"Bronwin Weber's award-winning confections are unapologetically over the top (she's a regular on The Food Network's Cake Challenge). She's masterful at intricate sugar art and fondant sculpting, which results in such awe-inducing, multi-tiered celebration cakes you'll feel kind of bad slicing into them. It's also worth noting that the bakery is Kosher."

Love Frosted Art! I don't like cake that much, but the first time I had a cake made by almost 10 years ago them stuck with me - I had to have them for my wedding! They definitely didn't disappoint. From the beginning working with Shelby and Susan to coordinate, design, and pick flavors for my wedding and grooms cakes was so easy and so fun. Shelby helped me bring my vision to life and a few phone conversations with Susan helped to inspire other elements of my grooms cake, which was a total hit! My groom picked the flavor of his cake, but I surprised him with the design (a bucket of beers). He LOVED the cake design, as did so many of our guests - everyone wanted to take a photo! They printed on fondant bumper stickers that we have collected from traveling, AND made solid chocolate beer bottles of his favorite beer - see photo for pic of him with a real beer vs the cake! We had 2 flavors on the brides cake and a different flavor on the grooms cake; my groom was so disappointed when he didn't get a slice of his cake because it was such a hit! If you use Frosted Art you will not be sorry! (I don't have any pictures of the wedding cake yet)

I found Frosted Art at the Dallas Bridal Fair last spring (2016). My mom and I loved the samples we received; they blew the other companies out of the water. We immediately booked with them and used the discount from the fair. I had a year and a half engagement. This past spring, my venue had an open house and Frosted Art gave samples there too. The cake was dry and the icing was super wet/gooey, nothing like the previous samples. I contacted the bakery and they said it was their normal cake. I was under contract, so I had to stay with them. I got married last week, and was very disappointed with our cakes. The designs were beautiful, but the cake itself was embarrassing. Today I was informed that our close family and friends made comments saying it was the worst wedding cake they had. Our frosting also began to melt (we were inside and the venue was chilly), so we had to move the cake cutting up an hour and people started leaving after the cake was served (pretty typical). I have attached a photo showing how it melted. Also, they messed up the layout for the groom's cake topper. I am not sure if they skimped on us because we used the bridal fair discount, but I was NOT impressed after paying $2,000. Overall, beautiful designs, poor quality.

Frosted art did a sensational job on my groom’s cake (and our wedding cake). I asked for a bourbon barrel and their finished product far exceeded my expectations. They even put a plastic container inside my cake with a dispenser attached so I could actually drink bourbon out of it!! I highly recommend this place.

i love that at the tasting, they let us try all their flavors! its really easy and stress-free to work with them. They're professional, their design is pretty, and their delivery is on time! There is one thing that i regret is that i didnt have a chance to try the cake (except 1 little piece at the cake cutting part) so that i cant tell you if its good or not :(

Holy Cow! We can not believe how totally amazing our wedding cake and grooms cake turned out! We gave Frosted Art our ideas and they blew us away with the end result! Not only were the cakes amazing, but they were absolutely delicious! For the grooms cake, we gave an example of a Dragon cake, and it was AWESOME how they created it! Guests from all over were totally amazed! Thank you so much for the amazing and delicious cakes for our wedding! Our expectations were exceeded!!!! - Nate & Kat

I came to Frosted Art Bakery almost a year ago. I was so impressed by the customer service experience. They were very friendly. I enjoyed the cake tasting and everything. I put in my order for the cake and once my wedding day arrived I tasted a piece of my cake and it did not taste the same as when I tasted a piece of the cake at the cake tasting. I brought the cake back up to the cake shop the next day because I was not satisfied and the same nice people that I dealt with in the beginning became very rude to me. I was so heartbroken I just cried in the office. Instead of trying to compensate me for a horrible job that they did they acted like I was trying to just come and get money back which was not the case. It took me an entire year to come back and write a review about this because I didn't want to think about how one of the most important days of my life was ruined because of my wedding cake. The presentation was nice but the cake tasted like it was a couple of days old. I should have known something was up because they called me a few days before my wedding and told me they could do a different icing on the cake for me. I believe they made my cake a few days earlier and stuck it in the refrigerator because it tasted old. I spoke with the baker and instead of saying I apologize for what happen and what can I do to make up for this situation. All of her crew bombarded me and my husband and tried to make it seem like we were trying to get over. Why would we even waste our time coming back up to a bakery the day after we got married? It makes no sense at all. I was so upset about the cake that it was the only thing on my mind the next day. I had to call and complain because it was the worse cake I ever tasted. I think the baker got upset because I told her it was the worse cake I ever tasted. It just tasted old.

Bronwen's cakes are absolutely amazing. Our wedding cakes were exactly how we envisioned them. Bronwen spent time with us in her store front sketching out drawings for our cakes, and then again on the phone two weeks before the wedding. Her prices are very reasonable for the amazing product and time you get planning things our with Bronwen. I recommend her to every bride, and anyone needing an amazing cake. You won't be disappointed.

Do NOT get your cakes here. First off id say I am glad we did not have a huge cake like we planned. Due to my dads passing we decided to just do cupcakes and a small cake for alittle get together with some friends. The image looked good, but I mean how hard is it to print a design out and glue it on a cake? The cake was COMPLETELY dry. Everyone said it tasted like eating chalke, and it was just crumbling like crazy. As if there was no oil or milk that went into the cake. My husband and I both said that it tasted NOTHING like it did when we went to the tasting, and we were both extremely disappointed. We waited so long for this, and after my dad passing we thought that we could atleast enjoy some of our celebration cake. Plus to top it off, you can’t just keep it out even if it’s in a cold area or it will melt. The whole cake was just melting off. Never will I recommend them to anyone!
