts, and lots of flannels. The mezzanine was a fun place to sit, but there was some sort of machinery beneath us so we were literally being jarred, like when you run over a rumble strip on the highway. It was unsettling to say the least. We each ordered a beer at a reasonable price ($4-$8 for most of them) and called Rhombus guys to put in a pizza order. Of course, after we ordered we were informed that Front Street has free pizza for their customers downstairs, so we didn't even need to order pizza. It would have been nice if we had known right away and saved $20! The service was ok, but they didn't seem to care that there were people in the mezzanine. About every 15 minutes one worker would just make a halfhearted round upstairs before darting back to the busy bar downstairs. They have events seemingly every night of the week, from open mics and comedy shows to BYORecords/open turntable nights. I think we would have had more fun at something like that, so maybe I'll check one of those out next time I'm in town! Overall, I would come back to Front Street if I was with someone who really wanted to go, but I don't know that I would recommend it.

Yelp
My hubby and I were visiting from Oklahoma City, and decided to check out this local bar. We had such a great time. Great music. Great drinks. We made a new friend in the bartender. He was super friendly and made great suggestions on drink choices. I loved the place so much, I bought one of their shirts to remember to come back the next time we visit North Dakota! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
If you are looking for a welcoming place to enjoy some regional beers and have a good conversation this is the spot. Front Street is an easy place to find yourself at 5 o'clock after a day at work. They have a great selection of 30 beers from all over North Dakota and Minnesota. The historic wood floors, exposed brick walls and two story skylight set the scene for a bar that you feel like you know well before you have even sat down. Whether you are a visitor to Fargo or local looking for a new spot Front Street is a must vist for beer lovers and bar goers alike.

Yelp
Friendly staff and the best place in town to get beers from the region! Their tap list features Breweries from North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota. Great Patio out back and most nights they have live music. Pro Tip: Hungry? You can order from Rhombus Pizza right now the street and they will deliver for free!

Yelp
I have been there a few times now. The place has a comfortable and enjoyable vibe. The beer selection is very good. It's been busy (but not too crowded) every time I've been there. Their upstairs loft area is great for special gatherings/events. This bar is also very good about hosting many theme/event nights and I would highly recommend following them on Facebook to stay on top of those - as they create FB events for pretty much everything they have going on. The last time I was there was a Vinyl Night, which allowed people to bring in their own vinyl and have the DJ play them. The owners have done a wonderful job of creating this bar and then maintaining the atmosphere & special events.

Yelp
How have I waited so long to do a review for Front Street? Good grief! This place is easily one of the best bars in Fargo-Moorhead. The staff are friendly, the local tap selection is always on-point and the vibe is always super chill. In no particular order, here are a few of my favorite things about Front Street: - EXCELLENT TRIVIA (Tuesdays): As an avid trivia fan, I've played just about everywhere in town and it's hard to find a place that has not only a solid game-pace but also a great variety of questions... Front Street is that place. - VINYL VIBES (Wednesdays and Sundays): In short, it's pretty cool to have a DJ spinning tunes from all genres & eras of music. - LIVE MUSIC (Thursday - Saturday): Looking for the best of local musicians and traveling acts? Front Street is an awesome spot to listen to live tunes in an environment that gives you space to actually enjoy the music. - EVENT SPACE: Between the upstairs and the cellar, Front Street has multiple options for events of all sizes. Looking for the perfect place for your office Christmas gathering, friends-of-friends Halloween party, a casual happy hour? I guarantee it, Front Street will deliver. Takeaway: this is one of my favorite places in Fargo. Do yourself a favor and stop by to check it out.

Yelp
Front Street offers a fantastic tap selection with beers from the region, and for the non-beer drinker, they also offer local wines! Their atmosphere is perfectly eclectic, warm and cozy. Their staff is fun, knowledgeable and super helpful. Vinyl Night on Wednesday is always a good time, and they have live music Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. This bar is a great place any time of day - a chill afternoon playing board games, happy hour, or a late night nightcap. They offer some tasty snack foods for purchase, but not a full menu. However, Rhombus Guys is just down the street and delivers for free!

Yelp
Front Street has been a excellent addition to downtown with a fantastic beer selection. Great to have a local place committed to featuring only ND/MN beers. Love the quality live music on weekends, great trivia nights, and (my favorite) vinyl night every Wednesday! It's become my regular neighborhood bar (and my liver hates me now). Great place to have a private event up in the mezzanine or down in the Cellar!

Yelp
Offering up beers, wine and lead from regional makers, this place is an excellent way to experience the variety that is the upper-midwest. Also offering local food options. Live entertainment many nights of the week. A very unique looking space and ambiance.

Yelp
Had a great night of comedy at the cellar. The beer was delicious and the staff was super friendly. The comedians made me laugh and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
Saw some comedy down in the cellar. Great beer choices upstairs and down. Very weird seating for a comedy show but it was still good. A few Russian Imperial Stouts will knock you on your butt.

Yelp
We love Front Street Taproom. The selection of beers from North Dakota and Minnesota brewers is excellent. We're big fans of bartenders Bailey and Mary Jane, and we love to come out for Trivia Night on Tuesdays. Occasionally we catch a musical performer there, too. Wish they had a kitchen and food offerings, but if all you want is beer, this place is great.

Yelp
I really like this place. My wife and I have been there several times and we got great service from Chad and Madison. Every time we've been able to find beers that we like, and they're not stingy with the samples if you request them. I also love the cave bar in the basement where they have bands, standup comedy and other stuff... To make this a five star review, they could make a couple improvements... 1) add something more approximating a real kitchen. Right now, food options are limited to stuff that doesn't really need to be prepared, or that can be warmed up in a microwave. (Charging a dollar for a TINY condiment cup of ranch is a little out of line, too) You can also order from Rhombus Guys down the block and have it delivered here, but I'm not a fan of their prices either. 2) Make the basement bar a real bar with taps and a POS system so if I want to start drinking upstairs and then go downstairs, I can get a draught beer (instead of just a can) down there, and pay my tab if I like. Other than those two minor quibbles, I love this place.

Chris T.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere. Love to see the local beer selections. Good service. Can order rhombus guys pizza if you'd like it delivered.
