When I tell you, that I have never been more infuriated by a restaurant, I mean it!
I was on hold for 9 minutes, to make my order. When the female returned to the phone, she apologized for the wait and put me on hold again, for an additional two minutes. She returned to the call and I made my order.
I ordered the Chimichanga, with steak and extra jalapeño cheese. She said ok, and it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I said ok, and I hung up. As soon as I hung up, I called back immediately, because I wanted to change the steak to pork. (I forgot that I couldn't have anything chewy, because of dental work.) When I called back, I said " Hi, I just called and placed an order, and I want to change it." She said ok and put me on hold. I was on hold for 7 minutes, when she came back to the phone. I then again, explained that I wanted to change my order. Y'all wanna know what she told me? She said that it was too late to change my order, because they had already started making it. I looked at my phone, noted how long I was on hold, and told her that that was their fault. Before I allowed myself to get out of character, I told her to cancel the order. She said ok.
I was so disappointed and beside myself, that I called back so that I could speak to the manager. Y'all wanna know what happened after that? Ok! I'll tell you. She put me on hold for about 30 seconds, came back to the phone, and said "the manager said she is busy and to call her back in 10 minutes." I WILL BE DAMMED y'all.
Never again, will I support this Frontera. Poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and disregard.
The sad thing is, I was going to give them a 3 star, because this is the 3rd time that I ordered from them, in the 9 days. I hadn't got around to it.
The food is ok! I do like their Chimichanga, because it is full with meat, and its fried!
I know that this restaurant has potential. Unfortunately, the people who work there, don't give a damn. At a time like this, with this virus going around,, most restaurants appreciate business. This one does not.
