Frontier—Obnoxious, Possibly Unlawful, and Proud of It.
Frontier’s “customer service” is a masterclass in being a jerk. I called to be routed to the right person about a neighborhood issue—only to get an entitled male on an unhinged tirade, talking over me, ignoring my request to pause for two seconds, then hanging up. And as if that wasn’t enough, they keep sending badge-wearing reps to roam our neighborhoods, despite Los Angeles Municipal Code §42.12, which bans soliciting in apartment or office buildings without written consent from the owner or manager. Obnoxious? Absolutely. Possibly unlawful? You bet. Translation: Frontier, your door-to-door tactics aren’t just annoying—they might be illegal. This isn’t a review, it’s a public service announcement: BELOW 0/5.
What a disappointment to hear that that man represented customer service—if that was his best, I could only imagine what failure looks like.
