The Saddest Restaurant Closures of 2023 | Eater NY

"I felt its closure keenly; I always enjoyed Frost as a counterpoint to Bamonte’s, and losing that kind of old-school mom-and-pop is a real reminder not to take those places for granted." - Eater Staff

As a new Frost Bank customer, I was very impressed with the team at the Richardson (Campbell/75) location -- in particular; Tabitha A who was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Absolutely horrible! This was laughable at best. Go to open an account, asks me five questions like why are you here today. And then says I don’t feel comfortable opening an account.

Just walked in with a lump of cash in my pocket to open up a business/money market and personal accounts. The lady told me it takes 45 minutes to open an account and that she and everyone else capable of this task was going to lunch so I would need to make an appointment... I wasted my lunch to come to the bank during normal hours to open an account; how is no the answer? This place is a joke, the people that work here obviously don't care about you personally, even lunch is more important. Getting a really good idea of how good the customer service will be before I even open an account. Where did all the quality bankers go? Because they obviously aren't at frost

People are super nice! Comfort was the best banker I've ever dealt with. The bank itself is like a showroom for Texas which is pretty cool. just keep in mind they are a "relationship bank" and not a transactional one... They'll ask a lot of questions if you try to open an account and will require a whole lot of information. You'll almost feel like you are opening a loan just to open a checking account.

Was very impressed with the customer service my husband got when we went in Saturday. Young ladies were very courteous and professional. I'm still a Wells Fargo customer but our positive experience has made me think about changing to Frost Bank.

My boyfriend went to this location to try and open a checking account. Worst mistake ever. From the beginning the account representative he dealt with was unprofessional and unfriendly. Who know a bank would do whatever they could to not take your money. She gave him the 3rd degree, asking all sorts of unnecessary questions. For example, wanting to know what his brothers did for a living, wanted to call his current bank to see what kind of customer he was and even called his work to get information out of his HR manager. All that hassle for a mere checking account. By the way, my boyfriend is latino and I am white. I told my dad what happened, he went to the location to test the waters by opening a checking account and all they asked for was him to fill out a form with his information and they were "happy to help". I would stay away from this location and bank if I were you.

An excellent Frost branch! The staff at this location goes out of their way to assist you in any way, and the branch is physically set up in such a way to make transactions as seemless as possible. For example, for small basic deposits, the host is actually able to complete the transaction vs. being forced to wait in a long line like the large national banks. Having dealt with larger banks before, this is a refreshing change! They even have free water bottles, coffee and cookies available in the lobby!
