They have no real customer service and will charge you twice for the same month. Spectrum is better same price as Frontier. Spectrum is also American.

Why would you send a solicitor to ring door bells at 8:45pm!? Completely disregarding no soliciting signs. Rude as can be when talking to us. He parked on our property so I was even more annoyed with him. Don’t be ringing door bells that late in the evening and ignoring no soliciting signs!! We had thought about getting Frontier, but definitely will not be doing that now

Charged over $100 for a 'early termination fee' (even though you literally already pay for the wifi service so idk how that's even a relevant charge) and an 'equipment return fee' even though YOU have to return the equipment yourself (better do it within 30 days otherwise you'll get charged hundreds of dollars more). Just extremely dumb, expensive, trivial fees to literally just suck more money out of you. They're also extremely pushy with constantly trying to upsell you/get you to buy bigger plans.

Called in regard to possible fraud and wanted to get a corporate number that I could contact directly since the possible fraud came directly from a number on my frontier bill. The sales person on the line just kept talking over me saying that he couldn't help me and that they were a contractor and not corporate. When if would have only let me finish what I was trying to tell him he would have known why I was calling. Then he hung up on me which obviously made the situation worse.

Have attempted to get service three times and will be staying with Spectrum. The first time was when we bought the house 2.5 years ago and needed internet asap and they were weeks out which was fine. Recently though they have came to our door twice in the last few months and my husband signed up to get it because it's supposed to be better (we have not had any issues with spectrum). The first time we scheduled it I took the day off work to be home only for them to never show up. The second time though is why I will NEVER use them. We had it scheduled to be installed today and they came and ran the lines some time last week in our gated backyard without our knowledge or consent. They ran the lines over my obvious septic tank ( I have risers for easy access to pump) and right over my drainfeild. They also ran the lines around my firepit which we are planning on digging out around and putting rocks. They would have had to rerun all the lines around the perimeter of my yard to make it work in the long run. If we ever have to replace our septic or drainfeild then they would end up digging up the lines. When the tech to install showed up today he wanted to drill a hole in my wall and plug into the only outlet I have and need in my garage instead of using the current spectrum lines as a guide to pull the new lines through to the attic and down to where it needs to go. I know they can do this because I personally know people who have it done that way. I told the tech I would call my husband and make sure that he was okay with them putting a hole because I was not. The guy then drove away and disappeared for close to an hour after only being at my house for maybe 10 minutes. So he showed up to my house knowing he was doing an install without all the equipment he needed. Needless to say when he eventually showed back up I told him we no longer wanted it and they can pull their fiber lines as well to which he told me he could not do. Their sales guys are all very nice but their techs can not get it together and trespass without permission in gated yards.

Call center people are very rude. Talk over you and take it upon themselves to schedule appointments and to reschedule appointments .paying for a service that I am not receiving and they refused to send somebody out to fix it Or to even identify the issue the same day And they refuse to transfer me to a supervisor when asked for one which I kind of find odd. If you Pay for this service advise to find a new provider It’s hard to get a hold of anybody and when you do, they are extremely rude. Please stop using their services

These peoole say no cintract then when you wanna leave them they asked you for a code that they never gave you and changed me 3 months of internet 200 dollars now they messed up my credit it's a huge scam they steal money legally

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! AI on the phone is useless. We moved, continued paying our bill. They had opened a new account without telling us. They disconnected our service because even though we were paying it wasn't on the new account that they created without permission. Mind you we called several times during this period and were told everything was good and up to date. They messed up. Admitted it and then transferred the payments to the new account. Only to then try to charge us a reactivation fee. For not paying, when we were. They refuse to remove the charge. Told us to call back when that bill comes to get it taken off. The lady we talked to once we got past the ai was INCREDIBLY RUDE and unknowledgeable.
