Pretty on the inside does not make up for terrible banking. They have no right to call themselves business bankers. They have caused my business more headaches, issues and problems than I have had with any bank, personal or business, in over 40 years, in less than 2 years.
There is nothing professional or knowledgeable about them, except how to graciously accept blame, apologize and back pedal...over and over and over.
My friend and another small business bank I moved to said they get at least one to two of their customers a week from Frost with the same story as mine. How pathetic.
